It gets very scary, lots of pain,no matter,I want to ask the lord, never leave my side, and no matter how dark the moments get, pray He will see faith to heal me,even up to let me give back to families. Who have sick relatives, songs that will give hope & begin the process for healing the hurts..aids,cancer,any severe depression

Hi Mark, Amen! Thank God for giving you a "Job Blessing". You are rich indeed. Not sure if you you can help in any way but appreciate your comments and the encouragement that you and your family have given to us. May the God of the Open Heavens bless you in abundance and may there be continuous "All Round Overflow" in your life in Jesus Name. God bless you!

Believer, thank you for letting me know you are a sister in Christ. Wonderful. So happy you can join us. We lost a few sisters who left who answered great. But many more join. I am rich but not with money. God has been so kind to me. I'm so glad that He came into my life. I have lost a few women in my family but have also gained three sisters. That is another blessing from God. We are all from one father. And I met them for the first time when my dad died. They didn't know about me, but I always knew about them. We are very close now. If I can help you on anything let me know. I will do my best, peace I leave you.

Hi Mark V, Thank you so much for all your encouragement. However, just thought I should let you know that I am not a brother in Christ but I am a "Sister in Christ" just loving the Lord and wanting to service him with all my heart forever. You said on the other blog that you have not made lots of money yet. The truth is that you are a "Millionnaire" already but it has just not manifested yet - and it will (in Jesus name) God bless you!

Believer, I have been to Christian concerts and let me tell you I feel right at home being with everyone. And I know if I went to another country and met Christians I would feel like I have always known them. We would hug and feel like brothers and sisters. As if we have always known each other. That is how I feel when I meet Christians, it is a wonderful feeling knowing they are a part of you. I welcome you any time you ever cross the ocean. Peace be with you always brother and with your family. Keep speaking to God, though we don't see Him, He sure sees and hears us. Knows everything that is in our hearts. Knows your heart very well brother, peace

Mark, Wow! From the UK to the USA. I am sure that I will cross the waters one of these days!!! One of my greatest desires is that God will save the rest of my family and in Psalms 37v4 it says "delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart!!.". God is faithful. Thank you (and your family) for all your encouragement and may the God of Open Heavens pour out his blessing and abundance upon your family in Jesus Name. God Bless You!!!
---The_Believer on 1/27/12

Believer, I'm in the USA in fact, in Northern California. Very far from where you live. I already know someone from the UK. He use to post a lot here but only does it when he wants to go against what I say. He showed up I believe last week. He believes in 'free will' and fights with everything he has on behalf of free will of man. I don't believe in free will, since the lost will is not free but in bondage to sin. Our wills are not free either, they are in bondage to Christ. People do have a choice, but when they make that choice it is because of something, not free.
---Mark_V. on 1/26/12

Believer, I forgot to add on what you said, that only you and your son were saved. That might be a fact today but maybe later most of your family will be saved also. We all have different times, some right before they die. So do not be disappointed, many more in the family or close friends will be next. Sometimes it happens when we are very down in life and realize only God can do what we cannot do. That is when God enables us to seek Him. Peace I leave you.
---Mark_V. on 1/26/12

So Mark V a question? Where do you and your family worship - Is it the UK or Abroad? Please don't mention your church by name - I just want to know what side of the border you worship on. I am in the UK - London where are you? Also for other believers out there let me know if you are home or abroad!!! God Bless You
---The_Believer on 1/26/12

Believer, great question. I didn't realize how important that one was until I begin to study the Sovereignty of God. What I do know is that He didn't do anything wrong in picking you. And didn't do anything wrong in not picking others, for He is just always. I do know it was done before the creation of the world. Before we were even born. The miracle is that He picked any. He could have chosen not save any at all.
He choose not to love everyone the same unto salvation. For many passages that speaks about believers and how we are saved, most of them say, "because of His great love for "us" Us believers. Which implies not everyone. Great question. What was inside of God when He decided to make a plan, only He knows.
---Mark_V. on 1/25/12

Thank you for the encouragement Mark V. The truth is that I have lots of personal questions but I think my main one would be "Why Me Lord?". As the only Christian in my family (apart from my son who has been a Christian for two years), I would really have to ask God why he chose me. I know his mercy endures for ever but I have often wonder why God chose me out of all my friends and family to do his will and purpose. God Bless You
---The_Believer on 1/25/12

Believer, I understood your point from the beginning very well. You were asking what we would do if we met God.
But do not take offense when your questioned is picked on. There is two kinds of readers here, some who like to start trouble and will try to find something in your question to argue about.
But there are some who want to make sure what it is you are saying since you said "face to face" They sometimes want to correct you, and other times they want others to make sure what it is you are asking. But don't worry, keep asking. I know I would have a few questions of my own if I literally met God. What would be your first question believer?
---Mark_V. on 1/23/12

The question that I raised was meant to be a personal one. I do not want to argue about whether Moses had a veil or not or even whether the word of God says that no man can see God and live. The question was really hypathetical (I hope I spelt that right). For me as a believer I have many questions that I would like to ask (maybe I am the only one). The Word of God stands forever and its the truth that you know that sets you free. God has all the answers to all the questions we have in our heart so that is why I blogged the question in the first place!!

If I had the opportunity to speak to God, I have loads of stuff I want to ask him - what about you!!!
---The_Believer on 1/22/12

First I would fall at His feet and worship Him. Then I would have to ask why He took my brother--and in the middle of my cancer treatment at that. Then I'll go run and hug my big bro!

Eloy, what you just said about the world is what I have been trying to tell you for a couple of years. There is no one righteous out there Eloy, just like you said. Not a one. No one seeks God. Not a one.

The hard-hearted and stiff-necked do not see God, nor do they seek him in order to find him and see him. Instead, worldly sinners see booze inside of clubs with carnal flesh, unholy and stubborn they are, without compassion, self-lovers, money-lovers and pleasure-lovers, rather than God-lovers. One day when it is too late, they will indeed see God, and he will say to them on that day, "Depart from me you cursed, worker of sinuousness, into the lake of fire prepared for the devil and his angels, for I never knew you."

I will ask God for power to do the right & Godly things always.
---Adetunji on 1/19/12

aka, No it means that no one saw God ,they saw His Son!(the express image of the Father)
Believer, if you read the whole episode you'll see that indeed he spoke from behind a veil (pillar of smoke)
---1st_cliff on 1/18/12

//John,john the baptist and Paul said no one has seen God.//
---earl on 1/16/12

there are just as many verses that say the opposite, but of course they are explained away, which is not a technique that is applied to all scripture that is presented.

nevertheless, i can't find where paul said that, but like theSeg pointed out, Paul wrote, "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away, behold, all things are become new." 2Co_5:17

Now, there are those who claim God came in flesh but argue that we never saw His face?

The counter verses and God incarnate... Could it mean that we have seen part of Godliness (Elohim) and not seen another part of Godliness?

Some of you have said that the Lord did not speak to Moses face to face but in Exodus 33v11 it states that the Lord spoke to Moses face to face as a man speaks with his friend. I do not know anyone who speaks to their friend behind a veil!

Leon, You are a hoot! lol
Have you not read about Teraphim and Seraphim?
Basic training? Adam was told to "multiply and fill the earth", beyond that there was no mandate!
Rest rooms? (I like that)
Of course after you eat your heavenly veggies, and cooked a steak (from heavenly black Angus)on your celestial barbecue, you may need a rest room!

What really do You want to do with me in my life, please? And please guide my friend who has been my personal love helper. And may I please pray the way You want for any and all people, and love them all the way You want . . . while we are pleasing You, first.

John.usa, the rapture is found in 1 Thessalonians 5:15-18. It is the day that Christ appears in the clouds and his trumpet is sounded and the dead in Christ rise from their graves and we Christians and righteous people whom are alive and living ontop the earth are captured up together immediately after the dead rise up into the air, and so we will forever be with the Lord. Then Christ will set afire the earth and all the elements therein will be burned up and the earth will be made pure from all sinners and evil, and sin will not rise up a second time. And the Lord maskes a new heavens and a new earth wherein dwells only righteousness.

"If you had the opportunity to speak to God face to face like Moses, what would you ask him??" Nothing.
I would be consumed with listening for what He had to say.
I would only speak when spoken to, or was specifically asked a question.

Reference correction for the rapture is, I Thessalonians 4:15-18.
---Eloy on 1/17/12

earl, does it say no one or no man?
2Co_5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away, behold, all things are become new.

Atheist, isnt this what, he has been saying, all along?
Like, let he who is without sin cast the first stone!
And this was said to those, who say they know the law!
These words are still good today!

If I were to ask, I might ask him something like. Why does it seem, like you gives to some and not to others. Im not talking about material things, but about the knowledge of God.
But, I can hear him say, yes! It does seem that way, doesnt it.
This is why!

Question: Is life on earth meant to be kinda like basic military training ~ no pain, no gain ~ in order to prepare us for eternal, universal service to You?

Question: Are there other species of created beings, other than angels, in heaven?

Question: Are there restrooms in heaven? :)

Question: Besides this universe, how many other "verses" are there?

Atheist: Good, sincere questions. What many people don't understand is God really is God & He requires us to do things HIS WAY because HE (not we) IS GOD. Think about it: God has given us parents as examples of His authority to guide & rule over us.

In order to do things God's way, we must first learn His ways. That's why He wrote & made available to us His written word (the Bible: basic instructions before leaving earth :). That way we can all read from the same Script' & gain Godly insights that'll prove invaluable to our understanding of things happening in the world...

Because He is God, He can talk to us as He chooses, i.e., audibly, in dreams (night or day), in writing, etc.

Why are you so shy? If you are really there and are omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient, why don't you just speak up and let everyone know what's on you mind?

People kill each other over what they think you want them to do everyday. Why not just a little guidance, and say something like don't kill each other on my account.
---atheist on 1/15/12

First, the Ex. 33:11 face-to-face statement about the Lord speaking to Moses literally means God spoke directly (in his presence, up close & personal) to him. There's no doubt "Moses heard" the voice of God on the mount. Yet, in Ex. 33:20, God says no man can actually see His face & live. However, God covered (protected) & let Moses see His back as He departed.

Regarding asking of God, all believers can anytime or anywhere by prayer. We just need to learn how not to ask amiss (inappropriately). That comes from reading, studying the Bible, being in His presence & hearing (Ro. 10:17) God's will for our lives.

Good question! :)
