God hates war and killing amoungst his children. He created us to love one another.
Due to our sinful nature and a freee will which God gave us men have turned their hatred into such things as wars. No one can truly know God's will except that he wills that we all come to him in faith and depend on him for all our needs and cares.
He loves all people but, we are the ones who have turned against him.

According to reports in the UK press, God personally told President Bush to pursue these wars, and also to establish a Palestinian state.

Naoso: Your question should be answered with a question. Were the 9/11/2001 attacks against the United States, resulting in the brutal murder of 3000 innocent men, women and children the will of God? I don't think so. God empowers governments to inflict punshment on cold-blooded murderers such as those in Iraq and Afganistan.

Pt1
The Israelites in the OT did not understand the works of Satan. (The word "devil" is not used at all in the OT and the word "Satan" is only mentioned a few times.) Because the Israelites lacked understanding about who their enemy was, they fought physical, flesh and blood battles.

Pt2
In NT times our enemy has been revealed and because our enemy is a spiritual being, we know that "OUR stuggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorityies, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." (Eph 6:12). Our struggles are not to be against other people; but against spiritual forces of evil. We are supposed to be fighting a spiritual warfare.

Pt3
The Bible says - "IF my people who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14).

Pt4
Because God's people (as a whole) are not diligently humbling themselves ... we are not diligently praying, seeking God's face or repenting, we are therefore forced to contend with terror from a natural perspective. Because of the apathy in God's people, we are forced to fight flesh and blood battles because terror CANNOT (Biblically) be allowed free reign. We are forced to fight physical flesh and blood battles because we do not understand the power available to us in the spiritual realm.
