1st - our salvation can be taken away (Revelation 3:5), your name CAN be blotted out of the Book of Life. 2nd - God will judge Christians and non-Christians. Christians will be judged by their thoughts, words, and actions, as well as their works. Read the book of Revelation to get more insight.

Most believe n live in Old Testament times: Can you show me in the Bible where it says we only believe in the NT only? Do you know that Christ is the OLd n New Testament? The whole Word John 1:1? Did you know that He is the Law? Did you know that we are 2obey all His commandments for its a transcript of His hOly character we need 2conform 2? Do you know what your studying about?

Most in this blog dont know why Christ came to earth. Most are living and believing in old testiment times. (get a grip)
Jesus is your saviour, (act and believe like it.)
If we be judged for our sin, then Jesus failed and scripture lies. He never took sin away. He never became sin for us.

Mima I believe all the words of the bible, not just those I find convenient to believe. Jesus said: ALL will be judged, both old and young, male and female, wicked and the Righteous. many can say they won't be judged but they have just denied the bible and Jesus Christ. it will be held against them when they themselves are judged by every word, thought and action they do in life. if you live as an example of Jesus Christ, scorning the evils of the world, the righteous need not fear.

Lori this statement,"christians saying they won't be judged for everything they do in life are living in a dream world and deny the bible" seems to imply that Jesus did not pay for our sins on the cross. Is that what you're saying he did not pay for our sins on the cross? Or do you think his payment was not enough, and we have to also pay for our sins?

Last days Judgment
Yes. Even now the Church is being Judged that is why you see so much wickedness being rooted out of the body. 1peter 4:17. This is the time of the separation. The separation of the wheat and the tares.

Salvation is always taken away by the saved person throwing it away. "Every tree that brings not forward good fruit is cut down, and thrown into the fire. For we must all appear in front of the Judgment throne of Christ, that every one may receive the things in body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad." Matthew 7:19, II Corinthians 5:10.

5] The just LORD is in the midst thereof, he will not do iniquity: every morning doth he bring his judgment to light, he faileth not, but the unjust knoweth no shame.
Our words, actions, and the thoughts and intents of our heart bear witness at the throne of God every day what we believe.

Anyone who has ever lived will stand before Jesus Christ. The sea give up its dead, death and Hades give up its dead and each person is judged according to what he/she had done.Scripture ref:Rev 20:12-13,Heb 9:27-28,Matt 25:31-46,1Co 3:12-15 and 2Co 5:10. God knows every minute detail of what each of us has done and how we have lived. While we are yet still living, Now is the time to humble ourselves and repent with action by confessing to God and making amends to those we have wronged.

christians saying they won't be judged for everything they do in life are living in a dream world and deny the bible. Jesus said that everyone will be judged according to what they do on earth, the righteous and wicked, good and evil, old and young, male and female. if you feel you won't be judged because Jesus took away your sins, you deceive yourself and the truth is not in you. Jesus forgives the sins that we ourselves repent of. No repentence, no forgiveness. everyone knows that who reads the bible.

"And after these things the word of the LORD came to Abram in a vision, saying, 'Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward.'" (Genesis 15:1)
So, I can see that God is our Reward NOW . . . if and as much as we submit to Him in His peace and obey Him . . . enjoying Him personally while staying with Him and doing what He has us doing.

Christians will be judged, but not for our sins since Jesus has already been judged for our sins. We will be judged as to what we wards we will receive when he returns. We cannot have these rewards now because he's bringing theme with him when he comes.

There will be a judgement. But for those who have accepted God's gift of salvation, and who believe in HIs promise that if you confess your sins He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to forgive us all unrighteousness-to those people it is as though their sins are to be blotted out and remembered no more

Read all of Matthew 25. Then read 1 Corinthians 9:27. Adam and Eve had Paradise and the same God we do. They had only one rule and they broke it and lost Paradise. God continued to make covenants with His people, but they were hard hearted and broke faith, then He sent His Son to show us the way, and to give for us the ultimate sacrifice (Mat 21:33-43) - does this mean that God gone soft and gave up on having obedient children? As Paul would say - God forbid. Galations 2:16-18; Romans 11:20-22.

20Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:
21For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.
22Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.
Paul wrote the above to Born Again, believing Christians.

Rev.11:18 The nations were angry, and your wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that you should 'give rewards' unto your servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear your name, small and great; and should destroy them which destroy the earth. Isa.3:10,11 Say unto the righteous, that 'it shall be well with them': for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. Woe unto the wicked it shall be ill with him; for the reward of his hands shall be given him.

Hi, Sara . . . "But He who has been joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him." (1 Corinthians 6:17) If you have been joined to the Holy Spirit, He has changed you to become obedient; in order for you to lose this, God would have to deliberately let go of you into a not-obedient nature that would have you give in to Satan's spirit (Ephesians 2:2).
If we're "saved", God has made us SAFE from losing our salvation.

"For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God?" (1 Peter 4:17)
So, if we are real Christians, WE get judged FIRST ! ! ! This shows me that the ones who are RIGHT get judged FIRST.
From this, I can see, that when I have a problem with someone . . .
IF I am the right one, then I need to FIRST
see how God judges ME in the situation (((O:}

We can fall from God, and be backsliders and go to hell. Our names can be blotted out of the book of life. Ps 69:28, 109:13-15. Yes. God is going to judge the just and the unjust. Mt 5:45, Acts 24:15, 2 Cor 5:10,
---Rebecca_D on 7/4/07|
1Pe 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
We will be judged by going through the fire in this life. Going through the fire will cause us to be despised and rejected of men, and hated of all for his name sake. The purpose of this is to bring us to spiritual maturity so that we will be worthy to rule and reign with Christ. God bless.
