Here's what the Bible states concerning your situation:

1 Corinthians 7:12 (ASV)
12 But to the rest say I, not the Lord: If any brother hath an unbelieving wife, and she is content to dwell with him, let him not leave her.

Just make sure you are a good Christian example to her.

1 Corinthians 7:16 (ASV)
16 For how knowest thou, O wife, whether thou shalt save thy husband? Or how knowest thou, O husband, whether thou shalt save thy wife?

Well,I got to give it to Grandma & KarenD. You both are right!
Know from my own experience yep! Pray for them and yes, they NOT going to listen to you, No way!

Yes,Sis.Karen you are right! It's more the flesh..wait till the "stardust get' out of their eyes..."

a Pastor told me...wouldn't listen
the back of my mind, said " I'm going to change him!"

Nope! You can't change someone who does NOT want to change!

Willie, inspite some women who get a guy with flatter, we all can be fooled at least once. sometimes it is hard to know if you are hearing God or satan.

If everyone "minded their own business" no one would know God's word, Jesus, the ultimate commandment and how to be be saved.

\\If ted is talking about himself, he's the first man to fall for a determined woman who was seeking to get him to marry her.\\

Make this, "he's NOT the first man...."

Glory to Jesus Christ!

I was going to say something about that, but was waiting for someone else to do it first.

If ted is talking about himself, he's the first man to fall for a determined woman who was seeking to get him to marry her.

But didn't God intend for women to have qualities that charm (deliberately chosen word) men?

It's been that way ever since Adam and Eve.

Glory to Jesus Christ!

Ok, Ted . . . if you or someone else has married a bewitcher, while you or someone else is claiming to be a Christian > Jesus' sheep know His voice > John 10:1-30. So, why did not the Christian listen to Jesus' voice about if Jesus was having him marry her? And why did not the pastor pronouncing them hear Jesus about if they belonged with each other?? And don't you or he have really Christian examples who can tell the difference???

So, it's not her fault, and not Satan's fault. You owe her a real example, now. Ones have not been a good example to her, by not hearing from and making sure with God. You all have betrayed her trust, by not making sure with God, as her example???? Let the one without sin cast the first stone.

Bewitched is often confused with beguiled,

Genesis 29:25 And it came to pass, that in the morning, behold, it was Leah: and he said to Laban, What is this thou hast done unto me? did not I serve with thee for Rachel? wherefore then hast thou beguiled me?

Mark 10:9 - What therefore God has joined together, let not man put asunder

Matthew 19:6 - Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh, What therefore God hath join together, let not man put asunder,

( As a Christian you are not to be unequally yoke to a non Believer, - 2 Corinthains 6:14 - But now that they are marry - In Gods eyes, Believer or not, if they taken the vow they are marry )
---RICHARDC on 8/20/13

Sounds more like the flesh at work than anything else.
---KarenD on 8/20/13

BTW, ted, "marriage" and "wedding," while related, are NOT the same things.

The marriage is what begins immediately after the wedding.

My your own business. And pray for the couple
---Grandma on 8/20/13

You do what my pastor husband does when people get married after his counseling suggest that they not get married. You stay out of it. They won't listen anyway. Pray for them, especially her salvation.
---KarenD on 8/19/13

I don't do anything, and neither do you.

No witch has that much power, especially over a Christian.

Anyway, if he was really a Christian, why was he seeing a non-Christian woman? He's responsible for his own bad choices.

Try again.

Glory to Jesus Christ!
