The word says the Nation that forgets God will be turned into hell, and God will send Fire, terror, hurricanes, floods, economical disaster and the enemy will kill their children and eat up their fruits. He will cause their leaders to lose their minds and the enemy will make slaves of them. I think
people should open their eyes and look around. In revelation an Angel causes the Sun to increase in heat, many are calling it Global Warming.

I would love to know the answer. Good Morals not important today? What kind of nut would say that. Just wallar in sin until you stink. One day people are going to be so sorry.+
---catherine on 10/25/07

It is not the job of our government to convert people to Christianity or convict of sin. Was our nation founded on Christian principles? Absolutely. However, we have something in this country called "freedom of speech". It's up to us to exercise this freedom with the help of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God. If our faith depends on politicians to do this, then it will also be shattered when they fall short. Vote your best. Preach your best. The rest is up to God.

Republicans pander to sinners too because everyone who votes is a sinner.

God is not Republican...or Democrat.

whats really going on here is my wording has been changed, and all of my blogs are not being posted.
---wayne on 3/16/07

Willow, you're right. I'll go with that.
---wayne on 3/16/07

I hope you don't mind another piggy back rider Jack, you said it best. Who is without sin ...?
Come on, what's really going on here?

Hi :) Just wondering if someone would explain to me how the "holy" Republican party is destroying what's left of this country AND Iraq?! And what is so righteous about a President that wants 10 billion for parks and CUTS FUNDING FOR VETERANS?! Sorry not buying it
---Mary on 3/15/07

Jack says it best. If you think you are not a sinner, and that your political party is righteous and holy you are mistaken.
---Madison1101 on 3/15/07

Election results from bush-Gore election:
bush 50,456,002
Gore 50,999,897.
And bush is the one we are looking to, to bring democracy to the world?!?
---randy on 3/15/07

Is there anyone who posts to these blogs who is NOT a sinner?

If anyone thinks he is not, and has no sin, he deceives himself (or herself) and the truth, Jesus, is NOT IN HIM.

Furthermore, did it ever occur to you that Gore's words quoted here are capable of a perfectly Christian interpretation?

Part 2:

And are you so deluded as to think that ANY party's political platform doesn't "pander to sinners"? As a great politician sang, "Put not your trust in princes [or politicians], in sons of men, in whom is NO salvation." (Psalm 103/102LXX)

To drag Jesus into this conversation, He said, "My kingdom is NOT of this world."
---Jack on 3/15/07

Unbelievers, they sit around tables scratching their heads. Not knowing whether to go to the left or to the right. Believers, we don't look straight out or to the left or to the right or down, no. We look up for answers. AH Jesus.

2 Chronicles 7:14

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

This verse is for the Beleiver now who is ready to join me in this challenge

Religion and loyalty must go together. As men, it is our duty to honor our Creator, to worship and reverence Him, as members of a community.-- That does not mean hiding under a bed. What kind of witnessing is that. The kind the devil loves.=== How should He be true to His prince that is false to His God?==You cannot be loyal to your Gov. If not to God.--[PROV. 24,21-22.]

So listen to my message, you rulers of Israel! [America] You hate justice and twist the truth. You leaders accept bribes for dishonest decisions. You priests [preachers]and prophets teach and preach but only for money. Their calamity shall rise suddenly. [quickly] [It is that word, suddenly, that bothers me.] [Micah]--- Good day.
---catherine on 3/15/07

yes Elder, i agree we as a country need a change of heart. Like Rev Herb posted, we are between the apathy and dependency phase.
---wayne on 3/15/07

Yeah what Elder said!
---Pharisee on 3/15/07

Evil people must be removed. ===The duty of magistrates is to use their power for the terror of evil works and evil workers. Listen to me, you rulers of Israel! You know right from wrong, but you prefer to do evil instead of what is right. You skin my people alive. You strip off their flesh, break their bones, cook it all in a pot, and gulp it down. [yuk] Someday you will beg the Lord to help you, but He will turn away because of your sins.

Wayne, the Bible says that God will give us leaders after our own heart.
Rather than trying to change any political party, we as a nation of people, just need to change our heart.
