A Christian would like to hear: Luke 19:17 & Matt 25:21, 23: "Well done, good and faithful servant"... One would also like to stand before him not having an odor of smoke: 1Corinthians 3:14-15

A non believer will not like hearing: Luke 19:22-27, Matthew 25:26-30.

Matthew 10:32-33, Mark 8:35, Romans 10:9-10, 1John 4:15, etc.

Elder, wonderful answer, love it .I would hope God would say welcome daughter, the rest of your family are here, or will be, now sing me a song of praise.

I think we should all stop focusing on what God might say if we get to meet God, but instead focus on doing whatever we can to help people. Money goes a long way, but it's love that makes the world go round.

, he would say, "I told you to stop driving so fast!". no, i think i would fear being there, as i have not lived a good life.

He will say: "Bienvenu a la maison, Pierre"! (Welcome home!!")
---Pierre on 10/22/05

Barbara, It is allot easier to share my faith and how to be saved in posts, than face to face. I have given a track to a person, now and then.
---Ulrika on 10/15/05

There used to be a song "Welcome Home Children." I think He will tell me "Welcome home, my child."

Never too late to spread the word Ulrika!

I hope God would tell me "Well done, my good and faithful servant. Enter into the rest of your God." Joy9988

Sadly, I think the Lord may ask why I did not tell others about Christ and how to be saved. He might say, saved yet so as by fire.(1Cor.3:15)

I don't know what He'll say, but I really hope He holds me close while He says it.

Just made it by the skin of My Son's teeth. Alright you get to sleep by the gate under a cardboard box. And I would scream "PRAISE JESUS anywere You want me to sleep is fine with me"
---Kaleo on 10/14/05

I hope he will not say to me: What are you doing here?!
---Julio on 10/14/05

He may not have a chance to say anything because I am going to thank him for a thousand years or more.

He'll say nothing. We'll just share deep strong hugs and tears of joy. Adria5913

Good answer, Rache. I hadn't thought about using that particular song title as a reference before, but it sums it up well. Elder phrased it very succinctly, too.

Well done good and faithful servant! welcome and be with me forever. You have fought a good fight, you have finished the race, you have kept the faith
---centr8757 on 10/14/05

i already know, but more importantly is what will he hear me say to him...Something like, "What took you so long?" Anyhow, one day closer to the end.
