Be witnesses to the truth about everything. This means taking in a lot of information and seeing it in the light of the Biblical truths, and prophecies. Support the oppressed. Be Jesus to the poor, lonely, imprisoned, shy, unrepresented people. That way we can build a great world step by step.

There's a number of ways I think of, but two basic examples covers them all.

Tell people about Jesus is the first, and the second is like unto it; Let the world see that you live in these peculiar ways (love, generosity, compassion, peace and Joy) because you believe.

The word " Confess" literally means to "profess". So to confessing Jesus is a lifestyle. It's making Jesus Lord over everything in you life. Like on a job you do what your boss says do; same principle here. In Proverbs 3:6 it says in ALL your ways acknowledge Him...
So in all your ways make Jesus Lord.

Mima:: Your choice of the word confess ia very ambiguous, what do you really mean, being a B/Scholar seems you already know the answer to what is in your mind.

When I talk to someone about the Lord, I speak of Jesus, not "God". Someone once said that how would the unsaved understand if I talk to them about Jesus.... the word of God says to confess Jesus before men and He will acknowledge me before the Father.

Mi ma

why would a christian not want to confess Jesus?
why are you afraid?
Just be like nike and just do it. you are saved what is the worst thing they will do kill you?
I love to share Jesus with everyone I meet because not just because we are called to to that, but because I love him for what he did for me and I want the share that so others can know the same unbelievable love.

Tommy, Peter denighed Jesus 3 times...Did Jesus ever turn his back on him. Anyways back to the question at hand. If I say confess Jesus Christ is come in the flesh I am trying your spirit.1 John 4:1-3. If you answer he has come in the flesh the bible calls you an antichrist(not saying that you are), the point I am trying to make are the words IS COME. By saying he has come is putting him at same level as us..we have all come in flesh but he IS RISEN. Makes it HE"S ALIVE type of thing.

Tell others about Jesus, who is the Saviour. Getting baptized is a great first step. Witnessing is not one of my strong points, to put it mildly. I seem better able to share my faith in Jesus here on these blogs, as when I speak face to face to people.

Confess does seem to be a rather strange word in this context, for confess usually mean confess o a fault. and perhaps asking forgiveness.
In this context, does it not mean proclaim, and Mima you do not need to be told how to do that ... your own blogs show you do it all the time.

I tel levery one about the Good news & what Jesus has come to do for us. I tell them my testimony of what he did for me, & I use scripture to show them about the GoodNews.

You live life as a Christian. You follow the greatest 2 commandments and love God above all things. Then you love your neighbor as yourself. Be loving and LOVE your enemies with God's help. Be yourself, love yourself, love other people and God will open doors for you to "witness" and confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. He will prepare a way. Praise Him in all things because God inhabits the praises of His children. Wait on His timing.

If "Christ is your life" then you are led by the Spirit when to speak, what to speak, and whom to speak to. Everyone at work knows I love the Lord, for He is my life, but I don't go around saying "Praise you Jesus," in the middle of the hallways. We are to be a witness, show our love to others, and wait for the Holy Spirit to open doors for us to profess our faith in Jesus Christ. I'm not sure I totally understand the point of the question.

I believe we "confess the Lord Jesus Christ" in our every word and deed. We can give confession of Him by declaring Him to the people we meet as the only begotten of the Father. If we act as if we are ashamed of Christ, then He will turn away from us in that day.
