Garden Of Eden Exist Today

For speculation: Do you believe Eden still exists under the guardianship of God and the angels, or has man devastated it the way he has most of the rest of nature? I know in Isaiah 37, it talks of "the people of Eden."

When my son was deployed in Iraq I told him that he may be at the very spot where the Garden of Eden was. He just kinda laughed and said, "ma, nothing can grow pretty around here."

I enjoyed your post so well I wrote it down. The one that you did Warwick on the Garden of Eden. [The fossils] you have a great day.

How can the Garden of Eden exist today when Scripture says the world of that time was destroyed by the flood. It's all gone.

Therefore the river Euphrates of today was named after the original. Just like Newcastle in Australia was named after Newcastle in the UK.

Our continents are almost totally covered by sedimentary rock containing the fossils of the billions of creatures destroyed by the flood. This shows the extent of the judgement, the price of sin.

Well it is Where IRAQ is. Euphrates river runs right through it.

Interestingly this question has been in my mind many times. And some how or some way I believe Eden exists today, maybe man is blinded to this realty! ---mima-1/7/2006

Boy, John, if everyone thought that, we'd never have any discussion. All opinions matter.

My opinion means nothing because I don't know.

Revelation 9:14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels are bound in the great river EUPHRATES.

15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month and a year, for to slay the third part of man.
I don't think these are angels I think these are demons. That are loose.

I do not believe that Eden still exists under the guardianship of God and His angels. I believe that sin ruined it and it will have to be recreated as part of the recreation of the New Heavens and the New Earth. P.

Genesis 2:14 And the name of the third river is hiddekkel: that is it which goeth toward the east of Assyria. and the fourth river is Euphrates.

I think hiddekkel river is now the tigris river.
