I Like To Write Poems

The Lord has been inspiring me in a wonderful way, I can sit down and write beautiful words and they're touching those around me. I have an idea for another poem, about fallen angels.. Does anyone have any information?

Hi, as a published author, I know how hard it is to break into the market. Two suggestions for you - 1) enter as many free poetry contests as you can (the ones that you have to pay for sometimes are NOT legit) & 2) join a poets group (yahoo has many online writing groups!!) good luck!

The Bible reads that Satan and one third of the heavenly host were thrown down to earth. Revelation 12:4. Satan, most beautiful and full of melody, how have you fallen as lightning from heaven. Your wings and glory lost, and manna is no more. Down the ground you go, then your burn in hell.

It was amazing as I have never written any poems before untill God gave me this gift. Praised the Lord.

I have the same gift from God .Sometimes the only way i can express myself is through poems. I write poems for church and it is wonderful when you can see all the tear filled eyes because of the words given by Christ. Each word is for the glory of God.....God Bless

Dear Erika,
Here are some texts about "fallen angels" in the Bible:
Matt.25: 41; 2 Peter 3: 22; Jude 1: 6; Rev. 12: 7 and 9.

Dear Erika,
I've got the same experience! When you are FULL of Jesus the words are flowing like a spring! (Jn. 4: 13, 14). But that isn't your question. In some of the apocryphal books, I don't know which one, you will find some information. I will have a look for you. When I find information, I'll send you a next reply.

Not sure if it's a gift for someone to write poems. My wife decided (on my encouragement) to write poems but now I want her to stop because she's taking charge of the pc for several hours a day :-(

fallen angels are demons. mostly referred as the devil and his angels. I also like to write poetry when the inspiration comes.

Dear Erika, How wonderful that God has revealed one of His very special gifts in you. PTL. Re the fallen angels - you can't improve on the Biblical account. I assume fallen angels are in the enemy's camp, so therefore their degraded state is no doubt a space "where angels fear to tread". What say? Blessings as you progress on your poet's path!
