1. I am in debt to both the [Jew], and to the [Greek], and to the wise, and to the unwise.
2. John makes a good point. the question is not a debate about who is greater in God's view. The question is about influence and knowledge, which only he addressed.

All you have to do is see who has the most votes!
---John on 3/14/11|
Well, I dont want to brag but the best blogger would most definitly be me of course, because I ... (sarcasm)
---Scott on 3/14/11|
I think everyone has something to contribute. Regardless of who they are. Saved or unsaved. Some of us are older and may be a tad wiser on some issues. But the young has a lot to contribute, as well. So it all evens out. But if I had to vote(for fun)I would vote for myself.....Of course. I thank God for CN>
---Robyn on 1/10/11|
All bloggers have something to contribute at one time or another,if we have the wisdom and knowledge of the Bible to rightly divide the word given and fix our understanding by what lines up with the Word of God.
---Darlene_1 on 1/10/11|
What matters is what is pleasing to GOD!
Each and everyone of us is the best blogger when we preach/email/blog/etc. the truth in love. Just as the Bible commands.
---Augie on 1/9/11|
The one who hasn't played into this foolish blog!!
---Elder on 1/9/11|
In the category of "I'm Always Right, Nobody Can Tell Me, I'm a Born Genius", the most influential and knowledgeable poster is ~ envelope please
---Leon on 1/8/11|
This is interesting!
Since all who say this, become hypocrites if the worse kind. Since those who arrogantly and pompously take the "Holier Than Thou road" response on this blog...
Would not hesitate for even a second to admire and give praise to some secular writer, music, Movie, or Hollywood celebrity. And many many other things of this world.
Yet now we are believe that these posters have no opinion, but are in fact
are now pompously above it all.
Since of course you sit "ABOVE" in Heavens throne.

Alan I like your answer.
One man's hero is another mans monster.
Those who preach the cross SHOULD be the most ifluential, however they seem to be the most hated here on line.
BUT, after saying that...that's the way it's suppose to be.!!!

A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver.

If there is to be a vote, I would imagine that most would vote for those who tell them what their itching ears want to hear.
(2 Timothy 4:3)
For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear.
---David on 1/7/11|
I agree with Donna Smith. This is not a contest. The Blogs are for answering questions that some people are wanting legitimate answers to. The Scriptures say that it is unwise for us to compare ourselves among ourselves. It only stirs up jealousy and envy. Humans are naturally curious. But, this is not really necessary.
---Gordon on 1/6/11|
On the spiritual/knowledge side I would vote for Darlene1, MarkV, Francis, 1st Cliff, AKA, Saq, Rod4him.
On the knowledge side I would vote for Cluny.
---John on 1/6/11|
Surely, dont create a contest on this blog. In no time you'll see bloggers trading insults .... surely something uncalled for on a Christian site.
---faraicis on 1/6/11|
"...[Jesus said] By the way, what was it that you disputed among yourselves? [:)] But they [his disciples] didn't say anything: because they had argued among themselves, who should be the greatest [...blogger, poster, etc.]. And he [Jesus] sat down...and said to them, If any man [person] desires to be first, the same will be last of all, and servant of all." MARK 9:33-35
---Leon on 1/6/11|
Why this question? I don't even vote on "helpful bloggers"! This is not a contest. We have enough personal animosity expressed already....it's embarrassing for a Christian site.We don't need a blog to compare one poster with one another.
---Donna_Smith on 1/5/11|
I suppose the best would be whoever answered your questions to your satisfaction & gave you peace of mind on the subject being discussed. Therefore, the best would change with each question & possibly each post. So..... EVERYONE WHO TAKES THE TIME TO RESPOND IS THE BEST:-D
---Reba on 1/6/11|
It is possible that even though a blogger is the most knowleadgible, his or her understanding is faulty, or applied wrongly.
It is extremely possible that the most influential blogger is the one whose influence ie damaging.
Who was the most influential man innGermany in the 1930's?
---alan8566_of_uk on 1/6/11|
I consider EVERYONE else the "best". I learn something new from ALL their postings. Good or Bad.
As for me, I'm just here to ENCOURAGE others in their walk with GOD.
If anyone has found me to be DISCOURAGING in any way, I'd appreciate knowing that. I know that I'm not perfect!
---Sag on 1/6/11|
Questions of this nature only produce discord and animosity, it should never have been submitted or approved for posting.
Christian Blogging is not an Olympic Event there is no competition or medals awarded for participants
---Blogger9211 on 1/5/11|
I don't like to see these blogs put in a contest setting, but if it must be, then there should be TWO contests: best questions and clearest answers--but I guess it is possible one person could "win" both. I have been helped greatly by several, but choose not to "vote."
---Geraldine on 1/5/11|
I did not know we were having a contest when we blogged here. I just thought we were exchanging ideas and thoughts on different topics. What's the prize for being most influential and knowledgeable?
