I think he did so just to get out of Thailand. Wasn't he doing something illegal? My guess is by confessing, he will be send back to the US and now he is only facing minor charges compare to the ones in Thailand. Smart move if you ask me.

becouse he is wanted in other states for child ponography, and he thought he would get out of it if he confessed to something he didint do . and now they are saying he didnot do it make your mind up

And who cares? The world does because it's another sensualized event popularized by the media - a good article for the National Enquirer. To a Christian, it's another child murdered of the thousands murdered in the U.S. every year (not counting the aborted), millions of children dead every year in the world. Why is this so special? I do feel sorry for the parent and pray God brings peace to his heart.

So many strange things surrounding John Karr, but we do not need to let all these strange things keep us from knowing that in time something will unravel and the real truth will come out, The Lord is just and merciful.God Bless all of you.

I think that John Mark Karr is doing all this to get attention

**Although I think they were very clever feeding him all that good food on the way to the USA**
You're not likely to get fed that much, even on a 15 hour business class flight.

Because things just do not add up with that guy that is why. Although I think they were very clever feeding him all that good food on the way to the USA -- try to befriend him and get him talking. God knows the truth. I really do not think he is guilty though, although stranger things have happened.

God knows. We don't...

Read 1 Corinthians 4 again.

Wrong, Sandra.
John Mark Kerrr does NOT "go to court this morning for the murder of JonBennet [sic] Ramsey."
Karr appeared before a CALIFORNIA court to be extradited to Colorado, where the crime took place, and where he will go to court for this murder--maybe, but if only there is evidence linking him to the crime.
Why he confessed, whether he be guilty or not, is anybody's guess.

Because thats what the media has told the public. Only a fair trial will show the truth..... hopefully.

Simple! Because 2 + 2 = 4, not 5. Things just don't add up with this guy...

I thought that this was a Christian website. What right have we to speculate? Leave it for the courts to examine any evidence.

He is NOT GUILTY until proven otherwise. This principle is so basic yet we continue to miss it. I think at this point it is not useful to be debating his guilt or lack of it. Thats why there ll be a full trial. Let evidence be adduced and a fair verdict ll be given. Otherwise from a legal, moral, and biblical point of view its wrong to jump to conclusions.

Sandra, how would we know the answer to that? LOL I feel like I'm on the wrong web-site, I thought this was a Christian website asking questions about Jesus. Wouldn't it be wise to hear the evidence first? and then maybe ask this question? We don't know all of the evidence that the DA has, thus we really can't say whether he committed the crime or not, amen?
