Whenever people can come together in prayer(unity) I am all for it. Yes.....I want to participate. It is a great and wonderful thing to see how God will and can work through different channels. I feel the Holy Ghost, right now. God is so awesome. There is no one like Jesus!

I have never heard of it. Is it for Christians, (in which case it could be valid) or for "all faiths" (in which case the prayers from Christians could still be valid) ?

The only way I could pray for all faiths is that the scales will fall from their eyes and they will be truely saved. Only through Jesus is there salvation and to pray for pagan faiths blessing etc, anything but salvation, would be a wrong. I might pray God keep them safe until they come to the full knowledge of your truth. There are even some "Christian" denominations that need the scales removed to see all God is and has for those who trust and obey.

No. I pray as the Holy Ghost directs me, and not as any person desires.

I am in the USA and have never heard of the 10 days of global prayer. Is it being held mostly in Africa?

Not familiar with this. The first thing that came to mind was a move towards one world religion, seemingly harmless, even a "good" thing, but not so according to the word. If it is a uniting of Christian denominations, then that is different, as the Spirit desires to, and will, bring us into one accord.

I can understand why only 10 days...if churches must meet together. I doubt you could get many churches in a city or town in the U.S. here to do it for even 3 days.

No, I haven't heard of that. Why pray just for 10 days? why not pray everyday? If people want God to move, they have to pray without ceasing, 10 days is just a good start. I pray everyday, I thank God for everything, why only 10 days? That is silly, to me people think that they will give God a time limit and if he don't move within that time limit, they stop praying. that makes me pray and fast more, until I get an answer.

in africa there are millions praying. its divided into 10 days where all churches in each town come together to pray. eg:for trasforming power of Christ, for movements of united prayer, for many to turn from sin to a new life.. those are the first 3 days. I heard it was the whole world therefore was wondering. Theyve said its the biggest prayer movement in history?
