Darlene 4.15.16 " I have always wondered if it was catching, I know the experts say no."

Darlene I'm sure that cancer is not 'catching' but I feel that it is inherited. A faulty gene of some kind must be causing cancerous growths. Some family members seem to inherit this whilst others don't.

I know quite a number of families with many members having succumbed to cancer of one type or another.

No, the Devil does not make me think I am saved, Cluny. "If you think you are standing firm WATCH OUT!"

1Cor 7:12 I (not the Lord) say to the rest of you: If any Christian man is married to a woman who is an unbeliever, and she is willing to live with him, he should not divorce her.

1Cor 7:14 . . . an unbelieving wife is made holy because of her husband.

No doubt you need to be diligent in your prayer for her and any children that you may have with her.

Hi,everyone just want to share a little, you know brother my own husband has changed I love him!but, this is the chance to show more love, she will hang on everything you say by measure of how you react or not, like many have said this really is your chance to show more love, compation.remember the love you both had..God can restore nothing God can not do!!he calls longdistance but has not return home.I am.always happy pleasent to.him...trust God he will not let you down.

There are a few things you can do:
1: Pray for her and wisdom for yourself in knowing what and when to say anything, (which may mean saying nothing at times.)

2: Live a life that is pleasing to the Lord.

3. Listen to her if she ask a question if she ask one that would effect her Christian life, just beware of "rabbit holes", (trick questions that will lead your off what you want, such as, "When is Christ returning."

4: Document what you say based on The Bible!

\\Pro_30:11 There is a generation that curseth their father, and doth not bless their mother.\\

Being aware of my mother's faults ...

Sorry you can't tell the difference.
---Cluny on 4/16/16

Well, difference is what is missing in your testimony. Yours is yours, hers was hers. I'd of liked to heard hers. Knowing yours as a sarcastic, un-appreciative whiner, creates sympathy for her. You want to blame others for what you are obviously. Just change...you are big boy now. Grow some.

Pro_20:20 Whoso curseth his father or his mother, his lamp shall be put out in obscure darkness.

Pro_15:20 A wise son maketh a glad father: but a foolish man despiseth his mother.

\ The devil thinks she is saved, but what do the scriptures say? \\

Maybe the Devil is making YOU think that YOU are saved, Mike.
---Cluny on 4/18/16

This guy has been this way for years Mike. Must remind him of his mother...but, then she was probably a decent woman with an ID 10 t for a son.
Pro_14:1 Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.

Pro_21:9 It is better to dwell in a corner of the housetop, than with a brawling woman in a wide house.
Pro_27:15 A continual dropping in a very rainy day and a contentious woman are alike.

I am married to the devil. The devil thinks she is saved, but what do the scriptures say? You will be recognized by your fruit. Fear of the Lord is to keep you from sinning. You love me, you will obey what I command. Thus, it is that it is better to separate and even divorce than to be under someone who leads us away from God. But children may be the glue that holds a bad marriage together.

\\Pro_30:11 There is a generation that curseth their father, and doth not bless their mother.\\

Being aware of my mother's faults and working through the physical and emotional abuse I suffered at her hands is NOT the same thing as cursing her.

Sorry you can't tell the difference.

Glory to Jesus Christ!

I am sorry for anyone whose loved ones had cancer which killed them. My husband's 3 brothers,1 sister,Daddy,grandfather,4 uncles,an Aunt,a great aunt,a niece,a sister-in-law all died from cancer and another sister had it but had it removed and it didn't kill her. It sometimes runs in families like that. I have always wondered if it was catching,I know the experts say no.

\\I'd like to hear your mothers story. Is she still with us?\\
My mother died of horribly disfiguring cancer... nearly 40 years ago.
Any other tasteless questions, Trav?
---Cluny on 4/12/16

Didn't know. Question was same as yours to Mike.
Your own questions are "tasteless" huh. Hmmmm. We have told you that for years.
Having seen you dis your own mother on past post, it makes me/us regard what her story was.
Lost my mother, Father, Grandfather and Grandmother, to cancer.
Be self righteous with someone that doesn't recognize you.

\\I'd like to hear your mothers story. Is she still with us?\\

My mother died of horribly disfiguring cancer that turned the left side of her face a gaping hole from the top of her eye socket to her upper lip. This was in 1978, nearly 40 years ago.

Any other tasteless questions, Trav?

I am married to the daughter of Satan, and she seeks to make me three times a son of hell. I pray to God every day and plead to God to in one right way or another right way handle this matter. I endure the relationship only because my two favorite people in the world are my children.

Hi Brent,

Simply look to the Lord...He is the only true source of help.Pray, read the bible, putting your trust in Him in all these things.
---Chria9396 on 4/3/16

Brent: Long story short, you made your bed & now you must sleep in it. If you are truly a Christian, live as such before her in an effort to win her to Christ. Emerse yourself in the Bible daily & pray God' deliverance upon her...
---Leon on 4/2/16

Many people are living this life after being saved themselves (after marriage) but having a spouse who is not interested. Some of these marriages fall apart because the non-Christian half does not like the 'new' husband or wife.

All you can do is pray for your wife - that she will be saved. Try to encourage her to 'try church' with you but be wary of pushing too hard as this might push her away.

This is something only God can fix so hand it over to Him asking Him to show you what YOU must do and that He'll be your guide in all matters. Go gently.

Were you a Christian when you married her?

If so, why did you marry a non-Christian?

And what are your criteria for her being "unsaved"? How did you decide this?
