94 Year Old Accepts Christ

A soulwinner just reported to me that today he visited a nursing home where he saw two people accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their savior. And one was a lady who was 94 years old. I would say Jesus snatched someone from the jaws of hell. What a wonderful savior we have. Your comments?

Praise the Lord God for His awesome mercy and unfailing love! If you don't know Jesus today is the day for salvation! Ask Jesus to forgive your sins, and truely repent of them. Ask Him to let His blood make atonement for you. Ask Him to save and forgive you and He WILL!

Amen! Glory to God! Some assume that they will live to a ripe old age, but God warns, NOW is the day for salvation(tomorrow might be too late)(2 Corinthians 6:2).

My father accepted the Lord as Savior when he was 97. He was a deist, basically a Unitarian all his life. Always scoffed at Christians including me. I prayed for him for years. When my mother, to whom he was married 60 yrs, died, he comforted himself with HER belief that she would go to Heaven. I asked him "wouldn't you like to go there too, when you die? I know she'd want you to." He actually listened when I explained the plan of salvation. Then prayed with me. He died himself the next month.

Goes to show, "It's never too late" to get saved. Glory be to His name.

Every time I consider Gods amazing grace and love, it brings tears to my eyes. We just dont comprehend the extent of His glorious grace. He never gives up on anyone. Never, and this should spur us to keep witnessing. There is no such a thing as a hopeless case with God. what a sweet sweet and wonderful Lord we serve.

I think that's great. But maybe she accepted Jesus last week, too. One never knows for sure when you're 94. It's very good.

That gives me hope that my 94 year old Aunty and my almost 91 year old mother might still get saved.
