Dreams are one of the means by which God sends a message or warn us of something. He is everlasting wanting to communicate and have a relationship with us, even in our dreams. Angels were soly created by God to help, protect and intervene, but we have to command it. Angels don't have the power, but we do through our mouth. We have to use the power that was bestowed on us and command it thru the angels.

Christina--That's towards the end of Daniel.

May I point out that if it took the Archangel Gabriel three weeks to get past the "prince of Persia," is there any surprise that the world is having trouble with Iran, and it's still a rogue nation?

I had a dream some time ago that I could see a long line of buses moving at the same speed, which was quite fast. Then I saw a woman fall out of the emergency exit of the back of one of the buses and my thought was, she is going to be run over and killed by the bus that was following behind her. At that moment a being, which I believe with all of my heart was an angel, came and laid on top of the lady as the bus behind her ran over her. I woke up before I could see if she was okay. Cont.

Mima, you ask if we can direct angels to help others. I believe we do not direct them, but can pray for assistance. I have not looked it up, but I recall someone praying for 21 days(?) while Gabriel was battling in Persia(?) and that prayer broke through something on a spiritual level and Gabriel then came to aid. I will look it up to clarify

Dreams are an instrument for visions that are given to us while sleeping. Angels are messengers, how they choose to deliver the message is up to them. Why not a dream? Of course a dream may just be the beans we ate at dinner. Most important to know is this, The Holy Spirit will never contradict The Word.

"And there shall come to pass afterward, I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: And also upon the servant and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my sprit." (Joel. 2:28 Acts. 2:17).

IN the over 2,000 year period covered between the covers of the Bible, there are only a dozen dreams that have any kind of spiritual significance.

What does that tell you about the probable meaning of your own?

I have pondered this question and failed to come up with an answer. However I have a question along this line of reasoning. As a member of God's family and therefore an heir unto salvation, can we direct our heping Angels? For example can we direct our angels to help others in trouble? This question is a reoccurring one to me, does anyone have any answers?

I don't know about angels but I know that prayer works while you dream. Used to have recurring terrifying nightmares of dogs chasing me and I'd wake up screaming. Finally decided that the next dream, I would pray when they cornered me. So next dream, in my dream I claimed the blood of Jesus and commanded them to go away. They stopped immediately, the dream vaporized, and it has never come back.
