I walk quite a lot on level ground, and that's it. I have two flights of stairs to my home and that's enough of the uphill stuff!!

I'm unable to do much excercising because of arthritis, so I walk some and have just signed up for water areobics, and swimming.
When I was young I swam nearly every day, and took dance classes until I was 18.
It won't be the same but I love the water.

For all of you doubters and unbelievers, because of a forty years of Satan'S torture I can't exercise like I use to. Because God has blessed me with a beautiful cat, he was stolen from yesterday, but God got him back for me. Mental stress, I was quite upset. Anyways, I play with Him as my exercise. I am taking pretty good care of myself so God can use me and I can get even with the devil. UGG.

I walk a few miles about three times a week.

I have two children ages 7 and 4 so I get alot of exercise all day long. There is never a dull moment with them two. But I would rather them run and play and mess up the house then for them to be confined in a wheelchair and not able to do anything. My kids are my exercise, and since school is out and hot weather is here, more time to play outside.

I do floor stretching exercises (I stretch, NOT the floor). I have an "Ab Lounge" that I use everyday, and a Pilate ball that I use about 3 days a week, 3 sets of 20, 3 times a day.
We also walk if it cools down in the evening.

Since I was 18, I started lifting weights. At 40 I started jogging 2 miles a day. At 54 I won my first compeitive (sp) race of 6 miles. Now 69, I still lift weights, (mostly dumb bells,) and ride a stationary bike. What's the purpose? Not to live longer, put to keep the quality of life in good form so I can function for the Lord as best as I can. (The body is the temple for the Holy Spirit, like to keep the "temple" in good repair.)

I play soccer 3-times a week. Also I go to gym & play indoor-soccer.
