Sir, its every Political Posting you comment on even right here...

"Vitiol reduces chances. Denying reduces them to ZERO - worse."

So demeaning, belittling, Verbally Abusing people who hold various opinions is right??

"FBI+CIA claimed evidence of Russia collusion."

Not according to James Clapper...

A Lawless American President is America's Responsibility and problem

Hilary Clinton approved Uranium One Sale to Russia... where is the out cry...

If Russia is bad then it must be bad for all and not some... otherwise its "Hypocrisy."

Show ONE post where I claimed Democrats were INFALLIBLE.

Vitiol reduces chances. Denying reduces them to ZERO - worse.

FBI+CIA claimed evidence of Russia collusion.

World court could try Obama for breaking international law - it's THEIR jurisdiction. They didn't.

Taking money from Russia is just shady. Colluding with Russia to INTERFERE with election is a CRIME.

Obama waited until AFTER leaving office, due to Emoluments clause. Trump didn't because he doesn't care about constitution.

"I never said the Democrats did no wrong. I never said any party was infallible."

Your history of Political Postings says otherwise...

Denying hearings doesn't compareto, "Vitriol."

Jame Clapper, FBI, NSA, and CIA states no, "Russia Collusion."

Mr. Obama should have been punished for interfering in Israeli Elections.

The Clinton Foundation took money from Russia Mr. Clinton did a speech in Russia andwas paid.

Obama said to the Russian President, "This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility."

To cry when 1 president supposely did something and smiling when another president does more is "Hypocrisy."

ax: What do you care? You're not even an American. How do you like your Canadian PM?

FYI, it was the witch Hillary that broke the espionage law, and should be in jail now. It was her campaign manager who used an unsecured server that allowed DNC emails to be hacked. It was the boy king B.O. who aided our enemies Iran and ISIS, and should have been hung on the White house lawn for treason.

But facts don't matter to snowflake liberals like you, do they?

---Jerry6593 on 5/16/17

john9346:

I never said the Democrats did no wrong. I never said any party was infallible. There is a difference between merely being fallible, and treason and/or violating the constitution. The constitution says what the senate's duty is, and the Republican senators refused to do it for over a year. Trump conspiring with Russia to steal the election IS treason (and both FBI and CIA believe it happened). They should be allowed to investigate it. If true, Trump should be removed. If not, he will be exonerated.

If Obama violated international law, that's a matter for the world court to prosecute. It's THEIR jurisdiction. Did they? Trump violating US law *IS* a matter for US to investigate and prosecute.

Just this week - Trump fired Comey, allegedly over his handling of Hillary's emails. It's curious he was praising Comey for it all during the campaign, and saw nothing wrong with him for several months - UNTIL Comey was preparing to issue subpoenas over Russia's involvement. So far, 3 people have been investigating Trump over Russia, and he fired all 3. He fears being held accountable. Nixon did the same thing when he was investigated over Watergate.

A day later, Trump had a press conference with the Russian foreign minister. NO American press were allowed in - but Tass, a Russian media outlet WAS. Unbelievable! Now he's not even making the slightest attempt to hide his preference for Russia over the U.S.A.

---micha9344 on 5/3/17

He KNEW he was going to inherit that when he made his campaign promises, but he promised to ABOLISH Obamacare (making any problems with it irrelevant), and replace it with a new health care program that was cheaper, and better. That didn't (and CAN'T) happen. Instead, Congress keeps attempting half-baked solutions that reduce costs by removing coverage. Denying coverage to EVERYONE would reduce costs to ZERO, but that doesn't make it a good idea.

Obamacare kept Congress honest by making them use the same plan else has. The new "plan" eliminates pre-existing conditions (e.g. so cancer patients might as well just die) but Congress hates their own law so much, they exempted themselves from THAT provision.

Great point. The 2012 DNC convention proved that.

Plus where did people came up with the idea that to be 'Educated' you have to have a degree?

Farmers are 'educated' in their line of work.

The College system just can't corporate it into a degree because they can't control a parent from teaching their child how to farm.

Farmers are very educated.

They can define plants, when and how to plant them. How much water and sun light is needed.

When to pick it's fruits and how to harvest it's seeds for next year.

Preserve the fruits and vegetables to last through the winter.

That takes an educated mind!

Yes. Right up to the 1960s, when the policies of both parties switched. NOW, Democrats are pro-rights, and Republicans are anti-rights. Look at the voting record for the past 50 years.

The Democrat Leaders can't stand for it's Constituents to THINK, ACT and LIVE FREE!

Don't think?! Educated people and professionals are much more likely to be Democrat than Republican. Many Trump voters are so uneducated about basic political issues that they had no clue that ACA (that they loved) was the same as Obamacare (that they hated). They couldn't see how economically impossible Trump's plan to force Mexico to build the wall was. Trump himself said he had no idea how difficult the job of President was (well DUH!).

//Strom Thurmond didn't become a Republican because he repented, but because racists were predominantly Dixiecrats before the 1960s---StrongAxe

Democrats was the SLAVERY party.

Being the Slave party doesn't even make them change their name. Why?

Because they are still RACIST TODAY.

Did you know that Joe Biden gave the EULOGY for Strom Thurmond?

Did you know that Thurmond's daughter is 1/2 Black?

After Trump's election victory, I loved Rush's statement:

"I haven't seen the Democrats so mad since the night Lincoln freed the Slaves."

I never LAUGHED so heard in my life. Because it is SO TRUE!

The Democrat Leaders can't stand for it's Constituents to THINK, ACT and LIVE FREE!

Nicole_Lacey:

I was referring to Jerry's pernicious habit of name-calling (i.e. calling Democrats "demoncrats", and me "Weak Hatchet"). I had never heard of Tucker Carlson, which is why I never watched him. I rarely watch TV evangelists because it seems to me that most of them to be vapid and self-serving (although there are exceptions), so I rarely go out of my way to watch new ones I hadn't seen before.

Strom Thurmond didn't become a Republican because he repented, but because racists were predominantly Dixiecrats before the 1960s, and switched to Republicans afterwards.
---StrongAxe on 4/24/17

Name calling, politics and racism - oh my!

Wow, the subject of healing a cigarette problem has really gotten off base. And you call yourselves "christians."

You people should be ashamed of yourselves. Shouldn't we pray for his healing?

Josh, your faith has healed you if you ask God to stop smoking - without doubting.
---Steveng on 3/5/17

Actually Weak Hatchet, it is YOU who is infected with the genetic defect of Demoncratism. I for one despise the low-life anarchists.

---Jerry6593 on 3/2/17

STRONGAXE you did it again!

//I have never watched Tucker Carlson. I see you've become infected with Jerry's "demoNcrat" virus.//

WHY?

Because he is White?

I need a the White Man to tell me what to watch? Poor me, I can't figure it own?

I knew Carlson when had specials about our schools and before joining the weekend 'Fox and Friends' LONG BEFORE I DISCOVERED CN.

//During his 1948 presidential campaign, Strom Thurmond: "..not enough troops in the army to force the southern people to break down segregation and accept the Negro..."--StrongAxe

Of course he was a DEMOCRATS in 1948!

Quote one racist remarks he said as a Republican?

You can't because he REPENTED.

I totally agree!

//There are many reason why people start smoking (e.g. stress, boredom, peer pressure), but the reason why rarely matters when trying to quit ---StrongAxe on 2/18/17

You can use the same reasons for my weight gain as well.

I need to lose the weight and look ahead.
---Nicole_Lacey on 2/18/17

Your faith has healed you from smoking. Christians today have the knowledge of God, but deny his power especially concerning miracles and healing.

So, how does one increase their faith?

1 Peter 2:2,3
Psalms 119:11, 16, 103-105
Matthew 4:4
II Timothy 1:13
Ephesians 6:15-17
Romans 10:17

Continuously meditate on the word of God and pray without doubting.

Plus, they shouldn't have started smoking in the first place.

While that's true, it's better to spend one's effort in finding a solution (Jesus's attitude) rather than fixing blame (the Old Testament attitude). There are many reason why people start smoking (e.g. stress, boredom, peer pressure), but the reason why rarely matters when trying to quit.

//Smoking is an addiction that is difficult to stop, not impossible.//

Very true. The chemist of some are lured to one form of an addiction than another.

Smoking for some, alcohol for others. Both for a few.

FOOD is my problem!

I don't have any cravens for alcohol, drugs, or cigarettes.

Food will be my battle for the rest of my life.

Mark is correct and gave great advice.

It was just entertainment for them.

One last try to post to this blog question!

I smoked for 27 years. I quit when I had a heart attack. However, I still love the smell! And, I loved the camaraderie of the people standing out in the cold smoking.

Did God deliver me? Yes, with the help of nic. patches and gum.

You must be fully committed to quitting to be successful. Quitting must completely be your hearts desire and you cannot quit for someone else. Anything less, and you will relapse.

My motto is Decide, Commit, Succeed. Decide and be fully convinced, Commit to doing whatever it takes, including the hard stuff, and you will be Successful.

I strongly suggest you use the nic. patches and gum to wean yourself off.
---Mark_Eaton on 2/17/17

I have seen too many people who have quit smoking cold turkey to buy that it is an addiction that cannot be stopped. Those quitters were both Christian and non-Christian of all ages. People do what they want to do.

HOW MANY PEOPLE HERE WORSHIP SELF? One worship self, then why then deny your self? Why not be a LOVER of pleasure and do every thing you like to the full extent? But here is a man who wishes to stop smoking and deny himself a cigarette.

I agree strongaxe, are you calling me Fat? :)

Seriously though, anything we are supposed to get from God that we use something material or otherwise created for (including our bodies of course) in my opinion is idol worship.

Some people use lies to gain honor when Jesus said we are to seek the honor that comes from God. Some will use people for self gratification. If we think deeply enough on our ways we'll find some idol worship, mankind is a worshiper by nature and no god more quickly worshiped than the golden image of self.
---Pharisee on 2/16/17

I have thought similarly of Halloween. To me, it seems as a Eucharist and a fellowship with demons. As one participates in the death of Christ in the Lord's Supper with the bread and wine, so also, it is my opinion that children participate with demons on Halloween with candy received and eaten. Of smoking, your body is a temple of the holy spirit. You want to treat it well. Just find better things to do. Walk. Breathe!
---mike4879 on 2/16/17

Nicotine is very habit forming. The only people that I know who have successfully "kicked the habit" are those who have become Christians, and went "cold turkey". There are many was you can stop and stay stopped. You really need to pray about it. Pick out some Christian friends that that will help you. In addition, avoid situations that would make you pick up the habit again. Finally, make sure you tell people who smoke around you that you have stopped and they are to help you stay that way, not try and tempt you into smoking.

Pharisee:

By that reasoning, eating is also idol worship. Most people survive on one simple meal a day or less, so eating more than that would be gluttonly - and thus idolatry. Wearing more than the bare minimum rags is idolatry. Most of western society (including most of the lives of most Christians who live in western society) are idolatry. Do you also believe that?

In general, any habits (good or bad) can rise to the level of idolatry if they control you and you can't live without them, but not otherwise.

Captivate this thinking:

Smoking is Idol worship. It is the god of your serenity. You go to the store and PAY homage to this god. You get into your car and believing in it's power to give peace light it. The lighter is a priestly vestment. It's part of your god's apparel. The ash tray is the altar whereupon you make the offering and the smoke are your prayers for the peace that your god provides.

My friend HATE YOUR gOD and confess your idolatry to the God of Heaven. If you haven't memorize 1John 1:9 and 1Corinthians 10:13 and call upon the God of Heaven for him to deliver according to his promises. Grace be with you.

Go to the nearest Catholic church and have Adoration.

You will see a red a lit candle inside a red candle handle. That's how you know Jesus is in the Tabernacle.

After a series of visits you will stop smoking.

I PROMISE

I knew a man who said he had been a chain smoker. Because a condition of a daughter, a doctor told him he need to stop smoking. He immediately stopped. What suprise him, he never missed the cigarettes, he never had urges to smoke again, and never suffered withdrawal. I smoke an imaginary cigarette myself. Find something you love more than cigarettes. Maybe that can help you stop smoking.
