Thanksgiving to God Is every day.

I'm thankful that the lands are drying up, the fields are burning, the ground is shaking, the ice is melting, brother is against brother, households are divided, the dollar is worth less more & more each day, millions dying from man made disease, millions starving to death, Israel being the burdensome stone as prophesied it would be,
ect. ect. ect.
Why, you ask?
Because all of these things lead to the end of the world as we know it!!!!

The attack on 911 & the war on terror has cost us about 8000 lives...

in the last 7 yrs. Millions have died from Alcohol, drive byes, cigs., LEGAL meds. abortions, ect. ect. ect.
WAKE UP PEOPLE!

My home and my cats.

I thank God that my son has made it back to the states from Baghdad. I am thankful that I have a relationship with Christ that keeps growing. And that I can find new ways to serve God. I am thankful that even if I'm not sure what to do about my daughter that God protects her.

Mary, I like the "stuffing" better than the turkey. I prefer it cooked in a pan, not in the turkey. It's good cold, on a bun with cranberry sauce. Have some with leftover yams, sweet potatoes....I'm just sayin.
---R.A. on 11/27/06

R.A. it's called stuffing when it is cooked inside the cavity of the turkey. otherwise it's dressing... I am thankful for such a great family. I have not been able to go home for the holidays for about 3 years and it was so good to finally get some time off to go.
---Jared on 11/27/06

R.A.--you made my day! :D I sooo agree! In fact, about to boil up a pan of more stuffing lol! :D God bless ya; Mary :)
---Mary on 11/27/06

I thank my God always for sending His only begotten Son to die for my sins, and then to allow himself to be scorned and mocked so that I could have reconcilation with God. I thank Father for the Holy Spirit in my life. I thank God for every miracle and healing that He has done for my family and friends. I thank God that He loves me unconditionally. I do follow Psalm 100 when I pray. There are so many more things that I am thankful for...For He is truly an awesome God, doing wonders, who is like unto thee?
---Donna9759 on 11/27/06

There's a reason they call it "Stuffing".

Thank You Lord God for in the midst of turmoil my heart doth rejoice with gladness at all the blessings thou hast bestowed upon me. For I delight in thy ways oh Lord and am lifted by thy presence. My joy grows with every look I place upon my loved ones, with every day you give me to love others. I am full of happiness at thy Word and heaped up with praise for thy name. Thy precious love is over me and mine, and my soul leaps as a fawn with glee,of hope in thee. I am rich in thy Spirit.

His promise, and that because I am overwhelmed by the state of the world.

Be it the immorality of our land or the violence of theirs, all these things make my heart cry out.

Only one thing counters this heavy load and that's the promise of restoration in Christ's return. My joy in this world is dried up, give me Jesus.

I am thankful no one in the family died this year, even with all their traveling. I am especially glad to be living in the USA, and not some 3rd world country. Even tho I am alone this Thanksgiving as my husband had to work, I don't feel alone and have many past wonderful Thanksgivings with family to recall.

Thinking back to the first Thanksgiving, I am thankful the American Indians did not build a fence to keep the Pilgrims from landing.
