I shall tell you what's up, Heaven! Now>>>The immediate purpose of the universal offer of salvation is to show the Jew that it is possible for the heathen Gentile to be Saved.>>>Do you got it?
---catherine on 9/30/07

All right, Trish! :) You go, girl! :) Congratulations dear! :)
---Mary on 9/26/07

CONGRATULATIONS TRISH!!!! That is awesome! I pray that the ONLY drunkeness you will ever experience again will be being "drunk" aka "filled" with the Holy Spirit!

Ephesians 5:18
And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit...

Blessings :-)
---Holly4jc on 9/26/07

Trish, that is so wonderful,I praise God with you for his healing strength. There were two or three in my family who drank to excess, one who drank himself to an earlier death,I know how hard it is to resist from observing them. God has a greater plan for your life, the best doctor is one who had the disease,I know God will use you mightly to help others. God Bless
---Darlene_1 on 9/26/07

Today, September 26, 2007, I celebrate six years of sobriety in Alcoholics Anonymous. By God's grace, I have been able to go without a drink for six solid years. That is a pure miracle. Praise Him for this.

I wonder how people come up with some of these awsome questions? Theologians would have trouble with some of them, I am sure.>>>Ha, Ha.
---catherine on 9/26/07

Splaa, we don't have to be of one mind, the important thing is to be of one Spirit, the Spirit of the living God. Faith in Christ is what makes us come into the family of God and learning to love like Jesus is what keeps us in the family. We need to learn to love one another to the point we accept each other just as we are and let God deal with the rest, even when we have a different opinion I would pray it's given in love and backed by the Word. Love & God Bless

Hello everyone in Jesus prescious name. I have been blogging here since last April as it turns out. I checked my records. I am sorry for the confusion but 2 glitches in the system have causee"jody" to evenuate into to this name. Sorry. It is not a case of an identity disorder but a computer error.:) I am one and the same person and still appreciate you all and enjoy reading your blogs. I thank you all for challanging my beliefs and hope that one day we can be of the same mind.
---splaa6685 on 9/25/07

Two Retractions in a week is what's up. Earlier I said faith and holiness goes together. Well, I meant to say peace and holiness are very closely associated.
---catherine on 9/25/07

Holly: Thank you for that prayer. I feel much better today. I woke up feeling well rested and with no discomfort, not even the sinus headache I had last week. Amen.
---Trish9863 on 9/24/07

1) In the of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, I rebuke and loose off of Trish any spirit of infirmity and I cancel any plan, scheme or assignment of the enemy or word curse spoken over her and I call your power null and void to operate in Trish's life and I bind Trish to the healing power of the Blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth and I declare that NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST HER SHALL PROSPER.
---Holly4jc on 9/24/07

2) I speak health, healing, renewed energy and strength to your body Trish and total restoration of health. And may you have a wonderfully blessed day and week in Him! In Jesus Christ of Nazerth's name I pray and I seal this prayer with the Blood of Jesus...AMEN!!!
---Holly4jc on 9/24/07

I need prayer tonight. I have a terrible stomach flu with cramping and gas, and I am miserable. Please pray I get my strength back for work on Monday.
---Trish9863 on 9/23/07

Well, I did find out something else tonight. When you do receive power from God, revelation, and you want to share it, man running to the blogs, well, it just isn't the same. By the time you full with periods, commas, ect, you begin to wonder what revelation.
---catherine on 9/23/07

I have revelation tonight.. If Jesus Christ had not come and sent back the Person of the Holy Spirit, God would have destroyed this world WAY before now.. For God so loved the world, He wanted to save it. Jesus said, "If you have seen me you have seen the Father". . The Flood is a great example of wickedness including worshipping idols. So Jesus came so somebody could be saved from destruction and to be set apart from the world. Jesus did save the world for a little while.

---Helen_5378 on 9/15/07

Hi everyone. I have a praise. I am in a terrific school this year, and have been so blessed already with having two Christian co-workers that I know of, and have been able to use my social work skills with two of the kids already. Please pray for my students, especially these two, as they have need of outside services and I am in the process of trying to help them access that.

Trish, thank you so much. Bless her heart instructions said she could use the hand to change clothes so she was changing grandsons shirt, caught her thumb on sore hand on it and sprained the thumb. Wound up in emergency room for several hours today, but they said she hadn't injured the surgery, thank God. Yes Mom had knee surgery and I think that must be some of the worst. Took her 3 years to really get over it.
---Darlene_1 on 9/9/07

Darlene: I am praying for your daughter. Joint surgery is so painful. I had knee surgery years ago, and remember it well.

Thanks for praying for my family. To add to my sister's pain, her dog died while we were in St. Louis at my son's wedding. Her other doggy died last year, just before my brother passed.
---Trish9863 on 9/8/07

Trish, I am praying for you and your loved ones. I lost 11 relatives in a year and a half a few years ago and know that God,prayer, and time does make things better.
---Darlene_1 on 9/8/07

My daughters surgery went well, but she did have a very bad case of Carpal Tunnel .She is having a lot of pain in surgery site,it was done on Sept 6,so please pray for that. God Bless

Holly: God is so good.

Everyone: Please pray for my mom and sister. The anniversary of my brother's death is coming up in October, and I am concerned about them. Mom still questions my certainty of salvation and heaven.
---Trish9863 on 9/6/07

Well...sounds like ALOT of congratulations are due your way! Congratulations!!! So...let's both stand together that this b-day will be an upcoming year of JUBILEE for us since we are both going to be the big 50! Happy b-day to you! May the Lord bless you and restore all things the enemy has stolen to you in this upcoming year!
---Holly4jc on 9/5/07

Holly: My big 50 is in November. I was dreading it during 2006, because of my weight. That was one of the biggest reasons I had the gastric bypass surgery. I had tried everything, and decided that I was NOT going to be FAT and 50. 50, I can handle, but both were too much for me. Now, I am losing the weight, a new grandmother, and I have a new daughter-in-law as of Saturday. God is so-o-o-o-o-o good.
---Trish9863 on 9/4/07

Thanks Tommy, happy birthday to you too! Hey...isn't 50 the new 30 nowdays??? LOL

Holly4jc, Happy Birthday, the "big 50" is no Big Deal. I turn the big 53 on the 16th, and I just praise the Lord for all the many blessings He has given me, especially my salvation. God is wonderful and gracious, and worthy of all praise and adoration.
---tommy3007 on 9/4/07

Raine: Thank you for your kind words. God is the Great Physician and Healer of all. I am just a conduit of His love for those who are hurting.

I am praising the Lord for a wonderful wedding with my son and his new wife. We were blessed abundantly while in St. Louis. My daughter-in-law's family is so loving and kind.

Rebecca: I am praying for your surgery. I hope you are able to recuperate quickly.
---Trish9863 on 9/4/07

Well first I'd like to say that I will pray for you Rebecca and I hope the pain of the surgery goes away quickly. Also, I'd like to add that I also use my real name on the blogs. I too really exist Jody 9683 and I have a few volunteer friends but I do not believe that I have seen their names on these blogs.I have recieved and emailed Elder. Also would like to ask for prayer for my daughter who is pregnant and has medical problems which might make things rough. I have enjoyed reading your blogs Jody:)

Trish, I know that you actually exist. You tell the truth. I can imagine what you must see every day. The only way a person could handle it - grounding yourself in the Truth.
Day in, day out, and shaking the job off of your shoulders as you leave. Trish, how is that Bible study going?
---Raine on 9/4/07

Trish, I've watched opposition to your profession over the past year. One by one, those with the greatest objection, have been revealed as the same person. Without help, the family is left to pick up the pieces of a mind that's shattered, scattered and in desperate need of attention. You've talked about religious ideations. A shattered mind can hide behind religion. If the sickness remains, year after year, hiding behind religion - the symptoms are increasing - it's time for medical treatment.
---Raine on 9/4/07

People die from internal injuries, and they may go undetected, until it's too late.
People die from mental illness and it may go undetected, until it's too late.
I see some of these blogs as a cry for help, at the same time, wanting to hide behind religion. Waiting for Jesus to heal you, deliver you from mental illness is Scriptural.
Harming your family and everyone around you while you wait, is not Scriptural.
---Raine on 9/4/07

Rebecca D,God Bless You,more surgery! I will be praying for you when you have surgery and that this will be your last time you need any surgery. Please pray for my daughter, she is having carpal tunnel surgery Sept. 6. I was going to have it that day but couldn't get peace about it so gave my appointment to her,she works and needed to get it done before time to start work again, and I can have it anytime anyway. Be Blessed

I will be having my hysterectomy September 24th. I won't know until the 19th if it will be a partial or a full. I do have a cyst a little bigger than a golf ball. So hopefully this will be my last surgery....at least for a few years.

I don't tell you where I live for obvious reasons. The Moderator has my penpal user sign-in. He knows where I live. I gave my actual location to CN. I have not altered my testimony. My father is a disabled veteran. I live close to my family to be of assistance. I am where I need to be.

Elder, what do you remember about the blogs when found them?
Original bloggers - what do you remember?
What do you miss the most?
We are saved by the word of our testimony - who Jesus Christ is in our life, and how our life changed from darkness to Light.
The Truth sets us free.
