What Is The Gift Of Discernment

I'm not sure if I have the gift of discernment, but I have often been able to know or sense good/evil, or issues in people, such as lying, anger, hatred, etc. the moment they walk in the room. I have learned to trust these intuitions, as I feel that God often tells me how I can pray for or minister to a person in a short space of time. I have also on occasion been able to sense the presence of many demons without knowing why, a gut feeling of "something's-not-right." Once was when I stumbled into a Masonic lodge by mistake, another time when passing a crystal shop, and once very strongly at the "Toronto Blessing" church. The message was clearly *GET OUT!* In all three situations, no one else noticed anything wrong.

Techniques For Spanking Your Kids

I feel that spanking should be used with children up to a certain age. It should be used after other things have been tried. It should not be done in anger and there is never a reason to remove a childs clothing to do so. Spanking should not be used to put fear into a child but to teach them that their actions have consiqences. A child of 15 who has been brought up in a christian home should have been taught enough that you would not need to spank. Taking away friends, phones, tv, money should do the trick. Explain to them why you feel the way you do and pray with them don't spank!

Bouncing Tithe Checks
	I think you should include whatever amount you decide to give into your budget and make sure the money is set aside. I would say make sure you very important bills are paid like rent and food water and electric then give what you can. But if it comes to the new $100 purse or the church, give the money to God you can't take the purse to heaven.

Wearing Pants To Church

Let me correct a few of you. The part of the Bible that talks about the way a women should dress was written by a disciple that thought a woman should not dress like a harlot and not conform to this world. It was not a direct command from the Lord. I my self wear pants but they are not tight fitting or low cut. I do not wear short that let my bottom hang out I think it is more about modesty than pants or skirts. I do not allow my daughters to wear short skirts or anything with writing printed on the bottom because it draws the eye. I believe that I can have a close relationship with God and live a spirit filled life with my pants on

My Girlfriend Isn't A Virgin

I will be married this June to the 2nd most precious gift our Lord has ever given me, my soulmate. He and I have testimony to God's grace, mercy and the cleansing power of Jesus' blood. This man who wants only to serve our Savior with me has a criminal past 15 years! His years of sinful poor choices that lead to 6 different terms in prison were horrifying to me, LOVE and the fully surrendered heart will lead to an eternal and permanent state of forgiveness that will wash away all hurt, fear and 'nagging' feelings. Please spend some time fasting and praying with an open and brave heart with Jesus over this dilemma. Be open to both the power of His own grace and the possibility of a new door being opened for you. God bless

Husband Doesn't Want Kids

Take your husband to the maternity ward of the hospital. You can look through the windows at the nursery at the newborns, and see beaming parents with their new babies. He probably just does not want to share you with a baby and likes having you to himself. If he does not get the feelings that he wants babies, I would not go ahead with children with him either. If he is too selfish to share you, and to see past himself, children will not enhance your marriage, but end it.

Boyfriend Looks At Other Girls
	I'm pretty sure your boyfriend is just asking to be dumped by lingering his eyes on other women in front of you so frequently. That is a very stupid move on his part and you shouldn't put up with it. If he really cared about you, he would not do that.

Do You Attend Church
	I love going to church!!! I go to church 3 times a week. I go on Tuesday for prayer, on Wednesday for Bible study, and on Sunday I go to Sunday school and Morning worship service.

I Was Molested As A Child
	God can deliver you from anything. Trust Him and He will set you free. I was molested for 6 years when I was younger and I know that feeling, but thnaks be to God because when he saved my soul He gave me forgiveness in my heart. I was able to forgive all those bad things from my past. He freed me and he will do the same for u. I will be praying for u!

Why Are Many Religions Needed

Satan has many systems that he has set up to distroy people. Religion is one of those systems. It is not God's will for us as His people to be seperated.There is nowhere in the Bible that tells you to that a specific religion is correct and the other is incorrect. Satan just wants to separte people and cause confusion. How many non-saved people have you spoken with that say they don't believe because every religion is different.

I'm just curious if any of you read the rest of Romans 14. It reads in NIV: Romans 14:6 He who regards one day as special, does so to the Lord. He who eats meat, eats to the Lord, for he gives thanks to God; and he who abstains, does so to the Lord and gives thanks to God. 7 For none of us lives to himself alone and none of us dies to himself alone. 8 If we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord.

A Christian Surrogate Mother
	I am Christian and have a genetic disorder. My bones are very fragile and it would very risky for me to carry a pregnancy. After praying for God's direction, somebody told me about surrogacy. My husband and I are looking for somebody to be a surrogate mother for our child and bless us with the gift of carrying our baby.

Is Christianity A Religion
	Yes, Christianity is a religion. Declared by the government. And also in the webster dictionary as defined by "religion". People can spiritualize it all you want, but the basic definition of "religion" is the exact same thing everyone is saying....when they say it "isn't" a religion,lol.

Techniques For Spanking Your Kids

It is just plain indecent to spank children. A Christian especially, should know better than to violate a child's body. You may be happy because you see your child acting like a programmed doll, but believe me, they can become messed up sexually later on due to being disciplined inappropriately. If you haven't had childen yet and you believe in spanking, please do your unborn children a favor and refrain from giving birth. No child should be born to parents just waiting to slap them.

How To Love Step Children
	It really bothers me that there are people out there that is being very judgemental of Melissa. Being a person is currently dealing with a similar situation, that is the last thing that you need. Pray for her an encourage her instead of tearing her down. Judging people in this situation does not help them. Everyone is talking about love but in some of the responses is not showing it.

Am I Scared Or Anxious
	Donna, What if your spouse is abusive? Can you divorce him then...and be happy with someone else?
