Jesus With Water Baptism

Every time baptism is mentioned, people say water. If water baptism is so essential today, why did the apostle Paul say in Eph 4:3 "one Baptism" And in I Cor.1:17 "Christ sent me not to baptize" if he was sent not to baptize what "one baptism is he talking about? Matt 3:11 speaks of several baptisms, did Paul pick one of these to call "One Baptism" ? Did Israel get wet in I Cor. 10:2 when "all were baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea"? I believe if you study I Cor.12:13 the one doing the baptizing today is not a man and he is not putting anyone under water. Baptism is essential for salvation but it isn't water

In The Bible Do Angels Have Wings
	did the angels in the form of men that appeared to Abram have wings? did the two angels in the form of men that appeared to Lot have wings? Did the angel in the form of man outside Christs' tomb have wings ? I believe you will not find any angels with wings or in the form of women.

Why Did Lot's Wife Look

The answer to the question about Lot's daughters is simple if you understand Middle Eastern marriage traditions. Remember Joseph of Nazareth? He was pledged to Mary, but did not "know" her before she became pregnant with Jesus. The NAB reads 19:14 "Lot went out and spoke to his sons-in-law, who were to marry his daughters," The NIV renders it "pledged to marry his daughters". Once engaged, the man becomes the son-in-law as he is committed to the marriage at that point. Hence, the daughters were virgins as they would not "know" their husbands until the final ceremony was concluded.

Speaking In Tongue For Everyone
	Just maybe if you would learn to study the Bible dispensationaly how and why tongues was used would seem simple. If you speak in an "unknown" tongue today (which you and I know you don't) how do you know you are not cursing rather than praising??

Explain Woman In Revelation 12

To understand who the woman is, we must first determine who the Child is. The chapter defines the Child as a male who "was to rule all nations with a rod of iron. And her Child was caught up to God and His throne." The most logical and scriptural identification of the Child is Jesus (Isaiah 9:6). The woman in chapter 12 cannot be the church, because Christ gave birth to the church, not the church giving birth to Christ. It also cannot be Mary the mother of Jesus, for we see the events that unfold concerning the dragon and the woman was past the death of Mary, during the time of the great tribulation. The only choice is Israel. Is. 7:14, 9:6, 66:7-8, Mic. 5:2, Rom. 9:4-5.

	The Gospel of the Circumcision was preached by Peter mainly to Jews as per Acts 3:21 The Gospel of the Uncircumcision was preached by Paul mainly to Gentiles as per Rom. 16:25

Is Islam The AntiChrist's Religion

I think it is really the religion of the antichrist. I'm a christian living in the islamic world, I can testify how their minds are washed since their early days by the teachings of Muhammad. In islam, you can find an exact picture of the antichrist system. They think they are going to invade the world, by birth rates, conversions, or by war, and they think islam will win over christiandom. Also there is this brilliant book by Joel Richardson "The Antichrist: Islam's awaited Messiah". I think it can reveal many things. But, who knows? Maybe Islam will end at the end and another religion would take its turn.

Should Christians Take Loans

Depends. If the man purchased a house he can afford and that gives glory to God rather than himself he would be a wise man. Mortgage eventually ends while rent never does. If the man purchased a house that stretches him, is intended to magnify him as "having arrived", or that prevents him from using his financial resources for God's purpose -- that man is foolish and living apart from God's will. For what it's worth, with proper stewardship a home mortgage can be paid off well before the normal 30 year term. Just think how you could invest all that extra money in God's kingdom once your house is paid off!

Baptized For Remission Of Sins

Wow! That is so wrong. We have been saved not by works but by grace, through faith, and this not of ourselves it is the gift of God -- that no man may boast! Baptism is an act of obedience -- nothing more and nothing less. It is NOT for salvation and NOT for the remissions of sin. To say such a thing is heresy against the fully sufficient work of Jesus Christ who shed His Holy blood to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Baptism is important. It is obeying God's command and symbolizes so much. But we must not raise this beautiful act of faith and obedience to the level of an idol that we claim is equal to God Himself.

President Obama Great Delusion

Umm... doesn't the Bible tell us not to spread lies and rumors? Obama is not Muslim. As much as I despise the thought of a man like Obama as leader of this country, you bring up a good point. God sets up rulers and tears them down. Christians wake up and pray for this country. Throw off the slumber and the baggage of this world. In a nation like ours, a man like Obama would never have been elected if God's People were alive and well. We are sick and weak -- the downward spiral of America is simply one indicator of this truth.

Married To Jezebel Spirit
	You can't leave the COVENANT. Yes, it's hard but you must love her as Jesus loves you. He promised to never leave or forsake you and He is interceding for you. Now you must do the same for her and deliverance will surely come.She will not be submissive to any man until her flesh is subdued to the Spirit. Maintain your walk in the Spirit too.

Confess Affair To My Husband

Why not tell husband and let chips fall where they may? John's comment concerns me. Psychologhy teaches that the faithful spouse had to do or not do something that "caused" the adultery, but we choose to sin on our own and act on those lust. The blame game is a sure sign that true repentance has not taken place.Put yourself in your husband's shoes and see how it would feel if had an affair and is keeping it from you.

Adultery Wife Wants Back
	I don't get it. After adultery,divorce and marrying someone else she "realizes" that she sinned and now wants back? Or does she now "realize" that life was better with you and wants back in? The faithful spouse is always made out to be the bad guy. I don't know what I would do but It would be challenging to trust her again.

Confess Affair To My Husband

In a marriage, I believe that a spouse in adultry must come clean with their spouse. The real reason cheating spouses don't tell their spouse is they fear they will want a divorce.Why not consider it before the decision was made to cross the line. When someone tells it on a public website, but not tell their spouse then something is wrong. It's not just the sexual act that's so betraying, but all the lying and sneaking around, emails , cell phone calls that accompany the adultry. False defenses like: If I tell him he will leave me or I don't want to hurt him (you've already hurt him) by telling him are smoke screens. The real reason is because they know that the other spouse has every right to a divorce once they become aware oof the adultry.

How To Love Step Children

I have a hard time with anyone who calls treats step children differently then their own children. All kids need to be told everyday that you love them. I have full custody of my two sons and I have three step daughters that I consider my daughters. I tell them everyday I love them even if they don't say it back I am the grown up. Those of you that claim you are Christians but don't love your step children should really take a deep look at yourselves. All children should be told they are loved. As far as I am concerned any person that can't tell their step child they love them or are jealous of their step child either need to grow up themselves, seek therapy, or do not claim to be Christians. Tell your children everyday that you love them!

Church Is A Waste Of Time

I think this very question is why I'm tired of going to church. The church today seems composed mostly of people asking "what do I get out of it"? And so, as a church, we are not doing what we are suppose to do! We are inneffective and plagued with the exact same problems of the world around us. We don't actually do anything because we are too busy looking for "what am I going to get". Wake up Christians! Church is what we make it, and we are so far from Biblically correct thinking that we are making it all about "I" instead of all about God.

False Rapture Doctrine

The Rapture will be post trib. When Jesus sat and told the Disciples that he must go suffer and die, Peter responded No Lord. Jesus said get thee hence Satan for thou saverest not the things that be from God but men. American Christians don't want trials,conflict and certainly don't want to be here during the TRIB because that's not abundant life to them. Many won't be able so stand during the days ahead.We want to live in pleasure and bank on Jesus getting us out of here before it gets bad. SAD!

Dominating Church Woman

This mess started in the garden. Remember Eve? Whenever Satan attacks a marriage he goes after God's order first. Ephesians 5:22-27 describes that order. A marriage where the woman is trying to take over or the husband doesn't love her as Jesus loves His Church is a mess.This order can only happen as both spouses are living Spirit Led lives. FLESH WILL REBEL!The worse mistake the church has made is letting psychology in through "counseling" instead of relying solely on God's Word.
