What Is Annointing Oil

I believe the oil is one of the best kept secrets on the planet. It was concentrated mineral water from the salt. It contains all the trace minerals that our body needs to function the way God made it. It feels like oil and enters your body like oil to replace the mineral deficiencies. They knew exactly what it was. That is why they used it. We Christians sometimes get too religious and loose the original purpose. This is not to say that your faith combined will not also bring on the blessing. Test the waters and see. Things of God don't always have to be so mysterious.

Dungeons Dragons Demons

I am a soldier currently stationed in Afghanistan. I realize this post may be too old, but I feel I need to comment... I am a Christian, a Baptist in fact. I played D & D a few times back home in years past. Thought it was ok. When we got here, we realized there wansn't much to do. Now we have a few computers for internet, so things are a bit better. However, with nothing to do, a buddy had his D & D books sent over and a group of us started playing.

Ear Piercing Bible Scriptures

As with many things in Scripture, piercing is symbolic and quite important in several cases. In Genesis 24 Abraham and Isaac send Eleazar to find a wife for Isaac. Included in the gifts which were to signify the bride was a nose ring. In Exodus 21:6 God commands ear piercing in the specific case of a slave which has been freed but voluntarily remains with his master. In Genesis 35:2 Jacob commanded his household to get rid of their earrings because they were representing strange gods. In Isaiah 3:18-23 God threatens to take away the ornaments of Israel, including, among other things, earrings, due to their pride in themselves and their ornaments. I believe, done well, piercings can bring glory to God (as in Isaac's bride).

God Finds Us Jobs

Thank you so much my dear friend.Just to start with i thank God for allowing me to contribute to this question.My personal conviction towards this is not that christian loss their jobs because they are sinner but because the devil is against the people of God. Secondly the devil knows that when christians are working they will stand with the work of God and also support the needy people in the church of christ. Religion Is The Root Of Evil

One of the individuals that posted before me claimed that the greatest atrocities in the last century were the result of atheism. This is not true, all of the groups were only atheist in that they did not believe in god. They did not hold up the atheist values such as actually thinking before acting, All the groups cited were communist or socialist and dropped rationalism for social extremism. They dropped their former religions and grabbed a hold of a new one.And as for the most atrocious event in the last century look towards the Holocaust. Everyone falsely accuses Hitler of being Atheist but he held the tenets of several religions. Christianity, Norse Mythology, and also worshiped his mother as a diety.

I Want My Joy Back

Only speaking from personal experience, I've found when I do things for others, to serve them, to help people, that's when I feel a sense of reward greater than any Joy I can feel from work for my own rewards. I have been in the service of a community I live in for 6 years, writing grants, organizing greenhouse projects to grow tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, and bamboo for all my friends and neighbors, just things to help the community. Still My Wife In Heaven

Jesus adressed the Sadduces who didnot believe in physical life after death, Adam and Eve are human beings who committed the Original Sin, " What God has joined together,let no man put asunder" Adam's sin cannot put asunder the bond of marriage when it is consecrated as a Sacrament and when marriage partners have been consecrated in the Sacrament of Baptism, God is a Trinity and has created man and woman as equals as Trinity Like beings, God would not destroy a Trinity Like relationship, Marriage! I would suggest that all the facts be layed out! Only God knows how our relationships will be "structured"

Can A Virgin Marry A Non-Virgin
	I have been told that the main requirement is that both persons are truly in love with each other and are both genuine believers. I was also told that it is permitted for a man to marry a non-virgin and vice-versa, however, it is not allowed in the sight of God that he be a pastor or a preacher. Can anyone shed some light on this, whether this is true or not? Thanks. God Bless.

	Sorry about that. You can't beat yourself up about it. If she can't tell you, she may not know herself. You can just pray for her and ask Jesus what he wants you to do next.

I Want To Believe In God
	I have struggled with my faith for 25 years. I still go to church, and am bringing my kids up in the faith. The way I am starting to look at it is, What are the odds that of all the planets we can see, which are many, Earth is the only one with life? The odds of that are as hard to comprehend as God.

Can God Change His Mind

During the writings of the scrolls, the Father may have spoken concerning a thing He was considering, yet if certain conditions were met, He did reconsider that which He had spoken. Understand this, His word will not return to Him void, it will accomplish His purpose, however there were instances within scripture where he left His option to recant open. Consider Jer,18.7-10>Jonah 3:10>4:8-11. However that which has been written in His word to us, as it stands, will come to pass.

Can God Change His Mind

"Can God change his mind?" Yes. There are numerous times through out scripture where the Father has declared that He would do thus and so, yet, either because of man's sincere repentance, or simply His graciousness, compassion, and His abundance of loving kindness, He has relented or become more lenient, or forgiving regarding what He may have done if not for those traits. While the Father's word can not be altered, He will act upon it as He chooses and His purpose concerning it will stand.

What Does Born Again Mean
	Salvation is the work of Gods hands and not of man for what did Lazarus do to contribute to his caming back to life,nothing.Read Ezekiel 36v24-30 and John 15v16-18.He chose us and thats what matters for we are the ones who are DEAD in our sin as Lazarus was.To be born again is the work of our LORD.
