Some major and unexpected change happened in my life 3 years (and a few days) ago. God took my hand and has not let go since then. I've had 2 serious health issues during those 3 years also and He held my hand through those (and the frightening tests needed) also.

My every need has been met - not luxuries but real NEEDS. God knows what our needs are before we do and He had been preparing me for what happened before it actually happened. I can look back and see that was so now and I am in awe.

Jesus means the breath that I take.(Genesis 2:7) and Ezekeil 37) He means the blood in my system." The life of a person is in the blood" (leviticus17:11):Hence Jesus runs in my viens. He is my Passion, my dream, my future, my life everlasting. Hmmm jesus is my lord and my refuge. My covenant unbreakable. Psalm 89:34. Isiah 59:21

Too many things are wonderful about our Savior to pick just one.:

He puts all men on the same level in his judgments, so that even the self-righteous are silenced.

He offers each man the same forgiveness and power to overcome his sin, no matter what his past.

His Spirit brings the most beautiful love youve ever known into your heart.

To me Jesus is everything.
He is my Lord, my God, my betrothed.
He is my High Priest, Mediator, Captain, Bishop, strength, patience, wisdom, righteousness and sanctification.
The magnitude of his greatness is beyond my words as well and I gladly bow my knees unto him.
I am glad to be his betrothed and look forward to being his bride and wife.
Although it may appear weird, I at times wish I was a woman in the natural just so I could feel like his betrothed in the natural as well as the spiritual.
I am so thankful that he loved me enough to be obedient unto his Father and die for my sins and give me eternal life.
I am thankful that he is no respecter of persons and would save and love a lowly Gentile as I.
I love him so!

Catherine, well said. "Greater love no one has than this, that someone lay down their life for their friends. I lay down the life of me. And that one that comes to me I will in no ways cast out. For I came down from heaven not to do my own enjoying, but the enjoying of him that sent me." "Wherefore he is able also to Save them to the uttermost that come to God by him, seeing he ever lives to make intercession for them. It will be that before they call, I will perceive, as they yet speak, I will hear. Everything written in the Bible was written FOR us! Its other peoples mail!

NOT everything written in the Bible is written TO us!

I am a gentile, not a Jew.
I am not instructed to act or mimic any part of being a Jew or to keep or comply with any Old Testament ordinances!

Under the New Covenant I follow Jesus and the apostles doctrine to guide and operate the church people of the Living God.

God declared HIS CONTRACT that in the last days He would make a new, better and everlasting covenent not like the old one.
GOD declared "No Longer will I count their sins, iniquities, and trangressions against them", I will remember them No More!

God does not lie!

Thats GOOD NEWS !

Jesus is special to me because He is not only a great prophet but He is my creator and my Lord who had been with me since I was in my moms womb and He will never leave my side as long as I live and after I die eternally in heaven. He is my everything my all and all. Jesus is never to busy to talk to me or to busy to help me get through life. He is always there when I need him and I know for sure that will never change. Jesus has taught many great lesson like the sermon on the mount but the lesson he taught me was greater than any of those He gave up his life to die on the cross for me. I knew what He ment the very first time I heard it that we were not worth all the money in the world but the life of the Creators Son.

Barnabas: "...explain to me how a demon can be cast out (exorcised) using the name of Jesus if he is just the son of mary."

How many times have you heard John 3:16? Many denominational churches teach superficial topics never delving into the heart of Scripture. Many godly men in the bible had a strong personal relationship with God. sonthing you don't find much anymore. It's difficult to understand, but simply put Jesus is part man (from Mary's side) and part spirit (from God the Father's side). So he IS completely different from a physical father and mother.
---Steveng on 11/7/08

Steveng ... the reason I asked was that originally I thought you were steveng, then it looked to me as if it was a "q" (rather that a "g") in the underlined name at the bottom of your posts.

I was interested because firstly I would not want to get your name wrong, and secondly my middle name begins with a "q" and I wondered whether yours did too.
---alan_of_UK on 11/7/08

Stevenq I just caught this debate on the divinity of christ in the middle. I wonder can anyone explain to me how a demon can be cast out (exorcised) using the name of Jesus if he is just the son of mary. Again why is the one to whom the elders bow in revelation sitted with the lamb. Should the lamb be bowing when he bows.

Steveng, I'd just like to make an additional comment on your last response to me when you said Jesus himself stated that He should not be worshipped.

Don't expect to find any verse that Jesus (when He was here) tells anybody that He should be worshipped. Why? Because that would mean He doesn't have the truth. Why?

"He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him." (Jhn.7:18)

Jesus was sent by the Father, therefore Jesus did not "speak from himself" because He was not seeking his own glory but the glory of the Father.

---Steveng on 11/6/08

Stevenq ... Then I don't see how, since Jesus is the Word, you can say Mary created Him

---alan_of_UK on 11/6/08

Steveng>>"...he gave to mothers..."

Let's restart:

You said "..continue to worship the created..."

I said "prove that Jesus was created."

You said "He was born of the flesh."

So I asked "are you saying Jesus' existence only started when He was born of the virgin Mary.?"

And you still haven't answered that....

If you believe Jesus existed even before He was born of Mary that means He was not created when He was born because He was already existing prior to that, you then would have to prove biblically when was He created -- (when did His existence start).

Or, if you say His existence only started when He was born of Mary, then prove it.

We really shouldn't be picking what we don't like about Jesus (or disliking ANYTHING), there's enough judgementalism here on earth (and even that shouldn't be, Jesus has already rewarded you accordingly, you just don't realize it).

Colossians 2:9
"For in him the whole fulness of deity dwells bodily".

Matthew 28:18
"And Jesus came and said to them, "ALL AUTHORITY in heaven and on earth has been given to me" (the bible is not an AUTHORITY).

You see, EVERYBODY all throughout history has also chosen to be "masters of intellect" instead of truly LOVE. God has rewarded us with a "STRONG delusion" because humanity rather not love the truth (2 Thessalonians 2:10).
---more_excellent_way on 11/5/08

manny: "Now I see where you're going."

I doubt it.

"That's why you said we should not worship Him because He was created."

It's not me that stated "we should not worship [Jesus]", Jesus himself stated it, several times.

"Don't compare the coming of Jesus with the birth of any man. Adam was created by God so are the rest of mankind..."

Yes, Adam was created by God, but he gave the responsibility to mothers to take over what he started.

Stevenq ... You completelely ignore the fact that "In the beginning was the Word ... "

Mary did not create the Word, nor Jesus. She created (with the miraculos help of Spirit) just the earthly body that the Word inhabited whilst Jesus dwelt on this Earth

Steveng>> "when the Word became flesh, it, too, was created..."

Now I see where you're going. So you believe that Jesus Christ's existence only started when he was born of Mary. That's why you said we should not worship Him because He was created.

Let me ask you... what was created? was Jesus created...? or was it only the earthly body that He used when He came to the world.? Don't compare the coming of Jesus with the birth of any man. Adam was created by God so are the rest of mankind... but NOWHERE in the bible can you find that Jesus was created by God.

When the bible says not to worship the created but the creator it does not point to Jesus Christ - again because He was never created.
---manny on 11/3/08

manny: "Are you saying that being "born" is the same as being "created"?

...if you are a carpenter, and you "built" or "created" a table, do you say that you "gave birth" to a table"?"

Metaphorically speaking, yes. (haven't you hear or read in your English classes that someone gave birth to an idea?)

God created man and women from the dust of the earth. He passed on this responsibility to women to continue what He started - to create babies. Or, in this case, procreate. Every child since Eve was created by women in the womb. When the "Word" became flesh, it, too, was created by a woman. No other way possible, except...
---Steveng on 10/31/08

Amen to you alan of UK (10/30/08), and if I may as well reply to Steveng's post:

Steveng, I asked you before to cite a verse proving Jesus Christ was "created", and you replied saying He was "born of the flesh". Let me follow your logic.

Are you saying that being "born" is the same as being "created"?

So when your mother gave birth to you, do you say she "created" you? On the other hand, if you are a carpenter, and you "built" or "created" a table, do you say that you "gave birth" to a table"?

(continued)
---manny on 10/30/08

Stevenq ... Jesus' earthly body was created when He was conceived and born in the fleah, but Jesus Himself was NOT created.

But read: John "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God"

And then: "The Word became Flesh"

That Flesh was named Jesus.

Jesus, as the Word, was there at the start ... not created.

The only ones who are deceived here are those who pick and choose what they will believe.

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God... The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us... and though the world was made through him, THE WORLD DID NOT RECOGNIZE HIM." (John 1:1,14,10)

"I tell you the truth," Jesus answered, "before Abraham was born, I am!" (John 8:58)

"Behold, I am coming soon!.. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End... I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star." (Revelation 22:12-16)
---Luke65 on 10/30/08

manny: "If you can prove that Jesus Christ was created, I, through this post will publicly say you are right and I am wrong. Again, even a single verse that says my Lord Jesus Christ was CREATED..."

He was born in the flesh.
---Steveng on 10/29/08

Steveng, do you believe in the bible? I would assume "YES" otherwise why would you call yourself a Christian if you don't believe it.

If you will notice, everytime I try to make a point, i usually include the verse in the bible to back up my point. I just couldn't type the entire verse here because of space limitation, but i include (in parentheses) the exact verse I'm quoting so you can check for yourself the verse as it's exactly written in the bible.
---manny on 10/29/08

Steveng, Let me clarify... I worship both the Father and the Son, because that is what is commanded by the Father - to accept Him and the One He sent.

Also, can you find a single verse in the bible which says that Jesus Christ was CREATED?

If you can prove that Jesus Christ was created, I, through this post will publicly say you are right and I am wrong. Again, even a single verse that says my Lord Jesus Christ was CREATED...

manny, go ahead and continue to worship the created instead of the creator.
---Steveng on 10/28/08

(1)
Steveng, your statement "Christians are ONLY to worship God the Father..." is simply biblically incorrect.

In the verses you cited(Jhn12:44, 12:49, etc) Jesus Christ was basically saying and that He speaks not of himself but of the father because it is not His mission to glorify himself but to glorify the One who sent Him.(Jhn.7:18

But, with Jesus Christ, what is said about him? "...the Father who sent Me testifies about Me."(Jhn.8:18

So it is the Father who will testify about our Lord Jesus Christ. What did God said of the Son? "...and let all the angels of God worship him."(Heb.1:6) And also, "But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever"(Heb.1:8)

"Who is this King of glory? YHWH of hosts, he the King of glory. Exalt. Know you all that YHWH he God. Who can this be that even the wind and sea obey him? And he comes to them, walking upon the sea, and says to them, Take courage: I am, be not afraid. His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Jesus says, I am the Alpha and the Omega, Beginning and Ending, says the Lord, which from being, and which to being, and which coming, The Almighty. And the Lamb will overcome them, for He is Lord of lords, and King of kings." Ps.24:10+ 100:3+ Mk.4:41+ 6:48,50+ Is.9:6+ Rev.1:8+ 17:14. And the best thing I like about Jesus is everything.
---Eloy on 10/28/08

Steveng, I pray that we are not both deceived, but I am coming to the same conclusion. Jesus points us towards God. Jesus is a servant obeying God. Jesus is a bridge showing us the way to God. Jesus died, rose and went to Heaven and then sent us the Holy Spirit from God - who in the olden days was only available to the various individuals like the prophets and kings.

Stevenq: Amen! Scripture tells us exactly what you said, Amen to you. The Father is to be worshiped, Rev 12:7, Rev 1:2, John 17:3, Acts 2:22, Acts 4:10, All these verses tell us that it is the Father who does all these things. There are to many verses to put in this short space. I cannot disagree with you. The Father is the one who sent Yeshua. God bless you brother.
---wayne on 10/27/08

If you worship Jesus, you are worshipping the wrong person.

You say, "Jesus is everything to me" And I say, "Hogwash." Without God the Father, Jesus is nothing. Without God, Jesus could not preach. Without God, Jesus could not perform all those miracles. Without God, Jesus could not be resurrected.

Christians are only to worship God the Father as proclaimed by Jesus: John12:44 and 49, John8:54-55, John7:16-18, Romans1:21-25, Matthew6:9-14, and let us not forget John4:23-24

It's not your fault, though. You are taught this in your denominational churches - a product of Satan, causing the great delusion.
