Andrea has made a good point in that it is most cruel to causually discuss a subject so complex as this at the expense of ones who suffer so deeply. Mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers. Not to mention offspring. We are not experts even with degrees in the subject. Only God has the answers and we cannot pass fault off to parenting as this runs much deeper and indeed is satanic. The rate is on the rise in the remote areas of the earth for unknown reasons. Truly strange. We need to pray.:) |

Look to Europe where spanking is illegal in most countries. Europe, compared to the US, has a lower crime rate, less poverty, fewer abortions, higher literacy rates and the list continues. In Europe children are truly first and do not take a back seat to greed. I dont have children, but I do have a dog which I dont hit and he is better trained and more disciplined than most children that I see in church, whom I assume get punished regularly. |

Please do not bring up suicide as evidence of bad parenting. It is cruel to those who have experienced it and they do not need to suffer more.
Kids are introduced to so much more then they were intended we can not know all the whys? |

Randy: I never knew that, That is very interesting indeed. However Dr. Spock was one who's specialty was about "how to raise children" but a better title would have been "how to bring a curse on your children" He was against spanking children, which has turned out an entire nation of rebellious, and self seeking, BRATTY ADULTS, who are carrying on the tradition of "NO DISCIPLINE" for children. Now they simply get the NAUGHTY SPOT. |

Dr. Spocks son committed suicide. Leading an entire generation astray, turning out complete brats, lawless, sin abounding, disrespectful to parents, authority.
etc. America, takes God out of schools, God is not invited, in the home any more, God is not invited in the school any more, God is not invited in the workplace any more, Yet God being the gentlemen he is leaves as they wanted Him to do, leaving all hell to break loose, then when it does, People say WHY did YOU ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO ME GOD? |

I hardly know where to begin, as my list is very long. It seems to go on forever. Children have more thrown at them today then ever before.
The world has WAXED FRIGHTFULY COLD.
Cartoons are even demonized after actual demons in the supernatural. They give children vile and hideous hidden messages.
X BOX games,
Fatherless, Motherlessness.
Not brought up to fear God.
Sin is praised. Christianity is rebuked and scorned. |

Hi Cynthia,
My guess would be entertainment, and lack of parental supervision. People today want entertainment 24/7. They even desire entertainment over worship, and fun over doctrine.
With most children having 2 parents working or only 1 parent, it's hard for them to get the love and discipline they need and want.
All this leads to youth that are never satisfied, and unruly.

One threat to Children in the near future will be Al Qaida terrorist attacks on Schools to kill as many children and teachers as possible in hopes that Americans will retaliate against Muslims in their local area. This will be exploited by Al Qaida to get unalloyed Muslim states to support a general Jihad against Western Europe and the US. The target schools would need to be semi isolated to be controllable and with in 15 miles of a Muslim population to be effective locations. |

People. There are some sick people using the candy "poprocks" and making it into the drug Meth. This is how they pass this drug along and it looks like candy. One child has already been hospitalized because he ate some of this candy thinking it was candy, when it was Meth. This drug, once a person takes it whether by accident or not, they are hooked. And it is very possible that they could die. So if you get anything that looks like poprocks, throw it away. |

i was thinking about that card game "yu-gi-oh" last week at youth we were discussing about demons and my youth leader told us that his son brought these cards home one day. His dad was interested on what they were, only to discover that they were demons on the other sides of them. He decided to burn them and it took 45mins to just burn one. They had demonic symbols on them as well... Freaky. |
