Do what you can as you are suppose too. She is the boss. Good or bad. If you do not like your job get a new one!!! Boss's do not have it easy either. And Let me say woman are fusy. Men are domenearing.People over you have a job...making them feel good by doing yours supports them. Just do your work, do not focus on them....cast down emagination... do your work. Or get a new job.

"Being the boss does not give her the right to be bossy". A quote from Joyce Meyer. But you said fussy. Well, we don't have the right to be fussy either. Obviously she is not a Christian. So what to do? You say you like her, SO, why not ask her why she is so fussy? She may become defensive. If she does become defensive, tell her that you are a human being and please do not be so fussy or bossy.

Hey!!you are in the real world. If your boss was not fussy, she would not be boss and certainly not a girl/lady/woman/female. You can apease and please, you can grudgingly follows HER procedure, you can check alternatives to working where you are

This question can be read 2 ways. You could be saying you are attracted to her but she has high standards in men and you don't feel up to her standard. If this is your question then stay away from your boss. When she dumps you she will sack you and then you'll be out of a job. If its the other meaning then just do your job to the best of your ability.

What do you mean by "I like"? Are you asking if you should date her, or just saying she isn't intolerable, but she makes you a little nuts?

We are all made differently, what you perceive as fussy may be perfection to her, have compassion for differences, do you work as best you can, dont' let the small stuff bother you, I have learnt that if I keep myself busy enough, other people at work don't worry me so much. Good Luck.

Pharisee is right. Do your job as unto the Lord. He is your true employer.

One thing you got to remember is that everyone isn't saved and they don't always leave their problems at home. You can overcome evil with good. Do something nice for your boss, put your personal feelings aside. Because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world.

If you're a Christian you are not employed by her.
You may answer to her...for now, but someday every idle moment you spent will be seen for what it was; a chance to work for God and earn heavenly reward.

If he remembers a cup of cold water given in his name he'll remember your dedication to the righteous recocnition of HIS NAME.

Do people at work know you're a Christian, or have you merely said so?

She's allowed to be fussy if she's the boss. What one might call a fussy person another might call a perfectionist. Nothing wrong with perfection!

I guess its all about your conviction of being a christian. If you will look at Joseph the dreamer in the book of Genesis. HE has a great example for you. Then I believe its enough for you to see whats best and can help you stand up for what is right. Its says in the Bible never give a hint to sin. And satan has a lot of schemes to pull you down. So be more prayerful and be strong enough. God Bless!

Could you elaborate? What does her gender have to do with the problem? I have had male bosses that are fussy. I did my job the way I was trained and submitted to their authority.

Read Romans 13 for guidance.
