Satan, Lucifer, Old Serpent, ect. ect. still acuses man everyday in the sight of God(as he did in the days of Job)and he is held back by Micheal the Arch Angel, SOON their will be War in Heaven and he will be cast from the heavenS to the Earth not to enter the heavens again to acuse man and this is when he see's that he has been bound(cast) to the earth and seeks whom he may devour.
This is when the AC stands up and claims to be God. |

sin cannot enter heaven, whereas in the book of Job we find satan in the presence of God to give his account. |
|
---francis on 7/17/08 |
Satan loves it when you call him Lucifer. Although, I am not sure about how he may feel about being called a fallen angel, I would think that he would absolutely adore that too! |
|
---catherine on 7/17/08 |
Oh, yes by all means hide behind your cloak of religion. Satan, is a person. God is a person. They both can talk, have emotions, walk around, kill, Satan can think, he is smart, he is strong, ect. Satan is a hoast of things. Read and study for yourself. God is all and all, because He created Satan. God is much more than anyone could ever dare or hope to be. Well, we will be, when we get to heaven. That is all of God's people make it to heaven. But Satan is a person, also. God refers to Satan as a HIM to me. For example and I quote God, "don't let HIM get to you". Sounds like HIM is a person to me. And HIM is! |
|
---catherine on 7/17/08 |
Excuse me folks but satan is not a person but a fallen angel and as such has a lot of power but our Lord and Savior has a lot more. |
|
---shirley on 7/16/08 |
Satan is not sin itself. Satan is a person who talks people into sin. Satan will accuse God's people to God's face. |
|
---catherine on 7/16/08 |
. It is indeed a mystery we may never completely understand in these human minds we think with. But I believe that Angels can sin, and if they did not possess the capability to do so, then why did lucifer take 1/3 of the angels wih him when he started to see himself as important as God. Demons are the fallen angels who CHOSE to follow Satan into Hell. I Believe that God created Angels with a free will just like he created us. Why would God create a bunch of robots? If u have to force somebody to live for you, then its not really their heart, We have a choice just like Lucifer and his followers. |
|
---joshua on 7/15/08 |
Satan means adversary and is NOT a person. Angels have NO free will because Heb 1:6 says LET ALL the angels of God worship HIM. Angels are IMMORTAl(Luke 20:36) and therefore can NOT sin. Lucifer is a MAN(isa 14:16)Death reigned from ADAM to MOSES(rom 5:14), Not any fallen angel.Consistently God uses PERSONIFICATION to describe Wicked behavior. Ps 58:4 says "Their poison is like the poison of a serpent". THis proves ADAM was the serpent when he became wicked |

Rev. 12: 12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.
The Woman(Israel)spoken of here did'nt Exsist until 1948! Read all of 12 th ch. War in Hev., Not yet. |

He does not, he is cast out of heaven down to earth. Job 1:6 is not heaven, but is in the land of Uz on earth. |

I really pray that people would read letting the Bible instruct them, rather than read into the Bible their own ideas and thoughts which are not presented from the Bible. Pray first before reading the holy Scriptures and allow His inspirited word to speak to you, and do not promote your words to speak over top of nor into his. Let him be the Father, and you the child: he the Good Shepherd, and you his lamb, and let him lead you aright. |
|
---Eloy on 5/2/08 |
According to Job 1.6. "when the sons of God came before him, satan came among them!"This appears to be staged in heaven. |

Consider this: Satan had access to the gates of heaven only and it was from there he spoke to God. He couldn not go back within the gates since after he sinned he no longer had residence and purpose there. However, though cast out, he was not immediately restricted to the earth. He went to the gates and accused the bretheren before Holy angels (Rev 12: 10). |

Revlation 12:9And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. 12:10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. |

Do we really Need to know what happened in Heaven whether it was by free will or what. The fact remains that any one with a tainted Free will on their soul which we call a sin, Will NOT enter Heaven & that is why the GATES of heaven were closed to humanity. This was restored & the gates opened by Jesus's REDEMPTION ensureing no one with sin would make a repeat performance.Christ moves forward. |
|
---Emcee on 6/21/06 |
My answer keeps being brought up to the beginning of time......How did sin enter Heaven? Free Will....even the angels had free will...that means in the 1st and 2nd Heavens sin must have existed....otherwise why would the angels have left to become satan's minions? |
|
---Dwight on 6/21/06 |
There was and is sin in Heaven. Peter said in 2Pe 2:4 For if God spared not the angels that sinned, Satan still has access to the Throne of God. He is always accusing the brethen of our flaws here on earth. Satan is the father of sin. |

---David on 3/9/06 |
There is quite a difference between earth & heaven, and in this, I agree with Cliff. The first few verses speak of Job and his family, who lived in Uz, but when the angels & Satan presented themselves to God, it was not on earth, since Satan said that was where he had come from. If God wanted Satan to appear before Him those times in preparation for testing Job, then Satan would be there, in heaven, with the others. |

cliff, Scripture reads he was in the land of Uz, not heaven. If God would ask me here where i am now, "Eloy, where did you come from?" i would answer, "Outside the city, from my place of work." That does not indicate that God i nor God is conversing in heaven, but right here where i am in this city Lancaster, here on the earth. |

Rebecca You are absolutely RightOnly Man has a SOUL Animals Have no soul just because someone coined a phrase he has gone to Doggie heaven there is no such place 1st Cliff I see you are at it again. The soul of man is the spirit of god within Jesus was incarnate. |
|
---Emcee on 12/13/05 |
Rebecca D; God did not "give" man a soul,he "became" one. Animals are also "souls" check Gen 1.20 heb.text it says Nephesh=soul |
|
---1st_cliff on 12/13/05 |
I don't think they will be cause they have no soul. They were ordained for food for man. Ecc 12:7 states Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was, and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. Even though we were made out of the dust of the earth, God gave us a soul in which he didn't the animals. |

---Rebecca_D on 12/13/05 |
Revelation 12:7-9. There was a war in heaven, Michael and the angels under his command fought the Dragon and his hosts of fallen angels. And the Dragon lost the battle and was forced from heaven. This great Dragon-the ancient serpent called the devil or Satan, the one deceiving the whole world - was thrown down onto the earth with all his army. |
|
---Nellah on 12/13/05 |
Eloy; God asked satan "where have you COME FROM?" He said walking to and fro IN THE EARTH, so he obviously was in heaven, with the other Angels! |
|
---1st_cliff on 12/13/05 |
Guys ::Satan was booted out of Heaven. He cannot return he tried to wangle his way next to God in the land of UZ with the righteous & was found out NO HEAVEN.That is why any one with the slightest blemish does not pass through the pearly gates ... |
|
---Emcee on 12/13/05 |
When Scripture speaks of Satan going to heaven it refers to been in the presence of God, since God is Spirit God is everywhere. People try to fix God in one area. Satan as everyone else will be judge too. No one escapes judgement. |
|
---Lupe2618 on 12/13/05 |
Is there a difference in heaven and paradise? I don't think sin could fit in paradise. |
|
---mike on 12/13/05 |
How can sin enter Heaven? when a person dies, his sin nature dies. All that is left is judgement. There is no sin in heaven. That is a silly question to ask. |
|
---Lupe2618 on 12/13/05 |
cliff, The Bible reads in Job 1:1 that the place was in the land of Uz, and not heaven. |

---Eloy on 12/13/05 |
There are 3 heavens, satan is in the second heaven, and the 1st. heaven, God is in the 3rd heaven, where sin can not inte |
