Labels For Christians Needed
Label me 'saved' sanctified and filled with the Holy Ghost a Jesus freak
label me anything you want to just make sure it says
"made in Jesus"

Throw out the Labels. Every group thinks they will be the only ones going to heaven. Drop the ego and lets get along here on earth.

It is man who puts labels on people, not God. God looks on the heart. He also looks to see if a person is in His Son Jesus Christ. God does not care about denominations and He did not make them either. Christianity is all about Jesus.

That is exactly my point, I totally agree!!

The Bible says we are to expose false doctrines. Labels make it easier to see the false from the true. Those who believe in the Trinity vs. those who do not. Those who believe the Holy Spirit only points to Jesus and not a member of the GodHead vs. the majority of us who believe the Holy Spirit is equal to the Father and the Son.
Churches who believe Satan and Jesus are brothers, it helps others to know that.

Not all calling themselves Christian are.
Those who believe long hair makes them holy vs. the majority of us who know that Christ is the head/covering of the Church, not the hair on your head.
Those who believe "being crucified with Christ" gives you the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and don't believe the Baptism exists. Those who believe by being in a fundamental holiness church, you become crucified with Christ by your holiness practices.
Labels identify false from true.

Labels are as significant as our names. We need to be able to define the differences between us. We cannot pretend that there are not differences. RCC, Mormons, Baptist, Church of Christ etc. If you lump them all in the same basket it wouldn't be pretty.

Hi robyn, I do not think we need labels. I think the way we live should reflect Jesus in us. People should see Christ in us.

Because I'm not being loving the way I need to be so it would be obvious I am a Jesus person.

I don't think labels are needed. Labels are only placed on things to identify them. Christian is simple enough.
