I have been married for 13 years, because I have found the love of my life.

Married for 26 yrs. We've been through some pretty hard times, but with a lot of God's help we are still here and we're still in love! The bad times brought us closer together, the good times gave us memories.

I will be married for 25 years come this coming june. I married when I was 20.I dated my husband for three years before marrying. Our marriage is working because we have God in our lives and know we can't do anything without God. A marriage is something that has to be worked at all times not just here and there. I know God was a big part in bringing my husband and I together when we met. It is great to know God is good all the time.

t.s. Oh, how sweet (hugs). Sometimes I feel young, but not THAT young. LOL

I have been married 14 years. Oh that poor woman! She is the better half. We both had to deal with creatures called ex-spouses. We had to move 2 times due to them, once for mine, once for hers. Mine was the religious fanatic, hers the demagogue. The irony is both former spouses were remarried, but could not let go. In retrospect our our marrage almost fell apart due to ex-spouses. Now, 4 years away from them both, its heaven!

Madison, Shira- I was under the impression (I don't know why) that both of you were really young, like 20 something! :)

I've been married to my best friend for 23 yrs- wouldn't trade him for anybody. He still cracks me up better than anybody else, and those baby blue eyes, ahhhhhhh! Oh, sorry. (Can you tell our honeymoon's not over by long shot? :)

Twenty-five years. He's my best friend and we share the same God, dreams, and values.

We will celebrate our 3rd anniversary in August. I married fairly young and stayed married for 12 years. As Madison, my ex wanted to date, he did in fact through most of our marriage. I waited a LONG time to trust again. God brought me a precious loving man, he was 60 when we married, he'd never been married. We are blessed that God joined 2 people who lived 3000 miles apart who would have never met except for divine intervention.

4.5 years, and to all those out there thinking about getting is the hardest thing in the world. Even if you love someone, don't take it lightly and see a christian counselor before.

I have been divorced for five years. My marriage lasted for 25 years. Why? Because my husband wanted to date.
---Madison1101 on 6/17/06

We've been married 43 years. The Lord told me I would marry her, when I didn't even like her. It was 6 years later we got married and have worked together for the whole time. When I was the Youth & Eduation Director - she counseled the girls. As missionaries for 33 years - my wife dealt with the medical and I took care of the administration of the mission the Lord had us start.
