I've learned so much from these blogs. They are truly an asset as I am becoming closer to God and learning how to be a good Christian woman.
Thanks and God bless all of you here on CN

As of yet I have not taken anyone's advice. But I am always willing if the advice is worth taking.

I love these blogs. First because I can get other opinions about Scripture. And yes I often go to school by reading other peoples opinions. Also I'm amazed at some of the bloggers blindness. For example, the Bible plainly states that there is only one mediator between God and man the man Christ Jesus, yet some believe that Mary plays a role as mediator. This makes me sad, sorry, and in prayer for the people who so think.

They must help tons write, answer, debate, discuss and then ask questions.

You can cross my path any time you want, Shiela, and I will only greet you with Love and Peace.

Blessings,
rachel

RachelReiter, we haven't crossed paths in days. Did I step on your deeply felt principles? If I suffered anger from you, I really wasn't aware of it. Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Jesus Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.

I've learned that you have to seek for the biblical treasures. That being in the most helpful list doesn't mean that you're not critical, sour, or even a bully. Some on the list are people I really wouldn't want to be around in every day life or even meet.

Shiela,

I have been engaging in these unholy word wars with you and what have we gained? I stooped to backbiting with my words and became a bearer of bad fruit. From this point forward, I will respond to you with nothing other than Unconditional Love. If you get any more ink from me, it will only be ink of Love. Even if you test me with an antagonistic remark, you will still receive Love. I wish you all the Desires of your Heart that are Righteous.

rachel

I enjoy this room with a view. A new view every day. I don't see some of the veteran bloggers I would like to see. I think they are resting. I need that break to spend time with the Lord, too. I hope the 'oldies' but goodies come back.

I have learnt one important thing that practicing Catholics are not accepted on CN Not so much by those who want to learn but by Those Apostate or Ex C's--Pity
---Emcee on 10/21/06

I don't always agree with some postings, HOWEVER, it does make me go search my bible and see who is on the right track. In the process of doing that I find I read my bible more and more. I love our agreeing AND our battling family! We are all searching for God's truth and I respect all posters, even if I don't agree with them.
Also I have made many loyal and precious friends on CN! Hugs.

I have been helped by these blogs. I read about denominations and condition of the Church in the U.S. It's a sample of the world. I do wonder how it's perceived by the non-posters. Are there Hindus, Buddists, Muslims that read them? Do you have feedback from anyone that was saved? Rachel^^^

I've been on CN for a few years now and you know what? I really feel like we are one big loving family! Sure, sometimes we get a little excited and argue about things that are close to our hearts, but I truly beleive we are all the same in one thing, we love God and each other. I feel safe here, I feel I can ask anything and get some good answers.

I look forward to this departure from the daily world of the lost. Even when I get beat up or misunderstood or I say too much... I feel God's family here. Since we are all human, we will argue, (siblings do), and we will rejoice, and we will share other's pain. Isn't that the important thing here, to bask in the love of God through His people. To know we are not perfect and still be accepted is a gift of God. I grow daily in His word through His people.

Reading other people's advice and comments has helped in some ways. I agree we all don't see eye to eye on everything but we do help eachother get to reading God's word a little more.

I, like many others, have been blessed by this blogsite. It is a wonderful place to share and grow. Since communication is more than 80% non-verbal there does tend to be a lot of misunderstandings. And since we are limited to 85 words sometimes we remove the sweet parts of our responses like: "God bless you", "I love you sister", "My dear friend & beloved", etc.. But for the most part everyone is civil.
---Ryan on 10/17/06

I am actually challenged and blessed at these blogs. They cause me to go search things out in scripture if I don't believe the response. And then I read some responses that are full of wisdom and I'm blessed.
---Donna9759 on 10/17/06

Yes. I'm learning about Calvinism. I'm not sure the answers are clear, yet. Arguments defending cults, I pass those over. I like the new Christians, questions are honest. I like the older Christians, their seasoning, reasoning is sound. If the words written are too heady and out of a textbook, I don't wade through those either. I like bible balance and bible sense that gives all the Glory to God. I ignore questions/advice from those who seeking attention for themselves that reek of pride.

Read These Insightful Articles About Advertising

Reading the questions posed by others makes us search the bible for answers. That helps our study of the bible. Reading the answers that come in helps us, especially when the answer is accompanied by scripture. Even if we disagree with someone's posting it can help because we then search scripture to confirm our own belief. At least, this is what I do and I hope I speak for many here.

I do think these blogs help. Where two or more are Gathered or Posted-Ha! I actually respect a fews views on this forum. Elder has helped me a few times to see a different side to scripture and also a few others have wisdom from God.
---EJ_or_Becca on 10/17/06

I have read some wonderful marriage books suggested by other bloggers. Those were helpful. However, I think this website is more about people arguing their point of view unfortunately. I'm pretty sure no one ever listens to the "be ye not unequally yoked" advice. Christians just keep right on marrying non-Christians no matter what the price - or the advice. That's frustrating!
---Crystal on 10/17/06

These Blogs have helped me a lot. My faith has grown stronger as I do each Blog. Praise God for that. Some of the Blogs have got me thinking about Scripture which is a good thing.

I have really grown as a Christian. Sometimes I am challenged to review scripture and this only helps me even more to be closer to the Lord!

I love reading the different points of view and it is even better when there is scripture listed to back up the beliefs.
