Not only do we need to believe in God and Jesus we must spend time in prayer and reading the scriptures every day. I go to church, Sunday School when I can, Wednesday Bible Study and am on several committes, but to me there is more to it than that. That is where I fall short. When I don't sit down and say my prayers or study the bible, every day I feel as though I'm letting God down and feel guilty. I do thank him all day long for all that he has given me and for loving me despite my downfalls.

First, you must absolutely prove to yourself that there is a real GOD, not an, essence of good" somewhere out in the heavens, but the actual spirit personality who created and now rules the entire universe. Without faith it is imposible to please God, for he who comes to God must believe that he is. And that he the rewarder of those who diligently seek him.And that the bible is truly God,s inspired revelation to man.2 tim 3:16.Eccept Jesus, walk with him always, keep ALL ten comandments.

For the true christian, God becomes the center of everything. The genuine Christian is really GOD-centered. He will want to please God in all his thoughts and actions. He will constantly remember that God is his father and that Jesus is his savior, his high priest and his living, active head.Therfore he will not be looking for clever trick arguments to get around keeping God,s comandments or his inspired Holy days.

Lose control. Release all of your problems & weaknesses to Jesus. It is only then that His strength is made perfect in you. Allow him to heal every area of your life--including your emotions. A new good book to read is "Memoirs of Mercy." It has helped lots of people.

Study and believe the written word of God. Live in it the best you can. Exhibit it as your testimony rather than force it down another's throat. Remember "loving your neighbor" may include your enemy unless you live in a commune. Share God's spiritual food with ANYONE who is willing to dine with you.....

Obey Christ's Commands. "If you all love me, my commandments keep." Most so-called Christians are disobeying the 2nd Command of God. The 1st command most will obey, which is, love God; but the 2nd command is equally important, which is, love your neighbor (Mark 12:29-31). This Golden Rule in Matthew 7:12 is most important to God. Please read what Jesus says about doing works for salvation in Matthew 7:12,19-27; 25:34-46.
