Jesus is not in the world to develop a personal relatiosnhip with. He is in heaven preparing a place for each of you. There is, however, a relationship you must build and that if a relationship with God. Jesus is only the mediator between you and God. Ask God for anything in Jesus' name and, if your faith is strong, you shall receive (only if it is of the will of God). It's your faith of things not seen.

I have never heard an audible voice. It (He) is more like an unction (a senseing, a feeling). This has happened to Me this very day. While listening to a man described his job in a ministry called SET FREE ministries, which is a educational Prison ministry. The Holy Spirit told me this man is doing the very work he should be doing. I told him what the Spirit said to me, he said thank you very much for telling me.

When you first meet someone, you get to know them by spending time with them. It is the same with Jesus. You get to know him by spending time in His Word with him. As you read your Bible, talk to him about your concerns and life. Listen and expect for him to speak in a quiet voice that comes from deep inside of you. It will be difficult to hear this voice if you have a lot of outside influences around you. You have to learn to trust this small voice. It will never go against what the Bible says. Joy9988

The Bible says, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." John 10:9,10
Believing and accepting Jesus as our Lord and Savior is the first step in a personal relationship with Christ. He does talk to us, through the Holy Spirit and His Word. John 16:8-15.

You must have a personal relationship with JESUS CHRIST. It's not good enough to go to church, take communion, sing the doxology, or say the lords prayer. You must have that personal relationship with JESUS. I was a baptized church member for years, but i didn't know JESUS. The bible tells us, he that has the son has life, and he that doesn't have the son does not have life. JESUS is the only way to be saved. JESUS also said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life.

#1 He is your love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness & self-control. Your brother, Lord, The Groom, your loyalty is to Him, your one true love who embraces you with His spirit and draws you close to Him. There is no need to wonder who He is; He is the Spoken. God spoke creation into existence through the part of The Father that is the Son.

To have a personal relationship with Jesus is a most blessed thing, and requires first that you are born again. Then He promises never to leave or forsake us. Yes you can have an intimate relationship with the Lord by Him talking to us, sometimes through the Scriptures, sometimes through other Christians and sometimes through direct personal guidance of His Spirit within us.
