No, not baptised, but I have been confirmed since my baptismal, in which I confirmed my beleif in Christ and the Christian church, just like being baptised only this time I spoke for myself and didn't get wet.

Eloy based on all you have written do you still maintain that you have been saved three different times? If so, Since God does the saving, God would have had to make a mistake two out of the three times. Now you and I know God doesn't make mistakes therefor I maintain you have only been saved omce!!!!
---Mima on 2/18/08

.mima, you wrongly say, "obviously God made a mistake." Will you get real? God is not mocked. He is perfect, above reproach, and ultimately in complete control over all his creation. And inspite of the unlearned whom knows not the ways of God, whatsoever God chooses to do, that does he.

mima, Does the one saved from drowning doubt that they were saved? Not at all. And why not? Because the one that was drowning is no longer drowning, but instead is alive indeed upon the solid ground. And so it is with those whom are truly saved, we know that we are built upon the solid Rock of truth and not on any sinking sand. Please Read- Hebrews 10:35-39+ I John 3:13-21.
---Eloy on 2/18/08

mima, You ask, How do I know that I am saved? I answer, The exact same way that a drowning man knows when he is no longer drowning but has actually been rescued from drowning, and also the proof of a manifested new life, that of having Christ's nature rather then a Christless nature.

mima, I do not sin: I do righteousness. At 12, I gave my life to the Lord. At 23, I asked Jesus to save me. Satan destroyed my life, then lied to me saying that God does not care. I told God to leave me. On my death bed, on Sunday March 4, 2001 A.D. I prayed the Sinner's Prayer: Jesus himself came into my apartment and saved me all over again and healed me. Today I am glad to say, I am Saved- a true born-again Christian. Hallelujah! Thank you Jesus! You are most worthy to praised in all the earth!

mima, All the saved KNOW they are saved. "Come, hear, all you all that respect God, and I will declare what he has done for my soul. Truly God has heard, he has attended to the voice of my prayer. All whom redeemed by YHWH will say, everyone whom he redeemed from the hand of the enemy. Quench not the Spirit. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony, and they loved not their lives up to the death." Psalm 66:16,19, 107:2, I Thessalonians 5:19, Rev.12:11.

mima, The Lord himself bears witness that I am indeed in the truth and the truth in me, so there is no need to question the evident physical manifestion of the supernatural conversion revealing his very life and his very truth within me. You can know us by the fruits that we bear, whether or not we are of the truth, for each one of us whom are born-again will bear witness of him, and he bears witness of us.

Jerry: I know that a person can only be born again once. The bible says to have the inner man is renewed day by day. 2 Cor 4:16. And if a person should fall away from Christ (backslide) then they must first renew their mind, repent and do their first works over. Heb 6:6, Rev 2:5.
---Rebecca_D on 2/17/08

Jerry: Do you not fall in love with Christ all over again? Do you not renew your mind daily and your heart? I agree that a person can only be saved once.

TO Eloy, If this statement is true,"
I have been saved more than once." Obviously God made a mistake. Is that your position? If God has made a mistake before concerning your salvation, what reason would you had to believe your saved now?
---Mima on 2/17/08

I have been saved more than once. Over the years I have been baptized three times. Once as a baby, and later, twice as an adult. As an adult I was baptized in both the trinty title, and in the formal Name Jesus.

"Have you been baptised since your salvation?" Yes, and it was a beautiful experience. Although it took place a very long time ago, I can remember it as if it were yesterday. It was an extremely cloudy day, the lake was muddy, yet when immersed my eyes remained open and I saw a light as blinding as the sun. Curiously, as soon as I emerged, the light was gone. I we never forget it, yet have no idea what I saw or why.

Rebecca you do err not knowing the scriptures. You can only be Born Again once.
Once you have been Born Again you pass from death unto life. You cannot pass from life to death and back to life again.
---Jerry on 2/16/08

Yes, absolutely. I looked very forward to it, and when we did it, the lake went dry !!!! We have made the comment several times, that we had so many sins, that they knocked a hole in the lake allowing it to drain.... I guess that is not altogether true.. but, it was kinda funny. I think God has a sense of humor. Hope you do too.

Yes this fish was clean also about one and a half yrs now.[I also love this phrase] It was done in September in the Atlantic Ocean in the good ole state of Maine, and it was a little chilly at the time. My whole family were all done at the same time. Praise the LORD.

Yes, I was in June of 1968. Although it was after my salvation, I believe that it was part of my salvation also.

Yes I was baptized about five days later, after being saved 49 years ago in July. I have since seen many people baptized after receiving the Lord Jesus Christ. Have actually baptized some(because of their insistence). I do not hold to the view that being baptized is essential for salvation!!

I asked Him to clean this fish.

Yes. At least 4 times. I became born again in the year 2000. Soon afterwards I was baptized in a river. Getting saved and staying that way has been the best decision I've made. I got baptized the first time to show good favor to God. A desire from my heart. The other times I wanted to renew my love and heart to Jesus. So I fell in love with him all over again.

Yes, in a river with rapids. There is a still spot in one area. I know how to float, but I don't really know how to swim very well. Dog paddle.
I put all my faith in Jesus Christ while I was in the river. I asked Him to clean this fish.
