We know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to His purpose for them. For God knew His people in advance and He chose them to become like His Son. Romans 8:28-29.

One of my favorite text is found in 2Corinthians 5:20-21, that God made Jesus "to be sin on our behalf, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him." By the love, grace, and mercy of God,sinners are given a chance to be saved. To be saved, one needs to believe, repent, and be baptized--Mark 16:15-16,Acts 2:38.

Cynthia,Just recently in a conversation with my husband I mentioned proverbs 3:5 & 6. Much of our Christian walk can be summed up here. Great verses. God bless.

My most favorite versus in the Bible is Pv. 23:23 -- "Buy the truth, & sell it not, also wisdom, & instruction & understanding."

One buys the truth by paying attention to, spending time in God's word. In doing so, one will come to believe (buy into) & regard it as most precious & not sell (exchange) it for anything else.

God's truth makes one wise by instructing (chastening) & correcting our attitude, leading believers to understand with a clear knowledge.

Blessings to you Kella, and to everyone, As Jack said, all of the verses in the Word of God are inspired, but one of my favorites is Proverbs 3:5-6. Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding, IN all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths. Jesus Christ is the anchor of my soul. Thank you Jesus! God Bless friends!

The entire Bible as one verse.

The entire Bible because it reveals God in multiple ways. God doesn't reveal himself in only one or two verses but the entire Bible. Could you know a person by merely the color of his hair? Or when you caught her in a rare bad mood? Remember: the Bible was not origianlly written in verses and misinterpretation is found in verses.

I find great comfort in Psalm 37. In this Psalm we clearly see that God will take care of those who oppose us and will provide all that we need. Certain verses stand out more than others but the whole Psalm is worth studying. In a nutshell, it is saying that if we trust Him He will ensure that we are cared for.

Since every verse in the Bible is inspired as every other verse, how about 11 Kings 18:27 in the KJV?
