My husband left during his affair, we are in the middle of a divorce now. He believes he asked for forgiveness, however he has remained living with the other woman. He justifies his actions by saying he isn't being intimate with this woman. Is he forgiven of this sin even though he has not repented?

Moderator - Repent means to turn away from. Since he is still living in this sin, he has not repented.
