Started reading as soon as I could read. Try to read it through at least once a year.

Dad was a preacher so I started reading the Bible almost as soon as I started reading. I didn't understand it tho' til I was saved in 1986.

I was raised an atheist and got saved at 28 I've been reading it for a few decades now and am always amazed at how it comes alive.

I don't know why anyone whould want to know why a stranger started reading the Bible, but in my case, I was raised as an athiest and became Born Again at age 32 at which time I began seriously reading the Bible. Prior to that, I did open the Bible several times but it made no sence to me because it had to be spiritually discerned and I did not have that discernment yet. Now I have every translation and can't stop reading over and over. ha:)

I was 10 reading a King James Bible! No Joke...... My dad was very strict. It was only at age 13 or 14 that I starting to do deep study on the Word of God.

I was 15 when I started reading the Bible and am thankful these many years later for all of the marvelous things its pages have given me, including all of the comfort, AND the correction.

I was 42 yrs. old before I started to take the Bible seriously. For the last ,almost nine years, I cannot get enough of it. I love the word, and have a strong hunger for it, daily.

I was 18 when I first read it seriously. Previously it was to order in R.E. classes and at Sunday School. The problem was that we tended to be told to read it but were never asked for opinions/thoughts or were given explanations nor were we encouraged to ask questions about it.
