My resolution this year is not to make a resolution.
Happy New Year all

The Book of James says it best...Be Doers...not passive and well wishers.

Canda ... we cannot get away from the fact that a new calendar year starts on January 1st. Even though it has no religious significance, I see nothing wrong in usuing that secular point in time to take time to look ahead to the next decular year.

New Years celebration is not from Jehovah. It is a pagan tradition beinging in the new year. Jehovah wants us to serve him year in & year out, we change& grow daily, why make a "new yr"resalution when we can make a goal daily?

What a great way to start a new year though, with a deeper commitment to our Savior. After all, Christians are fond of "making all things new". God bless you all in this new year.

We are to be resolute every single day, and not just commit at the beginning of every year.

Long time Willow! How are you bro? Write if you have a spare moment.
New Year's resolutions...hmmmm does anybody ever keep them?
I do plan to annoy Elder more than in 2005, does that count?
