I Am Afraid Of Death

Beloved, You are not alone. To be afraid of something is only human. And you are human. You need to pray over this and come to grips with your fear. Also tell your doctor what you are sharing with the bloggers here. Fear is nothing to be ashamed of.Fear is very real. People that tell you otherwise is lying to you. My prayers are with you.Please be strong and encouraged. Jesus will be with you in that operating room. Only think on this. God will see you through. The fear of death and dying will be with us always, whether we are a Christian or not. I also fear major surgery and hope I never have to have one. I am Christian also.

I Am Doubting God Exists

Your questions are understandable. But Christianity is about faith. We do everything by faith. It is not for us to know all of the answers,right now. This is what faith is! If we could see everything and understand everything, this would not be faith. We must believe what God says and must believe He is who He says He is and can do what He ways He can do! The scriptures tell us this. The scripts also says: Without faith, it is impossible to please God. Ask God to forgive your unbelief and move on in your walk with the Lord. Don't let the devil trip you up now. This is what he loves to do to God's people. Make him(devil) out of a liar, that he is! Confess,repent and receive strength from Christ to continue on stronger than before..praise God!

I Am Not The Father 31 Years Later

Friend, This is your legal son because you raised him,loved him and took care of him all of these years. But I do understand your concern. Your wife is part of this puzzle also. Why she did this I do not know. But she probably had a good reason for doing so. Have you and her talked this over, reasonably? How does the son feel about this? Does he know the truth? This can be shocking and devastating to anyone but slow down and do not jump to conclusions. Hear your wife out and do try to understand her point of view. The pain she must have felt all these years. The secret. God bless all concerned.

How Should I Pray

From your heart. Speak as if you are talking to a friend but in a reverent manner. You are speaking to your Father in Heaven. You should always be sincere and never pray to hurt or harm anyone. You should ask for forgiveness for your sins , so the blood of Jesus will cover you, and keep you safe from the evil one while praying. Praise God and worship Him as this pleases Our Father. If you know scriptures ,pray them during prayer. This is a very powerful way to pray and God will move on your behalf. And always remember to pray in Jesus name. This also gets Our Father's attention and pleases Him.

Churches That Help The Poor

I belong to an outreach church that does not do nearly enough for the community,I think. But we do distribute groceries to the needy,clothes. At Christmas and Thanksgiving we feed the hungry and homeless. Give toys and other gifts to kids as well as adults. During the year we also go to the community and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ. We offer food,music,clothes,prayer and invite people to come worship with us at our church.

Christians Like Violence

I learned to be honest with myself as well as with God. He knows our inner workings better than we do. We will never be perfect in this world and we should stop trying to be. The grace of God is our equalizer. And one day we shall be changed, in a moment, in the twinking of an eye. But in the mean time ,I am going to continue to learn more about God, and pleasing HIM everyday. Becoming a better Christian not a perfect Christian(in this world) and enjoy the journey!

Want To Throw My Son Out

Beloved, I have been in this same position. and needless to say,its Hell! Your spouse should not try to put you in this terrible position. Your son is a part of you and may need you and him in his life,right now. Your son will grow up and leave one day but He needs you now. Is your son obedient to the stepfather? What type of son is he? You did not say. Does the son work? Why so much anger from spouse?These questions need to be answered. My husband and son(real son)did not get along. I was always caught in the middle. It was hell on Earth. I loved my son and it caused me a lot of pain and contention in my marriage. May God bless you and help you with this agonizing situation.

Do Men Desire Spiritual Women

A spirtual woman, christian woman,religious woman are different things. A woman can be christian and not spiritual and vice versa. A spiritual woman can be unsaved. A religious woman can be into religion and not into Jesus, the gospel etc...salvation. Christianity is not a religion. Religion is joing a church without being born again. Going through the motions but never having a personal or working relationship with Christ. She is into rituals and duty. No signs and wonders following,no works. Little or no prayer. Just a white-washed tomb. So we do have to be careful when it comes to relationships. There are no guarantees. We can miss God and get with someone who is a pretender. Take your time.

Pick The Right Marriage Mate

There are no guarantees in marriage. Trouble is not something we can prevent. It happens to all of us sometimes in our relationships. So we should be prepared to deal with ill winds. But God can send us someone that we need, and not necessarily, who we want. Hopefully he/she will be of the same faith as you, have a job(money),love you with all of his/her heart. Those are the basics. But love is the main ingredient. Run with that................ God bless

I Am Angry All The Time

Honey I am sorry for you. This should be a terrible thing for you to deal with. Anger is a demon that is dogging you everyday.What has you so angry? Also think of your health. Your b/pressure and heart can be affected really bad by this anger,also. Pray and ask the Lord to deliver you from this "evil" thing. But you are going to have to learn what you need to do also. Please read scriptures in your bible concerning anger and how to deal with it. Please read Phillipians chapter 4 over and over, until you understand it and can master what it suggests to you. You are going to lose jobs,friends and turn people away from you if you dont learn how to control this demon. God bless you

Should Christians Use Curse Words

Cursing is not the best way to communicate to others. For christians or non-christians. It is the sign of much deeper problems when someone constantly curses and swears all of the time. But sometimes we(christians) can and do slip into sins. This is the purpose of confession,repentance and forgiveness from the Father. Please read all of I John in its entirety.Also Galatians for further proof and comfort for the soul. This book was written for Christians who are struggling with perfection and think christians never sin. God says something different. I believe God's report rather than man.

Christians Like Violence

I do not know about horror movies,books and games but come christians do watch this stuff. I watch wrestling matches on tv and they are violent. My father was a minister and he loved wrestling,also. Some people feel if they do not commit the violent acts they are ok. I guess. Don't really know. But we are going to commit some type sins in our daily walk with the Lord. Sin is sin. No little sins and big sins. Watching a violent movie is much a sin as adultery. Stealing is a sin as is lying. One is no larger or worse than the other.

Should Sleeping Pastor Leave

You need to step down and get your life together. Confess,repent and seek the help of your pastor in resolving this issue. We all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Why can't you marry her? Make it legal and be obedient to the Word of God. She is of age and you certainly are! Seems as though you are not mature enough to be a pastor. You are suppose to be shaping lives and leading young people to Christ. How can you do this with a clean heart and right spirit and you and God knows what you are doing? Sometimes people want things they are not ready for. Count up the cost before you go further. You are not worthy of Christ if you are considering throwing everything away for this lady. Christ has to be first in all that we do.

Today's Biggest Sins
	Everything and anything you can imagine. Lying,gossip,disrespect for authority,pastors out of control, adultery,fornication, no love or concern for the brethren.Unsaved leaders leading God's people astray. Everything is really out of control. Too much to list here,that's for sure.

Live Together Instead Of Marry

I dont know about some but I dont approve of cohabitating.I think new converts should be taught the Word of God,first. New converts will not change their behaviour overnight but with education/teaching they can begin to learn spiritual truths and will change over time, if they let Jesus change them. They can be baptized and allowed to join church. Where else or they going to go? Back to the clubs and streets? Dope dens and other places they have come out of? This is why we need preachers and teachers. Preachers preach the word of God,especially to new christians. Teachers teach them so they can make changes in their lives. This is how we mature and become christians. It is a process that takes time after we make Jesus our Lord and Saviour.

Can Christians Be Cremated
	Cremation is cheaper and cleaner. But I would prefer a burial,if possible. Insurance is getting more and more expensive. Paying for a funeral is a huge expense. But we should prepare for some type of end of life arrangements. I have not found anything in the bible against cremation. I have read the Bible, at least one time, all the way through. I think it is an individual choice.

Woman Crush On My Husband

You need to find yourself a man who can hande himself with women. Undoubtedly, he enjoys the attention and does not want to put her in her place. He should know how to do this being a pastor. This is why so many pastor does not go into the homes of their parishioners these days. There are many females who could care less about Jesus Christ, they want the pastor! They do not come to church for the right reasons, they are shopping for di----!

How Long Was Your Engagement
	Dated about 14 months before the wedding. Engaged about 3 months. I was out of the will of God and so was he when we married. I am back in the fold. He is not. We have been together over 30 years,now.

Friendship With A Married Man

This man is out of line since he is married. His time and attention should be for his own spouse. Even business partners should be handled with care. No lunches and hanging out,unless, he has to. Otherwise steer clear of unnecessary lunch dates and so on. Nothing but trouble ahead. Take it from someone who has been there. It may be innocent now but keeping adding the fuel(meetings,glances,jokes etc..) the relationship will take on a life of its.

Pastor Responsible For Flock

This is very true. But what I find fascinating and unbelievable is: how little christians know about the bible and/or the Word of God. This is why we as christians are warned to study our bible for ourselves. This is why the catholic church will have so much to give an account for on that day. They teach people so many lies and untruths. This is falsely leading a lot of people(multitudes) astray from the true word of God. Preachers/pastors will be held accountable also. This is why we should not be in a hurry to jump up full of pride and want to be pastors,teachers and other leaders in the church without a true calling or anointing from God. A lot is expected of a leader and anyone who serves God people.
