Do you know even if you were the ONLY one who would receive Jesus Christ for the forgivness of your sin, He would still die for you, that's how much He loves YOU.

John 3:16 says..for God so loved the world HE GAVE....

I believe that we all are responsible for Christ's death on the cross becauae it was the sins of human kind that sent Jesus to the cross. Jesus is the Son of God and he died for our sins.

all of us are responsible for the crucification of Jesus. for if it wasn't for us He would have never died.

When I really start to preach, I am going to preach that those wicked men killed my Lord and my Savior. And they are still doing it today.

amelia, thank you. It's the truth. Folks, if God allowed the Pharisees or the Romans to kill Jesus, then that would mean God wasn't in control of the situation and didn't have a PERFECT plan for the redemption of our sins. Jesus was not killed. It was the Father's will for Jesus to be crucified on the cross, shed his blood for our sins and then he gave up His Spirit, "It is finished." Man would like to think they killed Jesus, but Jesus gave up His Spirit first.

It was demanded by the Jews. Mt 27:22-23. He was inflicted by the Gentiles Mt 27:26-35. But Jesus was born to die. Among other things that was his purpose. Jesus Christ died so we wouldn't have to. Once was enough.

Who killed Jesus? The bottom line is that Me and you did, our Sins put Him on that Cross,
Isaiah 53: What a wonderful Savior! oh the deep love of God! Oh what sinners we are, For God so loved [Your name here] That He gave His only Son That whosoever believes in Him Will not perish, but have everlasting life!

In a way, yes, YAHUSHUA (Jesus Christ) was murdered. But, the Truth is, is that He laid His own Life down Himself. No one could take it from Him, unless the Father YAHUVEH allowed it. And the Father did allow it for to make His Son a Ransom Atonement for whosoever will. But, in the sense of the "flesh", it was the Jewish religious leaders who were mostly behind the "murder" of YAHUSHUA (Jesus).

I did.
My sins made it mandatory for God to send his Son to the cross. He said if a shepard has 100 sheep and loses 1, does he not leave the 99 to go save the one?

I am the one. He sacrificed himself for me. I can't blame the Jews, Romans or Judas. My sin.
---Morgan on 11/29/07

judy,we killed him by our sin nature.God wanted to save us so he sent his son to die for us to reconcile himself to us through jesus.answer ALL OF US

No one killed Jesus, the 'supposed' Jews plotted His death, Pilate consented to His death, however the bottom line is, They could have no power against Him unless it was given them from above. "As the Father knows Me, even so I the Father: and I lay down My life for the sheep. Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life, that I might take it up again. No man takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself, I have the power to lay it down, and I have the power to take it up again."

Jesus Christ was not killed by anybody. Jesus Christ willingly gave up His own life. John 19:30 says "..And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit".
---Helen_5378 on 11/28/07

All of us are guilty of killing him.

Who killed Christ?

1. Jews - Acts. 2:23.
2. Gentiles - 1 John 2:2 - Because God's gentile children sinned, Christ had to die for them also.
3. No man - John 10:18. Christ laid down his own life to save sinful man.
4. All the above.

Hope that makes sense.

no one killed Jesus ,he knew he was to die ,he was fullfilling the fathers will,he died willingly so we could be saved.

Human's sins were what put Jesus on the cross. Every person in the world put Jesus on that cross. Going even further-every time we as humans sin, we put Jesus back on that cross, and crucify Him over and over again.
---Leslie on 11/28/07

Nobody killed Jesus Christ!! The Scripture plainly say, in John 10:17-8, 17 "Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again."
18 "No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father." Let's trust the Scriptures!!

** it was the Pharisees! the Religious spirit. The legalistic spirit. **

Actually, it was the priestly class, mostly Saducees. But hey, what does Biblical accuracy mean when you've got an axe to grind?

Who killed Jesus Christ?
you could say the "people". The people stated they wanted him killed. . . but does it really matter?
Jesus came for a reason... to save us all from sin. I care not who did it but am thankful that it was done. . for by his stripes I am healed and through his blood I am made whole. . . . AMEN
---Amelia on 11/28/07

The Jews initiated it they were the trouble makers that brought Jesus also a fellow Jew to the cross, and get this, it was not the unrighteous jews, it was the Pharisees! the Religious spirit. The legalistic spirit. The proud traditional spirit, that hung Jesus on the cross.
---Whisper on 11/28/07

Our sins are the reason for the crucifixion.

Nonetheless, the Jews facilitated the process. Pilate wanted to let Jesus go, as he found no fault in him.

Neither, the bible tells us He gave up His Spirit. "Father into thy hands I command My Spirit."
They had to break the legs of the one thief on the cross, but when they came to Jesus, He had already given up His Spirit. He was long gone by then.
