"...don't be surprised when he invites muslims to take over the white house. He has said so publicly..." When, where and in what words did he say this? |
|
---RitaH on 5/9/08 |
millions are deceived by Obama and his muslim, united church background. He speaks out of both sides of his mouth at once and doesn't have a clue what he says. He condemns various group on one hand and supports them on the other. He tries to please everyone at once. Muslims hate christians and vow to destroy them. Obama is a contradiction and don't be surprised when he invites muslims to take over the white house. He has said so publicly and morons in the US weren't listening. |

What bothers me more than Obama being muslim is that his 'christian' church is more Marxist in teaching than christian. The "Black Liberation Theology" that Pastor Wright refers to is based in the Liberation Theology of Latin American and is purely Marxist and thus anti christian. A very confusing mess. |

Obama's body was baptized. Then he sat under condemning preaching. How long did that last? Until he realized it was costing him votes. Then he left that stage and jumped on another one. You want "change?" You will get it with him. You just won't like it. |

Who are the two Muslims running for president?
If you think Barak Obama is one, you are wrong. He was baptized at Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago a few years ago.
There is only one Muslim in the Congress, Keith Ellison from Minnesota, who (as far as I know) has no plans to run for president. |

Dont worry about it..If you are with Christ, then you have no need to worry..just believe in Him..and draw closer and closer to Him.. |

It was Hillary that released to the news that he went to a madressa(muslim school) it was not true. |
|
---Andrea on 9/17/07 |
WHO Donna? If you mean Obama, he is not a Muslim. |
|
---NVBarbara on 9/17/07 |
**If we did have a Muslim elected into office, I'd have to seriously rethink my loyalty to the country.** Rethink your loyalty to the government, not the country, already, because roman catholics are elected. That church has killed more christians than all the other religions of the world together. 100 years ago it would be unthinkable to have a roman president. but things change... |
|
---morse_inventor on 2/22/07 |
As long as we have check and balances in place, does it really matter what religion or denomination a president is. They would not be able to empose radical changes anyway. |

---sammie on 2/21/07 |
**If we did have a Muslim elected into office, I'd have to seriously rethink my loyalty to the country.**
The only Muslim who has been elected to office is Keith Ellison, who was elected as a Democrat from Minnesota.
Barak Obama is NOT a Muslim. |
|
---Jack on 2/17/07 |
Donna...You might want to check out the website for Obama's church. Then check out the denomination. |
|
---Susie on 2/17/07 |
Donna, from what I've heard about the Koran, it teaches a way of peace but through unrightouss means. If we did have a Muslim elected into office, I'd have to seriously rethink my loyalty to the country. If I'm wrong about the Koran, I appologize. |
|
---Kyle on 2/16/07 |
Donna, Barak Obama is a Christian, NOT a Muslim. |
|
---Jack on 2/15/07 |
Hey, if you folks tell me he's not a Muslim, then I stand corrected and apologize. I have more trust in Jack and Bruce then in Fox news...lol Go easy on me please. I've only heard he's a Muslim, but I will research his history/background further. |

Even if you didn't read Obama's book, you can look on Wikipedia and read about his life. He was born in Hawaii. His father was from Kenya, his mother from Kansas, his parents were divorced when Obama was 2 years old. His father moved to the U.S. then back to Kenya, Obama only knew his father through family stories and pictures. At age 10 he went to live with his G'parents in Hawaii where he went from 5th thru 12th grades at a school started by missionaries. His mother had remarried and lived in Jakarta. |

The one who filed papers on Monday is a MORMON not a Muslim. |
|
---Susie on 2/15/07 |
PART ONE: Donna Obama professes to be a Christian. He does not follow his father's muslim faith.
In speach on June 28, 2006, after talking about haveing a Muslim father (who turned athiest eventually) and a Baptist mother he said:
"...I was finally able to walk down the aisle of Trinity United Church of Christ on 95th Street in the Southside of Chicago one day and affirm my Christian faith. |
|
---Bruce5656 on 2/15/07 |
PART TWO: It came about as a choice...The questions I had didn't magically disappear. But kneeling beneath that cross on the South Side, I felt that I heard God's spirit beckoning me. I submitted myself to His will, and dedicated myself to discovering His truth..."
So tell me, why is it you think he is Muslim? |
|
---Bruce5656 on 2/15/07 |
i>Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17
If someone has identified themselves as a born-again Christian, their parent's religion, their upbringing or their educational background has zilch to do with who they are in Christ today. Praise be to God for His mercy and grace in making this so! |

Hey donna, i would also like you to read a little farther down in that site, he says hes a christian, now that doesnt necessarily mean that he is one since every president so far has said they were a christian, except JFK who "said" he was catholic...so yea...hes not a practicing muslim... |
|
---mark on 2/15/07 |
Bruce, one is Obama and the other one just filed papers on Monday. They said he's a Muslim also. |
|
---donna6598 on 2/15/07 |
This was copied from Obama's site:
Why didnt anybody ever mention that that man right there was raised spent the first decade of his life, raised by his Muslim father as a Muslim and was educated in a Madrassa? |
|
---donna6598 on 2/15/07 |
Another quote: although, as Obama's staff points out, Indonesia is a Muslim country, so the public schools undoubtedly reflect the dominant relgious culture. |
|
---donna6598 on 2/15/07 |
** It seems that Mr. Obama is not sure what he is, as he sometimes attends a protestant church in Chicago.**
Mr. Obama is QUITE sure that he's a Christian, as he was baptized at Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago.
He describes this event, and his conversion, in his biography. |

There is a mormon running for President (Mitt Romney). I will vote for a christian, but not for a mormon. |

I reckon it can't be any worse than all of those in office over the last years that worship the false gods of money, power and glory. Frank |

Our faith must be shown by our willingness to love others.
If you show your brothers the truth they will see these for who they really are.
These lost souls need Christ as we do and as such our brothers need encouragement.
Tell all you love of your faith and hope! |

I am a Christian,as such that is where my loyalty lies, with Jesus. I think I would be denying my Christ if I helped put a Muslim in office. No, America better stick with her roots,One Nation,Under God,through Jesus Christ. It would be like being unequally yoked in marriage to have a Muslim President over Christians. Jesus help us all to pray for a Christian President with faith and zeal for Christ. |
|
---Darlene_1 on 2/14/07 |
NO, but it's not up to us no matter what the politicians say.
The Lord will bring favor to anyone he wants in office and they'll be elected so that his plan for the world will go forth as he has ordained it.
Romans 13:1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. |

Who are these two muslims who are running for President? |
|
---Susie on 2/14/07 |
No. Definitely not. Not that I have anything against the person, but I don't agree w/ what they believe. We as believers must pray against that. |
