The Pope is now going to meet with Muslim leaders across the world. Is this part of the end-time movement to bring together all the world religions?

What chapter are we living in the Book of Revelation today? If you asked pastors this question today, they would either look blank at you or reply, 'well, the Pre-Tribulation Rapture is to come, then the Book of Revelation will quickly unfold.'

Huge deception with that. Huge.

John Foxe's actual 1583 book explains:

the 42 months already happened... 42 months * 7 years= 294 years this long Christians were persecuted by the devil and tyrants.
Constantine vanquished tyrants and the peace of the Church was established, the devil was locked in his prison for one thousand years (Rev. 20:1-3), and was loosed out of his prison in the year of our Lord 1324 (Rev. 20:7).
Gog and Magog (Islamists) everywhere in Europe (Rev. 20:8-9)

larry, I do not pray god-spead for any idolaters nor for any false religion leaders. They both can meet together all they desire to, and as dogs lie down with dogs, both rise up with fleas.
---Eloy on 7/9/10

what's the Pope?
---Eloy on 7/8/10

Very good Eloy, very funny.

The Muslim leaders won't tolerate the freedom that is in Christ for theirs is a religion of Satanic bondage, and they won't entertain the RCC's laissez faire attitude with sexual perversion. It should be interesting.

Pray that God will work in a might way at this meeting. Someone please humble themselves!

what's the Pope?
---Eloy on 7/8/10

Hey, why not? Maybe the pope could help NASA while he is there visiting the muslim world and save us some tax dollars...
I think we should be looking up for the Lord is near.

Mike, we are the light of the world and you can only be light where there ain't none.

How else would you witness to these men but to meet them?

Its not the end of anything but an opportunity to be obedient to the great commission.

Cluny:

The Maryam in the Qur'an is the mother of the Jesus in the Qur'an - these (and many other Biblical figures) are the same people as in the Bible, even though the facts about them are not quite the same.

If, for example, someone claims (as Mormons do) that Jesus was not born of a virgin, , you have two possible ways to react to this:

1) It is blasphemy

2) The facts are different, so they must be a different Jesus and a different Mary than the ones you are used to.

You can't have it both ways - if it's blasphemy, it must be blasphemy against the same real Jesus and not a different one.

(The same applies to any other so-called holy book providing conflicting accounts about biblical people and events).
---StrongAxe on 7/7/10

Cluny:

The same applies to Protestants, Catholics, Orthodox, and almost anyone else. In any group you will find some who are genuinely Christians, and you will find some who are so in name only - either self-deluded, or wilfully deceptive. The wheat will always be mixed with the chaff, and will only be separated at the final judgment.

\\A moderator once told me that they would get together because of Mary Mary is highly exalted in the Koran also.
---mima on 7/7/10
\\

There is an entity called "Maryam" mentioned in the Coran, but she is clearly NOT the Mother of the REAL Jesus Christ Who is God Incarnate.

\\I agree that if the RCC is Christian(which I don't believe it is)\\

The real question, mima, is are Protestants Christian.

I don't think many of them are.
---Cluny on 7/7/10

Yes this action by the Pope is the beginning of the establishment of a one world Church. I agree that if the RCC is Christian(which I don't believe it is) these two(RCC and Islam) are complete opposites yet on attempting to make a working agreement between them. A moderator once told me that they would get together because of Mary Mary is highly exalted in the Koran also.

\\The pope leader of the Man made relig - org - rcc with the muslam leaders which IS ALL part of the rcc's offspring relig - org\\

What ever the Roman Catholic Church might do, she confesses that Jesus is God Incarnate.

This is something that Islam denies and will kill people for confessing.

In light of this foundational antithesis, does the quote I gave make any sense at all?
---Cluny on 7/7/10

The pope leader of the Man made relig - org - rcc with the muslam leaders which IS ALL part of the rcc's offspring relig - org. with the rest of the Man - mades for the one world relig - org.

*"On 15th Feb, 2000 at the Vatican, the Pope and Yasser Arafat, signed a covenant against the G-d and people of Israel and Jerusalem...*

Hmm.. sounds like this came straight from the Weekly World News... or the "cutting edge" perhaps?

I take it you do have a source for this "diabolical document"...?

Moderator Question

There have been a couple of times when in the headlines I've seen someone respond to my blog entry only to go into the blog and not be able to find their response or even my entry. My entry must not be being blocked if they can see it and respond to it. Do you know why that is?
---grace3869 on 10/27/06

Grace3869 - Hi. The push to unite all religions means all religions. That includes Muslims, Catholics, Protestants, Buddhism, Shintoism, etc. etc. It means the merging of light and darkness together. It is extremely dangerous because it ignores God's will that we all be one in Christ. There is unity only in Christ. This push includes those in Christ and those of the devil. It is very evil.
---Helen_5378 on 10/27/06

"On 15th Feb, 2000 at the Vatican, the Pope and Yasser Arafat, signed a covenant against the G-d and people of Israel and Jerusalem They decided that any step or activity taken by Israel to change this position of Jerusalem is against the law. The agreement also recognizes a 'Palestinian' state in the land of Israel and agrees on cooperation between the Vatican and the PLO and the Vatican committed itself to assist the so-called 'Palestinians'.

The last pope pushed at one stage for all religions to come together.

And God forbid we become one united body in Christ.
---grace3869 on 10/27/06

*Thats funny! :)*

Isn't it though. Especially considering that a Muslim could enter virtually any Protestant church and commune with them if he so desired.
---augua9846 on 10/27/06

"The day a Muslim is allowed to participate at Catholic communion when Protestant CHRISTIANS aren't even allowed to do so.. then yeah, I'd say the world would be ending. LOL!"

Thats funny! :)
---Kay on 10/27/06

I don't know...but I'm watching for there to be a compromise with Islam and Catholism. It will be in the name of peace. There won't be any peace...but the writing is on the wall. In the last days they will say, "peace, peace" but there will be no peace...then sudden distruction will come upon them. Keep your eyes open for any treaties between these two religions. There's a kiss-up in the making.

You put it very well, PKay.

2/... I find it very interesting because the Muslim people are hell bent on killing all those who refuse to turn to their religion. And I don't see the pope becoming a Muslim. The last pope pushed at one stage for all religions to come together.
---Helen_5378 on 9/22/06

The pope meeting with Muslim leaders worldwide. That sure is a sign that the end is right on our doorstep. I have no doubt the purpose is to bring all the religions together. Then we will see the Antichrist. The pope is too old to be the Antichrist, but some popes have not survived for long in office. Watch and wait and pray. (continued...)
