Men Still Seeking Other Women

Why is it that some men meet women on christian single sites, introduce themselves to women they are interested in, call them, tell them they really like them, but still spend alot of time on the dating site looking for other women. Shouldn't a man know when God has brought his mate?

Part 2:

Chris, surely you didn't think that one, two, or even three dates was the equivalent of a proposal of marriage, did you?

Men may see it as a sport. I may have simplified matters a bit much. Yet it takes a man of integrity to say what he means and mean what he says. If he is honest he may say, I am seeing someone right now however I may want to call you in the future. I believe that if we pray and trust the LORD, He will give us the desires of our heart. Men of their word are few and far between these days.It is impossible outside of the Holy Spirit at work within you. The same thing goes for us ladies.

Chris ::Its a level Playing field,as a player you have to guard The opposing player,to prevent them from scoring a goal, some games end in a tie, some dont,In the next Match you have another opposing Player, with the same intent, when you really find your Match that is the time to stop Playing; when he or she scores the winning goal The game is over.No half time or overtime. You go on to the next stage improving the strategy, with God as your guide.

There is a very good possibility that people who you are meeting on internet dating sites are not who they say they are. You have no way of knowing their marital status, financial status, spiritual status or anything else for that matter. Be very careful and don't give out too much personal information. In fact, if I were trying to meet men this way, I would get a pre-paid cell phone which couldn't be traced to me for security. You just don't know what people's intentions are.

Same could be said about many women. It's not our place to judge, however, God is able to deal with each of us.

"Shouldn't a man know when God has brought his mate?" Men tend not to be that smart. An uninitiated man will generally believe whatever a woman tells him. If she tells him that she knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that God has brought them together, he will buy into it regardless of the red flags. Experienced men are able to spot those subtle warning signs and act accordingly. It sometimes takes awhile before one pops up so that is why he may show interest for a season.

He's playing the field. Men like to have a variety of women in their lives. Then they see which one they like better. If one woman has a fault they don't like, they move onto the next one. Men act as if they don't have any faults, that's why when they find a woman with one, they drop her like a hot potato. That's why I don't trust anyone I meet on the internet. I just say we can talk but that's as far as it goes. I like meeting guys the old fashioned way, in church, at prayer meetings, etc.

Jack, no, but he did. I wanted to be friends first. Oh well

The men are not being sincere with themselves because it is said when u find the right one you will know and have peace like a river. some are just out there distracting and deciving alot of young marriageable age ladies. MEN STOP THE GAMES and be more DIRECT.

Guys generally have a clear idea of what qualities to look for in a future mate. However, after the fall, man prefer polygamous relationships to monogamous relationships. Even when it comes to dating, some of them court more than 1 lady. Ultimately, they will choose the best amongst the choices.

Yes, a man of God should know when the right one has come along. Evidentally, he doesn't think the right one has come along yet.
---Susie on 2/14/07

Chris, when the right one comes, you'll know it. Here's a Valentine's song for you.

When the rain is blowing in your face
And the whole world is on your case
I would offer you a warm embrace
To make you feel my love

When evening shadows and the stars appear
And there is no one to dry your tears
I would hold you for a million years
To make you feel my love

I know you haven't made your mind up yet
But I would never do you wrong
---Rural_Cafe on 2/14/07

I've known it from the moment we met
There's no doubt in my mind where you belong

I'd go hungry; I'd go black and blue
I'd go crawling down the avenue
There ain't nothing that I wouldn't do
To make you feel my love

Storms are raging on a rollin' sea
And down the highway of regret
The winds of change are blowing wild and free
But you ain't seen nothing like me yet
---Rural_Cafe on 2/14/07

There ain't nothing that I wouldn't do
Go to the ends of this earth for you
Make you happy, make your dreams come true
To make you feel my love

Maybe they know God hasn't brought them their mates yet.

Did you stop to think of that?
