I really do not have a "favorite".
However, in the NT, I love the Holy Gospels, but most importantly the Gospel according to Saint John (for it's Christology), Saint Paul Epistle to the Hebrews, the Catholic Epistles (James, 1-2 Peter, 1-3 John, and Jude).
In the OT, the Psalter, Proverbs, Sirach, and Wisdom of Solomon are my favorites.

My favorites change from time to time, often depending on what I'm reading. Hebrews is a current favorite in the NT. And I love the Gospel of Luke. I refer often to Psalms, when I'm feeling needy. I like Ecclesiastes. And, yes, Leviticus is very interesting. |

I have not read deeply in the bible but rather have been skipping around in the years, but I stopped rather recently and started books from start to finish... In my personal belief no one book can be judged greater then the other, but can be put into categories rather and those can be ranked in their categories. To not be a headache I'll work with the program:
Ecc, Rev, Joh: especially Ch. 3, and Gal which is sort of growing on me right now- now that people have posted about it xD! Good luck on your reading (KJV is the book I read from) and if you havn't accepted jesus in your heart and soul- DO it today!!! |

i was saved through the book by Luke. i like each book, but i really like the gospel by John alot, and secondly i like Galatians. |

My favorite is Leviticus. I love going through all the laws, it's amazing. There is a law for everything including rape, and what to do after childbirth, and farming laws. I know it sounds boring but once you get into it it's really interesting. |
