I don't know how to answer this other than listen to "The Lumber Song" by Eli. Matthew 6:19-21 talks a little about this. I hope this helps!

Yes, I believe so. What you did with your gifts that God entrusted you with, God will want to know.

Paul is not saying that there are three heavens or even three levels of heaven. Paul was saying that God took him to the "celestial" Heavens, as in the realm in which God dwells. The concept of different levels of Heaven is foreign to Scripture. There are different levels of reward in Heaven (1 Corinthians 9:4-27, 2 Timothy 2:5), but only one "level" of Heaven.

#5b And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts ( 1st rank - the Bride), and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshiped God, Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen. And one of the elders ( one of the Bridal company) answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes?

#5c And whence came they? And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

#9 Rev. 2:10 - Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried, and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life (the Smyrna Church and the Philadelphia Church are the only churches who are said to have a crown. The Smyrna church speaks of the dead in Christ that shall rise first at the first trump - I Thes. 4).

#1a Yes, most definitely. In 1 Cor. 15:22-24 -- For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order (his own rank or level according to his own reward): Christ the firstfruits(He was the first to ascend), afterward they that are Christ's at his coming ( the first rank or order - I Thes. 4) .

#1b Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God (all the Church will be in heaven by the middle of the 7 years of tribulation), even the Father, when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

#2a 1Cor. 15:40,41 -- There are also celestial bodies (heavenly bodies, the Church are a heavenly people - Abrahams heavenly seed - as the stars of heaven)), and bodies terrestrial (earthly people, Israel they are the earthly seed of Abraham - as the sand of the sea): but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another (Both Israel and the Church have their own specific place in Gods plan).

Absolutely!! Scriptural reference----
Luke 19:17-18-19 " 17 And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities.
18 And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds.
19 And he said likewise to him, Be thou also over five cities.
Remember also that there are different crowns to be won.
Yes! There will be differences in heaven.
