Law Written On Their Heart

According to the Bible, anyone who does not have THE LAW written in his heart is NOT under the New Covenant! Doesn't this mean that ALL Christians should keep the Ten Commandments?

//THE TEN COMMANDMENTS TELL US WHAT RIGHTEOUS LIVING IS,

If you really were born of God's Spirit, the same would be teaching you that the righteous do not become righteous by the law but by faith.

Otherwise why O' Why would Scripture tell us that the righteous live by faith? That any righteousness we have is really from God to those whom He has justified.

Obviously you know so very very very little about Bible doctrines. Better to quit following olde Ellen White the old wizard who could only copy what others have written and peep and mutter (see Isaiah 18:9).
---e.lee7537 on 3/5/13

Dear Lee you forget the Bible also says Rom 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

By the way do you know what the Bema judgement is? It is not from Seventh day Adventist. But it about the judgement of church people.

A saved person loves the law of GOD. See First John chapter 2.

BIBLE ANSWER: Psalms 77:13 Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary

THE TEN COMMANDMENTS TELL US WHAT RIGHTEOUS LIVING IS, AND IF VIOLATED WHAT SIN IS

The sanctuary laws tell us about the plan of redeemption: When we violate the ten commandments we should take a lamb (JESUS) to the sanctuary (HEAVENLY SANCTUARY) Shed it's blood( BLOOD OF JESUS) the high priest (JESUS) takes the blood and places it on the veil (BODY OF JESUS), on the day of atonement, all sin is cleansed(JESUS CLEANSES THE HEAVENLY SANCTUARY)

Notice that since the death of Jesus christians no longer use any of the earthly sanctuary, but we continue to honour father and mother and keep the sabbath
---francis on 3/5/13

francis, the future generations need to learn God's Word and rightly divide the Word of God. we try to keep God's commandments BECAUSE we are saved. they don't save anyone but will send many to hell. our children and grandchildren have a difficult world in which to grow. most will never experience the Holy Spirit like past generations. I can tell you in the past 40 years, its hard to find a church where the Holy Spirit has freedom. we just sit here and watch our children grow up in a loosing generation.

francis//Law as a tutor is NOT the ten commandments:

????

And does the Adventist Bible have a qualifier on what law is in Galatians 3:24-25.

Sorry silly boy,but the Bible is clear that the righteous live by faith in the Spirit of God and in that satisfy the requirements of the law.

Ga 5:18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

NO, NO, NO crows the Adventists, our salvation is based on how well we obey the law, especailly the Sababth.

It is easy to see that in the Adventists Investigative Judgment theory - purely a judgment of works!

You truly lack understnding of what the Bible teaches.

Law as a tutor is NOT the ten commandments: Is is the law of the sanctuary which teaches us about the plan of redeemption. Passover lamb, high priest, blood scarifice. Once Jesus dies, no need for any of these. We still need thou shall not kill, and thou shall not make any graven images agreed?

Now to your other question, why do we still need the law. Bible answer:

Jeremiah 8:8 How do ye say, We are wise, and the law of the LORD is with us? Lo, certainly in vain made he it, the pen of the scribes is in vain.

My answer: What about the next generation shodl theynot know for themsleves the law of the lord or should they take someone's word for it
---francis on 3/5/13

francis//Millions have the law, know that to transgress the law is sin, yet the make graven images and bow down to them:
---
And yet millions more are led astray by those that do not understand the gospel message as they insist that the Christian life is simply an ethical system instead of a relationship with the Lord.

Again, you refuse to acknowledge the fact that the law was but a tutor, guardian or schoolmaster UNTIL the believer could be justified by faith. Ever read Galatians 3:24-25?

Do you have the Epistles of Galatians in your Bible? If so, they why do you not read it?

No wonder you are still lost!
---e.lee7537 on 3/4/13

Francis - the question you apparently cannot or will not answer is a simple one.

Once you have known what sin is, what further use is the law?

I ask this because the Bible is very plain that the law was but a schoolmaster UNTIL we could be justified by faith. Galatians 3:24

And what is the status of the law AFTER we have been justified by faith?

Answer is in Galatians 3:25

"But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster."

Maybe you should find a good commentary written by one who has been called into the ministry of teaching if you cannot conjure up a good answer.
---e.lee7537 on 3/4/13

Leest: Is it not too bad that there is NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING in the New Covenant that permits the observance of a new, counterfeit, man-made Sabbath?

The very same Law (God's Law) written in stone by the finger of God and placed in the Ark of the Covenant is written on the heart of the Christian under the New Covenant. If you don't keep that very law, then you are NOT NOT NOT under the New Covenant!

Furthermore if you break this Law and teach men so, then you are called Leest in heaven.

Psalms 19:7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul:

Most of the people around the world who are SDA, were not born into SDA families. Like me, when presented with the law of God, the thoughts and intends or our hearts were changed, we were converted.

I was raised as a Roman Catholic, I went to mass every Sunday, I saw and bowed down to the graven images of Jesus, Mary and my parish saint: Saint Ann. At that time I did not know the law of God, but once the law of God was explained to me, I changed my mind about images and Sunday. I was converted

Exodus 20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:

Millions more either think that Sunday is the sabbath, anyday is the sabbath, Jesus is the sabbeth, and some seem confused as to whether or not saturday is the 7th day

Jerry,

In reading your blog it appears that you believe that you keep the 10 commandments. Is this correct?
---trey on 3/4/13

francis //No one can claim to Love God and not keep his commandments. There will be a judgment
---
If you live in America are you subject to the laws of Scotland?

In exactly the same sense, if you are under the auspices of the New Covenant are you subject to those laws found ONLY in the Old Covenant.

That apparently is your problem as you think the Christian is subject to laws that were given ONLY to the Jewish nation.

As for the Sabbath, have you ever read it was given as a SIGN of the Old Covenant, given only to the nation of Isreal.

You need to follow Jesus, not olde Ellen who could only copy what others wrote when she did not "peep and mutter". Isaiah 8:19

francis //1: Romans 7:7 I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet

Galatians 3:24-25 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

You really need to read Galatians w/o the Ellen White blinders!

//3: millions of people who claim to love God, profane the Sabbath.

And how does profane the Sabbath when it was not not commanded of Christians?

All you need to do is to point to a single verse in the NT that commands the Sabbath but you cannot

Reread my post

1: Romans 7:7 I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet

2: Millions of catholics who claim to love God, bow down before statues every sunday, the ten commandments says we shold not do such

3: millions of people who claim to love God, profane the sabbath.

Ecclesiastes 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment and again the text says it is based on the ten commandments

No one can claim to Love God and not keep his commandments. There will be a judgment
---francis on 3/4/13

francis//It is only because we have the written ten commandments instead of just Love God and Love neighbour, that we are confident that the 7th day is the sabbath
---
Are you trying to say that love of neighbor does not fulfill the law?

The commandments, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet, and any other commandment, are summed up in this word: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. Love does no wrong to a neighbor, therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

Sorry Jerry-Francis but the Bible is very clear on this issue. Is it not too bad that there is NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING in the New Covenant that commands the observance of the OT Sabbath?

francis, we do not follow the Ten Commandments, we follow Christ. you follow the Ten Commandments to keep reminding you that you want to keep Saturday Sabbath as Israel was, and yet they never received salvation, because by the deeds of the law no one could be saved, they kept the Saturday Sabbath and what did it get them? Nothing. What will it get you? Nothing. I do not want to be reminded when to worship our Lord, because I follow Christ, He is my rest. I worship Him everyday, I do not have to be reminded when to do it.

Stromhaxe post was weak, and you made it even weaker with your silly post LOL

If we did not have the ten commandments to tell us that: the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God Exodus 20:10, then we would make any or every day the sabbath of the lord and claim that because we "LOVE" God then we keep everyday as sabbath

But because we have the written ten commandments we know that the 7th day, ( which has been Saturday since men started naming the days rather than numbering them) is the sabbath of the Lord

It is only because we have the written ten commandments instead of just Love God and Love neighbour, that we are confident that the 7th day is the sabbath
---francis on 3/3/13

Strongaxe, that was a very well put statement of the believers life. That concept will never be accepted by the SDA's like francis and Jerry, because if the do believe that, then their Saturday Sabbath goes out the window. They have to be under the Law or else their whole belief system is done for. Give up the Law, they give up Saturday Sabbath. That is what its all about with them. It is not the Laws, it is Saturday Sabbath. They are slaves to the Law. So every day you will see more laws as answers and never the Spirit of the Law. Jesus has nothing whatsoever to do with their beliefs. They tell us He does, but their fruits show He is not in the equation whatsoever.
---Mark_V. on 3/3/13

Axey: "If you obey "Love God" and "Love your neighbor", you will AUTOMATICALLY fulfil the ten commandments"

Suppose you love your neighbor's wife too much and commit adultery with her, do you still keep the Ten Commandments?

"Not keeping the commandments is not at all the same thing as breaking them."

Huh? Do you have any idea how ridiculous that sounds? I suppose that not obeying the stop sign law is not the same thing as not running it. ROFL!

Seems that God went through a lot of trouble to give us somethng we did not need in the first place

Exodus 31:18 And he gave unto Moses, when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai, two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with the finger of God.

But I like what Paul said:

Romans 7:7 I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.

Then again if not for the ten commandments, many christians who claim to love God would make statues of God and bow down to worship God through them. The single largest denomination in christindom, claims to love God, but bows to graven images evety sunday

jerry6593:

You don't seem to get what I'm saying. If you obey "Love God" and "Love your neighbor", you will AUTOMATICALLY fulfil the ten commandments, even if you had NEVER EVEN HEARD of the Ten Commandments.

Not keeping the commandments is not at all the same thing as breaking them. We have no need for the Ten Commandments, because we, as Christians, through love, should never be doing anything that would otherwise have violated them in the first place!

Daniel 7:10 the judgment was set, and the books were opened.

Revelation 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God, and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

Romans 2:12 For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law,

James 2:12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.

//frances is so hung up on obeying the law, he is obsessed with it. I have never seen him write anything about "anything" except laws.

I agree! While he tells us that the law does not save us and quotes scripture to that effect, it is obvious that what he does believe is the SDA theory of Investigative Judgment which is a judgment on works of the law. Only those who have obeyed the 10 commandments, says that doctrine, will be deemed fit to enter into eternal life. All others will go into the lake of fire. THIRD, and most important knw what God says about the law

Rob, if according to Galatians 2:20 Christ is living in you, then you will always want to OBEY Christ and please THE FATHER and to pick up your cross to follow christ. Or do you not believe Romans 13:9 or Christ Matthew 22:37-40?

Jesus replied: Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.

Are you saying it is obselete, the command to LOVE? That Romans 13:9 no longer apply?
---Born on 3/1/13

What most fail to realize, especially those of us who are tied up in the legallistic viewpoint of following the Ten Commandments, is that the Law of God goes far behond the ten commandments.

The first 4 commandments deal with us loving God. It's not just "keep the Sabbath", it's loving the Lord and worshipping his Holy name.

The next 6 deal with us loving our bretheren. As christians we shouldn't look down on them or talk down to them. We should treat each other with love.

If you think you keep the 10 commandments you better take heed, the Scribes and Pharisees thought the same thing.

A child is told "Don't eat glue. Don't eat shoe polish. Don't eat garbage". Adults don't need these rules. "Don't eat anything that isn't food" is sufficient, and covers all of those, plus many more.

Spiritual babes needs "Don't steal. Don't kill. Don't perjure". Those who are mature don't need all these rules. One common-sense rule "Love your neighbor as yourself" is sufficient, and covers all of these, plus many more.

This doesn't mean we're free to lie, cheat and steal. It means we can discard the Ten Commandments as no longer necessary, since we will ALREADY refrain from those things without needing to be told to.

Specific rules are needed at first, but not later.

Why limit the knowledge of sin to a violation of the 10 commandments? Sin really is a violation of any of God's laws.

Do you really think that honouring father and mother, not killing, not stealing, not commiting adultery, not bearing false witness, worshiping jehovah only, not taking God's name in vain, keeping the sabbath, noy making graven images to worship brought death?

If you think that not murdering, or worshiping jehovah only brings death, then I will leave you in yoru ignorance

Francis//The law of Moses is defined as the law spoken to moses, and then moses speaking to israel, and moses writing them in a book.

Yes, spoken to Moses BY GOD HIMSELF.

the Law of Moses was spoken to Moses by God and thus is no less authoritative than the 10 commandments.

Again, clearly if the 4th commandment being the sign of the Old Sinai Covenant declared obsolete in Hebrew 8:13, and given to Israel alone was not mandated to the church under the New Covenant.

If it were then we would MUST CERTAINLY SEE SOMETHING OF IT IN THE NEW TESTAMENT AS WELL AS TAUGHT BY THE EARLY CHURCH many of whose leaders were direct successors of the Apostles.

And that is why very few people are Adventists or Sabbath-keepers.

Francis //the Law of God is defined as the law spoken and writen by God on two tables of stone: the ten commandments.

The Bible is clear as to what the 10 commandments really represent:

2 Corithians 3:7-9 Now if the ministry of death, carved in letters on stone, came with such glory that the Israelites could not gaze at Moses face because of its glory, which was being brought to an END, will not the ministry of the Spirit have even more glory? For if there was glory in the ministry of condemnation, the ministry of righteousness must far exceed it in glory.

Tell me Francis which of the 2 ministries do you wish to be under - the ministry of death & condemnation, or the ministry of the Spirit?

The "voice" of God is not less binding than His word spoken through the prophets.
---e.lee7537 on 2/25/13
No one said that it is not

What we are saying is what the bible says

the Law of God is defined as the law spoken and writen by God on two tables of stone: the ten commandments

The law of Moses is defined as the law spoken to moses, and then moses speaking to israel, and moses writing them in a book
---francis on 2/25/13

Francis //The only voice that Israel heard from God was the voice when He gave the ten commandments as I already pointed out
---
The "voice" of God is not less binding than His word spoken through the prophets.

To make binding on the Christian only the 10 commandments would be to place the Christian under that ministry of death & condemnation spoken of in 2 Corinthians 3:7,9.

The Christian is to walk by faith in Christ in the power of God's Spirit for only therein can God be pleased.

Ga 3:12 But the law is not of faith, rather "The one who does them shall live by them."

Psalms 19:7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple

Isaiah 8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them

Romans 8:7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

1: It is those who are unconverted who have no light in them, and are carnally minded who speak against the law of God

2: Most people are deceived into speaking against the law of God, not because they do not honour their mother and father, not because they wish to have other gods, but because they do not worship God as creator,

Jeremiah 31:33 this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel, After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts, and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

So what LAW is God talking about:

Jeremiah 7:22 For I spake not unto your fathers, nor commanded them in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, concerning burnt offerings or sacrifices: But this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice,

So we know that laws concerning sacrifice and offerings are not it

The only voice that Israel heard from God was the voice when He gave the ten commandments as I already pointed out

Francis//the first four commandments 1: No other gods, 2: No images to worship, 3: not taking God's name in vain, and 4: keeping the Sabbath because God is the creator all have to do with loving God with all our hearts and mind and soul
--
It make good sense that if the Lord wanted His church to observe the OT Sabbath, He would have commanded it in the New Covenant, but He did not.

The Old Covenant is called the "ministration of death and condemnation" (2 Cor. 3:9,11), but the New covenant is the "ministration of the Spirit". Under which ministration would you want to be under?

In other words , do you want to be a child of Hagar bearing slave children or a child of the promise (Galatians 4:24f)?
---e.lee7537 on 2/24/13

//According to the Bible, anyone who does not have THE LAW written in his heart is NOT under the New Covenant! Doesn't this mean that ALL Christians should keep the Ten Commandments?

No, since the 10 commandments is not what God has written onto believers hearts. What God wrote onto believers heart is that which would fulfill the law. And what does fulfill the law according to Scripture?

Try reading Romans 13:8

"Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law."

1 Cor. 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

But what does the Sabbath commandment have to do with love of another?
---e.lee7537 on 2/24/13
Luke 10:27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind, and thy neighbour as thyself.

In all of the bible, you will see the last six commandment summed up as LOVE THY NEIGHBOUR

But the bible reveals another who is deserving of love: LOVE THE LORD THY GOD

the first four commandments 1: No other gods, 2: No images to worship, 3: not taking God's name in vain, and 4: keeping the sabbath because God is the creator all have to do with loving God with all our hearts and mind and soul
---francis on 2/24/13

But what does the Sabbath commandment have to do with love of another? If you answered NOTHING you got the right answer.

Yes for those without the Lord, who is the high priest and Lord of Sabbath, then sabbath day is nothing

Those who are converted Luke 22:32 have spiritual knowledge impossible to "love one another" without first having love for God. If one rejects the Lord Jesus as their high priest who is also Lord of the Sabbath it is impossible to have spiritual love for one another, although they can profess a "human feeling" of love. 1 John 5:3 1 John 2:5 1 John 3:10 1 John 4:21

1 John 5:2
By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.

If you honestly believe that obeying is the inevitable result of having faith, then why not simply preach faith and let the inevitable happen?
---James_L on 2/24/13

According to the Bible, anyone who does not have THE LAW written in his heart is NOT under the New Covenant! Doesn't this mean that ALL Christians should keep the Ten Commandments?
---jerry6593 on 2/22/13

I am not preaching commandments or anything else, I am simply answerng the blog question.

When the question is about commandments I answer about commandments, when it is about faith, I answer about faith

I am on topic
Now will you answer my question
---francis on 2/24/13

Jerry //Let me ask you a question. Why do YOU limit the LAW written on the heart to ONE?

Because ONE law is all we really need according to Romans 13:8

"Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law."

Why do you make the Christian life so very complicated? You are much like the Pharisees that Jesus had to deal with.

But what does the Sabbath commandment have to do with love of another? If you answered NOTHING you got the right answer.

francis,
we can get into what I think of those passages after you answer my question.

If you honestly believe that obeying is the inevitable result of having faith, then why not simply preach faith and let the inevitable happen? After all, it's inevitable, right?

If you and a small child go into a dark room, would you tell him to light up the room, or would you tell him to turn on the switch?

In a cause-and-effect scenario, do you tell someone to do the effect, or do you tell them to do what causes the effect?
---James_L on 2/24/13

Lee: "But why do you limit God's laws that He has placed onto beleivers hearts to the 10 commandments?"

Are you really that slow?

God called it MY LAW. He only wrote the Ten Commandments. They were the only LAW within the Arc of the COVENANT. The other statutes and ordinances were written by Moses, and were placed OUTSIDE the Arc of the COVENANT. Do you get it yet? Moses' law was OUTSIDE the Covenant, and only the Ten Commandments were within.

Let me ask you a question. Why do YOU limit the LAW written on the heart to ONE?

---jerry6593 on 2/24/13

---James_L on 2/23/13
What do you make of these passages, and do you think these authors are preaching, and not faith?

Rev 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, AND the faith of Jesus.

Rev 12:17 ..keep the commandments of God, AND have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

1 Cor 7:19 .. the keeping of the commandments of God.

2 Peter 2:21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.

Romans 8:7 the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
---francis on 2/23/13

//The problem here Jerry is who determines which of the 600+ OT laws written onto believers hearts?"

God does! He said "I will put MY LAW in their inward parts" He only wrote the 10 C with His own finger and commanded that they be placed in the Arc of the COVENANT. The other LAWS were placed OUTSIDE the COVENANT.

\\They are people of Faith who make the law of God resent and relevant in their life\\
---francis on 2/23/13

If you really believed that, then you would preach faith, and not Law.

If someone has an upset stomach, would you tell them they should start feeling better, or would you tell them to take some Pepto Bismol and let the cause take care of the effect?

By continually preaching our supposed effect, you demonstrate that you either don't know the cause, or don't believe in the cause
---James_L on 2/23/13

Continuing from my last post:
Every one who is under the new covenant has the law of God in their hearts.

They are people of Faith who make the law of God resent and relevant in their life:
Romans 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

There are others who are not under the new covenant, who do not have the law in their hearts:

Romans 8:7 the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

2 Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel, for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness,

THIS IS THE LAW OF GOD

Deut 5:7 Thou shalt have none other gods before me.

Deut 5:8 Thou shalt not make thee any graven image,

Deut 5:11 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain:

Deut 5:12 Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it,

Deut 5:16 Honour thy father and thy mother,

Deut 5:17 Thou shalt not kill.

Deut 5:18 Neither shalt thou commit adultery.

Deut 5:19 Neither shalt thou steal.

Deut 5:20 Neither shalt thou bear false witness

Deut 5:21 neither shalt thou covet

Deuteronomy 5:22 These words the LORD SPAKE unto all your assembly.. with a great voice: and HE ADDED NO MORE. And HE WROTE them in two tables of stone, and delivered them unto me.

WRONG! It was so that they would OBEY the Law. Christ ONLY can FULFILL the requirements of the Law by paying the penalty for their transgression.

Shocking that a scholar like you could miss such fundamental concepts.

Mark_Eaton, that is an excellent explanation! I would even go so far as to say that having the laws writen in our hearts changes who we are. God creates within us a new nature. We now have a desire to please him and to follow him. It becomes natural for us to love our brother as our self, etc.
---trey on 2/23/13

Paul says, "Tell me, you who desire to be under the law, do you not hear the law?" (Galatians 4:21) Then Paul talks about what is written about Abraham and his two sons > Galatians 4:21-31. In talking about "the law", he includes what is said about Abraham. So, "the law" is not only commandments.

And there is the meaning, definitely not how a number of people understand "the law".

God understands it better than any of us have, so far, I would offer. But there are ones who want to dictate their own ability to understand, over others, though it clearly says, "nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock." (1 Peter 5:3)
---willie_c: on 2/22/13

The problem here Jerry is who determines which of the 600+ OT laws written onto believers hearts? The Seventh Day Adventist Church?

Secondly the purpose of God writing His laws onto believers hearts should be to fulfill the law - correct?

Romans 13:9-10 tells us that love of neighbor fulfills the law. So we might expect that what God has written onto believers hearts would be that which would fulfill the law.

We need to look at the saints of the Church over to centuries to verify what we believe God has written onto believers hearts.
