Aw Trish I'm so sorry to hear that your wonderful visit ended so badly! You are always in my prayers, but they will be doubled. I am relieved to hear that there were no injuries. I'll call you later in the week. The 'jolt' may make you feel sore, get some rest!
---NVBarbara on 3/24/08

Trish...Didn't you have to replace your car last year?
---KarenD on 3/24/08

Wow! I'm sooo sorry Trish but also glad you are okay, whew! Car accidents are like my number one fear in life too! Anyway I'll be praying for God to work out the details for you and glad He kept you safe dear.
---Mary on 3/23/08

Trish,oh my,bless you. Glad no one was hurt. It's obvious God was with you to keep any harm from your body. I'll be praying for you,I do pray for you everyday. When I go somewhere in my car I pray, Lord prepare the way before me,after me,over and under me and on both sides. Don't let anything go wrong with the car,and plead the blood over the parts. I end by saying protect all others from me and me from all others. You can use your own prayer to fit your situation, maybe I'm childish but It works.
---Darlene_1 on 3/23/08

I would appreciate prayers for me. I had a pretty bad car accident on my way home from Michigan visiting my daughter. I need to work out logistics to get my car repaired and to get me home. Please pray that the Lord works all the details out for me, and that I stay calm and trust Him for the outcome.

I praise the Lord that nobody was hurt, and that I am okay. I hit nobody else, just ran off the road into a ditch because of snow on the ground.
---Trish9863 on 3/23/08

Rebecca D,What I'm talking about is Pyridium (what makes redorange ) ,there is a Pyridium Plus with two other things added, one added element would be Butabarbital which is a barbiturate usually given to help one relax and sleep. What you can get over the counter is Pyridium alone called Azo Standard but no one should take it without doctors permission. It's just for pain, son takes it with Kidney stones attack. Sorry you are suffering so,praying for you. God bless you.
---Darlene_1 on 3/19/08

Rebecca: My prayer is that you will find healing and feel much better very soon.
---sue on 3/18/08

Rebecca: I will pray for you concerning this problem. You have had more than a normal person's share of health issues. God bless.

Everyone, I am in Michigan visiting my daughter and granddaughter. What a blessing to be able to babysit her today.
---Trish9863 on 3/18/08

Darlene: I have taken the medicine of Peridin which is for bladder spasms. And that makes one's urine turn to reddish-orange. I don't have bladder spasms. I know I have a bladder infection. But I am taking this one day at a time.
---Rebecca_D on 3/18/08

Rebecca D,opps meant to say it isn't an antibiotic prescription medication but over the counter it just helps pain. When you're in pain that means a lot.
---Darlene_1 on 3/17/08

Rebecca D, if there is no medical reason for you not to use it,there is an over-the-counter medication just for bladder pain. You should ask your doctor about it,or even the prescription strength if you aren't already taking it. It isn't medication, only helps pain,my doctor said it is like an asprin for the bladder. Mom takes it from time to time and it helps. You've probably taken it before, when you void it will be a redorange color. God Bless
---Darlene_1 on 3/17/08

You don't want to know!>>Oh man!!! you don't want to know!
---catherine on 3/17/08

Rebecca D,I forgot to tell you that both types of treatments were done by Urologists. Also wanted to tell you the prolonged treatment Mom took made her smell like corn for just a little while, they told her it would. If your doctor doesn't send you for treatment or do it,find yourself someone who will,no sense in hurting when theres help to be had. God Bless
---Darlene_1 on 3/14/08

Rebecca D take heart, there's a treatment for that. My friend has it and Mom has something like that,Doctors put a medication into the bladder to help it. One treatment takes one application,Moms took 1 treatment every week for 4 or 5 weeks. They do ease the problem sometimes in my friends and Moms case for years. Treatments aren't easy but they are better than continued hurting that bad. Suggest you search Mayo Clinic Diseases and Conditions. They show types of treatments on there.Praying for you.
---Darlene_1 on 3/14/08

Rebecca dear you will be in my prayers, I understand how you feel. I had a 'hysty' at 36 yrs. old. I was fine for a while until the problems started. I ended up having 'sling' bladder surgery after all meds failed to help. God bless you sis.
---NVBarbara on 3/14/08

I went to my Doctor the other day for a check up. I had been hurting in my pelvis area and couldn't figure out why. The Doctor examined me and said I have Interstitial Cystitis. In other words, painful bladder syndrome. Right now he didn't put me on medicine, we are waiting to see how it goes. It hurts so bad. He said it is common to woman who had a hysterectomy at a young age. If it isn't one thing, it is another. But regardless what I go through with, I'm still blesse.

No amount of talking to a person will take the place of loving Christian brothers and sisters praying for you, although it is nice to have someone who understands. God is really the only one who can take hurt and make it ease up. Time also heals as we get further from the source of pain. When people hurt and someone piles on more hurt it becomes the straw that broke the camels back. Trish has had to deal with too much pain already. God bless her and carry her hurt.
---Darlene_1 on 3/12/08

I do have someone I can talk to, as well as a therapist. I just appreciate the prayers and love here on top of that.
---Trish9863 on 3/11/08

Do you have a friend that you can confide in or a counselor that can offer support?
---Cindy on 3/11/08

Trish, you're in my thoughts and prayers. Remember that when people try to talk bad about you it's usually because they're jealous of you. Or sometimes people like that try to make you look bad, because they believe it makes them look good. Pretty sad. Just be glad you dont need to act that way! God bless you Trish.

Sue: I will pray for your husband's employment situation. I remember when I was out of work, and I had to collect unemployment for a year. Trust the Lord for your needs. He is faithful.

exzucuh ... "And you cannot endure a cussing?"
exzucuh That was a particularly cruel comment you made to Trish.
Of course none of us has endured what Christ suffered.
Have you never suffered, and needed help and prayer from others?
I know I have.
"Love your neighbour" ... What do yuo think that means? Surely it includes helping and supporting (and, yes, praying for them) them through trials?
---alan_of_UK on 3/10/08

It maybe the problem of being unequally yoked -I said Maybe!!!-she has a bee in her bonnet and passing the venom to you Trish.Cheer up Girl, dont let her,'sourkrout' get to you where is that fighting smiling Trish with a ready retort. It says to offer the other cheek she may miss, I advise a sharp retort is more in line.we are still with you."Idea" introduce her to the forum and give us her Name!!!good or Bad then the Christian feathers will fly

Trish, thou will keep in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Thee Oh Lord. Try to remember the devil is using this person right now and she's yielding to his workings. You are anointed and the theif cometh to steal, kill and destroy. You are God's child and people want to hurt God's children because they are not yielding to the Lord. We are all praying for you - I prayed alot for you this weekend. We love you and know that the angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him.

exzucuh: I can endure a lot of things when I am not reeling in emotional pain from the death of my brother. This event occurred right after I returned from being absent after my brother's death. A Christian friend attacked me knowing I was in emotional pain. That's why I asked for prayer. I cannot endure the pain alone these days. I need the love and support of the body of Christ.
---Trish9863 on 3/10/08

We often never know just why some people are on the attack Trish. Pray for this woman, it could be that there are problems in her home situation and she's taking it out on you, knowing that you live by THE word.

Forgive your friend, pray for your enemies.
Hold your friends close, and your enemies closer with prayer and forgiveness.

Thanks for the prayers and love everyone. It is hard at work right now, as this "friend" is not speaking to me, and is talking about me behind my back. I have not done anything to her, and she is a Christian. I do wonder about her walk though, as she is married to an Egyptian Muslim. She graduated from Bible college many years ago, so she knows scripture.

The month is starting out very ruff, husband needs work bad! I must stay home to care for my elderly mother. I thank God for the good stuff though, my family, grand babies and at least I still have a warm place to live and food to eat! But if I could please ask for prayer that would be very good.

They cursed Jesus they plucked out his beard
stuck thorn's in his head, beat him beyond recognition, would not give him water to drink,
stripped him naked before the eyes of the world, made him carry a cross until he was too exhausted to go on, and drove Nail through his arms and feet and left him to die slowly of suffocation. And you cannot endure
a cussing?

Trish, I am so sorry for your pain and troubles at this time. He is near to the broken hearted and He will see you through, though it may seem otherwise. I have not been here much of late, but remember well you giving me encouraging words many months ago and felt your tender caring. As you have blessed others may you be blessed a thousand fold with God's love and comfort

1.This summer I have been assigned to work on a site in Northern Nevada. outdoors, all summer. My neice 22, living with us- is finishing up her 3rd year of college-major, 'sigh' still unknown. My other neice, 18 just moved in, is flipping burgers, 'says' wants college. My son, 11 is mildly autistic, yet reads college level. My wife teachs at the university. A nephew16 wants to move in, that could be a problem. There are 9 of us, sorta mismatched-is that a family?
---MikeM on 3/7/08

2. This nephew is a mature 16, wants to 'escape' the ridged religious family he was raised in. He will be 17 in June. They want him to go to 'Bible College' or BoBJones University, like us, he want real education without mental restraints. My wife says wait another year, but the boy is ready to escape, having reached a level of consciousness that cliche's cannot contain-(been their) We know, like my neices he will be disowned if he come to live with us. Its a tough one to call.

Count me in Trish. I will be in more earnest prayer for you and your hardships over the next few days. You know that I love ya' dear heart! I will echo the precious words of Emcee. God bless you sister.
---NVBarbara on 3/7/08

Trish,I'm so sorry that happened to you, you've been through so many trials. Dear Sister-in-Christ try to be kind to the one who was unfair and hurt you. The Bible says in so doing you heap coals of fire on their heads. It also says bless those who curse you,so pray blessings on her. It's not easy but it will release the pain within you and pass much sooner. I knew that verse on coals,I did it to an unfair teacher, as a 15 year old in High School, and it works. Praying for you.
---Darlene_1 on 3/7/08

Trish, I am going to spend a good part of this weekend in intercessory prayer for you. I have tears in my eyes because I can feel your pain. Try to remember that satan uses people to come against us in our most vulnerable times, but God would say to you My Daughter, I delight in you, and I love you and I see the pain in your heart. I am your Healer says the Lord God and you will find comfort in my presence. I will fill you with my peace and give you such Joy Unspeakable. You are mine, and I love you.
---Donna on 3/7/08

I'm wondering if we can all commit to praying for Trish this weekend for at least 20 minutes two to three times this weekend. Here in PA it's going to rain and flood roads, so I'll be indoors most of the time. I will commit to keeping Trish lifted up all weekend long for as many hours as the Holy Spirit wants to pray through me. We love you Trish and are praying for you.

I am having a hard time at work this week. I got sick last weekend, and then had a colleague, a Christian colleague, lash out at me in anger about something I have no control over. Nice to 'see' you too Barb.

My Mother is well, she's in CT with us. She was staying at my Brother's house, but was forced to leave.
I would have taken her where I am, but I had taken on a roommate just before her need arose and used the extra space.
She's slowly catching on that all the difficulties she's having are a result of her being estranged from her husband, that the Lord is leading her home...I couldn't argue, but my how I enjoy her company.

God Bless you Barbara, with love,

What's up in march...

Not my income that's for sure. I'm unemployed.

Not sad or worried, smiling and trusting. I found some new ways to make money on the net though, so when I do get back to work things will be better than ever.
