wivv, Yes, that's right. At the end of the 1,000 Year Reign of YAHUSHUA on Earth, Satan will be loosed from the Abyss and then, for a period of time, he will round up an "army" to try to overthrow YAHUSHUA's Kingdom.

Gordon, you are almost correct. It will be 1,000 years plus a season. (Revelation 20:3)

There is the Hell which Sinners go to directly after Death. Then, there is the Lake of Fire, which the same Sinners will go to after the 1,000 Year Reign of YAHUSHUA (Jesus Christ) on Earth. That's all there is. Some people say you can get hell on Earth, but that's another Blog.

Where did you get the idea that hell mirrored heaven?

Hell is hell. There will, I do believe, be different degrees of hell. There is only one hell. I wonder sometimes if it will be big enough.

"For our God is a consuming fire." (Hebrews 12:29)
I can see that God is the fire who does good to those who warmly share in His love, but burning those of an unloving nature...like how a wheeling dealing rubber tire will burn out and have a smoky stench, while chicken will cook to become finger-licking good with an aroma pleasing to God.
It's what you make it,
how you take it...
just don't YOU fake it (o:

Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire: this is the second death.
:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life, was cast into the lake of fire.
There seems to be one hell and it's cast into the lake of fire. I see no mention of more than one hell in the Bible.

There isn't even one Hell.
---Mickey on 11/29/07|
There is one Hell, but with various different sections of different kinds of Torments. Then, afterwards there is the Final Destination of Eternal Torments called the "Second Death" or the Lake of Fire.

A word can have more than one meaning. I think hell can mean (1) "the grave" physical, where bodies go, (2) before judgement, where someone stays who will fail judgement, plus (3) the lake of fire and brimstone after judgement. So, that's three hells. Also an emotionally hard time in this life would be "hell"...and/or spiritual hardship, plus a physically harrowing trial by fire can be hell.

According to my Bible there is only one hell.

Jesus said there were degrees of punishment, some will "beate with few stripes" and others "with many stripes."
But there's only one hell, unless you make a proper distinction between sheol/hades (abode of the dead) on one hand and gehenna (place of eternal punishment) on the other.
