You're Right! Forget skin pigmentations, check The 700 Club's church listings, "The Gallopping Gourmet" (hope the names right) had the same problem, read his book. Things have not gone well for England [spiritually] and otherwise since The Balfour Treaty. Englishman John Wesley was used mightilly to stop the anarchy of France's revolution from spilling into England. Be encouraged and God's Best to you for "such a time as this"! Maranatha! |

I would pray before seeking a Christian City Church, the ones I have visited have a huge emphasis on giving money to be blessed and this is not scriptural. I know Paul Scanlon's teaching to be sound and strong in the word, he helped his church cross some major rivers. |

Paul Scanlon actually came to my church ccc in Australia a few years back. I bought his tapes. He is great. So I would say the churches are connected in spirit. |

Look up christian city church London. One way is to go to ccc.org.au and then look up the international division. I know they had a church there if you cannot see it on their site, email the international dept and ask. This church is great. |

Emily, Contact Paul Scanlon's Church "Abundant Life" in Bradford, England - its a great church, ask if they know of any affiliate churches in the London area. Also do an internet search on "Vineyard Churches" and "Christian Outreach Centre" - all good spirit filled international churches. |

Isn't Nicky Gimble in London, England.
I think he is a spirit-filled Anglican who is very evangelical and is the main or only speaker on the Alpha tapes. Excellent. Maybe he has connections there as well for others. They showed lots of people coming to his lectures. |

Hi Emily, It is difficult to find a spirit filled church, you have to keep looking, have you tried looking in the telephone book, I did, a church that has communion every Sunday is very important, that begins my week for me. Like putting on the armor of God, a protection. I belong to the Church of Christ here in the US. There is no perfect church, as it is made up of human beings, and we are not perfect. Pray about it, and keep looking. I wish you the best in your search. God Bless. |

I used to live in London and now live in Exeter, where I goto Riverside CC.
I went to a variety of of good churches in London, from All Souls Langham Place to the Russian Orthodox church. All were spirit filled and preached the gospel.
If you looking for a Elim/Aog church, then Kensington Temple, in Notting Hill Gate is the best of the lot. It os pastored by Colin Dye, who has multiplied membership 100 fold in 10 years. |

Last time I was in London I attende Sabbath church in a place called "New Gallery"
Most of the members are from the islands (Trinidad,Jamaica etc) Pretty lively gathering. |
