This passage was actually taken from Revalation Chapter seven. The Church does not replace Israel. God has not forgotten about the apple of his eye. He has blinded their eyes so that that us gentiles can be grafted in.

The future prophesy of the true Israelites is Paralleled with the story of Joesph. Remember Joesph's dream. He told his brothers they would all bow down to him. They sold him into the hands of the gentile nations. He eventually came to reign over the gentile nations. When the famine came, his brothers were sent to Egypt for grain. After many visit (cuting out some parts) they came face to face with Joesph

However they did not know it was him until he showed them his circumcision. So it also be during the tribulation Christ will reserve a remnent in Israel who will be grafted back into the olive tree.

Israel is still God's chosen. They will always be God's chosen and those who profane them are in danger. Read Hebs.8:8-12 Romans 11:25-29

Israel is cursed and a broken branch the gentiles are grafted on to tree that they were broken off of. they have refused to believe in God's Son. They are Antichrist, The word says if we even give them a drink of water or bid them Gods speed, we also are a partaker of their evil deeds,

There is no more Judaism the levitical priesthood was replaced and the Law has been Changed we are under the Law of the Spirit where by we have the circumcision of the heart and are Spiritual Jews and only by believing on Gods Son is there salvation and Israel is not excluded. They can only be saved by the preaching of the Gospel and repentance on their part.

Israel will NEVER be replaced. Infact, Christians need to get back to their roots in blessing Israel and the Jews, they are our family in Christ. Christians need to remember that they are Messianic Jews (Jews that believe that Jesus is the Messiah). What we do with Israel and the Jews, determines what God does to us (Bless/Curse).

Mima,Good one. Litteraly no. Spiritually, the body (not necessarily the churches)are likened to a hybrid. We are grafted into or planted into the the vine of Jesus which is for the Jews. We are pruned and if we bear no fruit can be grafted out. We do not replace the Jews but join them side by side if we remain worthy.

It would be far better interpretation to say that the present day church joins with Israel not replaces Israel.
