Man was created to live forever in Eden. Man sinned and his access to the tree of life was taken away and he was told when he died he would return to dust. Throughout the eons of time, prophets were sent and there were some people who followed what they said and became spiritual, but they still had dust bodies. When they died their body turned back to dust and their spirit went back to the one who created it. So it is with anyone who dies.

Sister Robin, you did a great job. I went through all of them and wow,you explained everything. God's word is in there if we just work a little harder. It is like a puzzle, and we get the pieces and put them all together. God's revealed word one at a time. And then we get the big picture. Keep the good work.

1Co 2:9
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

So couldn't that also be said for those "who Hate Him'?

I find this topic interesting. Of course I only know what the Bible says as I haven't been there, but I believe that a person who dies in Christ go the a place, Heaven, where the person continue to live and grow in Christ and remain until Christ come to get all of us.

those who accepted Jesus will go to heaven, those who didn't will go to hell. people only appear to sleep because their body hasn't yet joined their spirit in the afterlife.

When the body leaves its earthly home by what we refer to as "death"the soul goes goes to a timeless state awaiting judgement day. That is the day of God will determine whether the soul goes to heaven or hell by what it did while on earth.

The Bible states in 2 Corinthians 5:6 that we when we are at home in our body, we are absent from the Lord. It goes on to say in verse 8 that to when we are absent from the body, we are present frome the Lord. This leaves me to believe that when you die, you go straight to Heaven if you are saved, and straight to Hell if you are not
