Reconciliation Years After Divorce

Perhaps I am different than all of you. I have never been married. But I was engaged for 3.5 years to a great man who taught me a lot about the Word of God. However, I broke up with him in a cold-hearted way because I lost patience with the wait for marriage. He tried to revive the relationship for a year, but I was distracted by a crush on another guy. My ex and I remained friends, even talked about other people in our lives. But after all these years, I am not a better person for having left him, and I still love him. I simply am not interested in marrying anyone else. I have a great job, good money, nice house. But I'd rather be with him! I'd rather retain the memory of us and remain single. Should I move on, even if I don't really want to?

Help With Husband's Anger

I understand the feelings that you are having. I am ending a 16 year marriage due to my husbands verbal abuse toward my daughter (17) and myself. When you see the affects that your husbands behavior has on your children it gets easier to make the decision to seperate. God calls us to seperate ourselves from people acting ungodly especially if it affects our spiriual walk with HIM. I will say that once I was able to remove my husband from our home and provide an emotionally stable environment for my children we all felt as if we could finally take a deep breath. Ask yourself this, is it better to have your children from a broken home or in a broken home? They are learning life lessons!

Is There Everlasting Hell

The reason I have doubts as to an eternal hell is John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him, should not perish, but have everlasting life. Also the Scriptures say, The gift of God is eternal life. I believe there is a hell up to the final judgement. In Revelations - death and hell gave up their dead...this is the second death. Further in Revelations...and death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. I believe there is a place called Hell until the final judgements. Then I believe that only the believers are given the gift of eternal life.

Book Of Mormon

John T - Christians believe that Moses parted the Red Sea, Noah built a big ship and saved humanity per the instruction of God, Jesus was born of a virgin, fed the masses with two loaves and two fish, raised the dead, rose from the dead himself...many seemingly unbelievable stories are told in the Bible! Mormons believe those stories as well. We also believe that a 14 year old boy saw two personages when asking in prayer which church to join and you think that's out of the realm of possibility? Interesting.

Book Of Mormon

John T - Joseph Smith translated the Book of Mormon, he didn't write it. The passages you point out to undermine the book are meaningless. I'm always intrigued by people who try to tear the book down by using passages like these and completely ignore the message of the book. I have read the Book of Mormon and it witnesses the miracles of Jesus Christ over and over again! You repeatedly try to disparage Joseph Smith as if he is the one Mormons worship. We recognize Joseph Smith as a prophet - just as we recognize Abraham, Moses, Noah, etc. as prophets. If you read the BOM just once without trying to find evil in it you just might recognize it for what it is - another witness of Jesus Christ.

Can Kids Be Demon Possessed

Yes i believe that children can be demon posessed, it could be the child has anger issues or some problems with coping and this is how he vents his anger.However in saying that anything like this is not from God and if it is not from him then it is from the author of all sin (satan). I would suggest that the parents seek the Lord and get their lives right with him and pray earnestly for the Lord to help this child to overcome what ever is causing him to act this way. I dont believe there is such things as mental illness as I believe it all comes from satan himself. It will take lots of prayer as the only person that can help him if he is suffering from demon posession is the Lord Jesus.

Churches Of Revelation

Remember, there are so many layers to the Revelations. I think the seven churches mentioned were the seven churches that existed, and also could very well be seven church ages.... But also further more, what church are you. In your personal life, walk with God. There are "seven churches" on the spiritual level as well. God works in multiple layers. The seen and the unseen. There is a deep meaning to be understood by studying the seven churches, historically and spiritually.

AntiChrist Will Save Israel

The Antichrist will not come in on the scene talking about saving Israel or have anything to do with security. Rev. 6:2 "And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow, and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer." The Antichrist comes on the scene conquering. The 7 year "peace" contract has more to do with false hope of stability that actual peace. He makes it with the world, more than likely through the UN, not just Israel.

Explain The End Times

When Jesus said "it is finished" on the cross meaning that we were all bought and paid for by His blood. If we come to God the Father through His Son Jesus Christ who shed His blood we don't have to be eternally seperated from God. But future events that are to happen is to bring about a final end to Satan and his hold on God's people. To stop to world of pain and death, which God never intended for us to begin with. God always intended eternal life in Him in peace and without pain or death.

Can Satan Be Everywhere
	Only God is omnipresent. Satan can not be in 2 places at the same time. Satan can go to and fro, from one place to another, and probably do it by the speed of light. Satan is not all powerfull like God. So even though he is an immortal being, he is just an angel, he is not God.

Well I am curious did this woman ask to pray with you all. A stranger comin up to you and telling you things no one else knows can be a demonic encounter. If your sister has something in her life and is praying for an answer, God will answer. There has to be an order to things. It is easy to tell people to pray, there are different people that pray different prayers. When someone has a word of knowledge for someone else from God, they will want to pray with them and give the word.

They don't come off with all kinds of things and tell them to go pray. To work in the gift of prophecy, knowledge, and wisdom, the word one gives from the Lord needs to be spot on and uplifting to that person. Knowledge reveals things no one else could know, prophecy is going to be a word of God's direction for one's life, and a word of wisdom is usually given to a person who is in need of guidence. "Readers" who are not working in the spirit of God should be avoided.

Christians Casting Out Demons

New levels, new devils... Not just any christian can cast a demon out. Some demons can be quite powerful and only someone whos life is in line with God's will for there life can by faith cast out. We all should be able to cast out, but not if we have any amount of unbelief in our lives. The same goes for healing people. We have to be in the mode of prayer, and in some cases fasting. We have to have ourselves open to the move of God.

Who Was Melchizedek
	Even though the bible is not clear on who Melchizedek was. In Joshua 10:13 and 2Sam. 1:18 the bible mentions "written in the book of Jasher" Now this book is not in the bible, but was believed to have been a record book, perhaps the very book Moses used in writing the the first few books of the bible. Well it was found and translated. You can find it on websites.

Who Was Melchizedek

In the book of Jasher chapter 16:11 it says "And Adonizedek king of Jerusalem, the same was Shem, went out with his men to meet Abram and his people, with bread and wine, and they remained together in the valley of Melech." Suggesting that Shem was a great high priest, Melchizedek more than likely. It makes since when you research. But who he really was isn't really so much important as what he represented amen.

Who Was Melchizedek

Where do you think the name Jerusalem comes from. King of Salem. It is the same location where Jerusalem is today. Researching the passage in Hebrews 7:3 you look at orginial greek and see what is means by having no father means recorded history did not record who Melchizedek's father was, and no mother means no mother known, or recorded either. It doesn't mean having no father or mother in a literal since. They are not recorded in the old testiment, doesn't mean he didn't have them.

Who Was Melchizedek

Melchizedek, I still believe was a title, not the man's real name. I still believe it to be Shem. Look at Shem's generations after the flood. Shem lives through 9+ generations. It would be more understandable that know on would know who the name of Shem's great great great great great grandfather was. He lives over 600 years. He is about 392 when Abram is born and lives another 208 years after Abram.

Is The Mark Physical Or Spiritual

"Mark" in the greek is charagma. It means a stamp, or imprinted mark. Like a brand you would use on a horse. The mark means, it isn't going to be under the skin like a microchip, or a barcode, or something outlandish like that. People will be literally branded with a mark showing they follow the antichrist. BRANDED. Rev. 16:2 speaks of those having the mark getting a nasty soar upon them. Likely due to the branding of the mark, the area gets infected.

Pray To God Or Jesus

Jesus is not the Father. John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Jesus died so our sins are covered and we may know the Father. Jesus says to pray unto the Father. We believe Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. 3 in 1 but with distinct personalities. We have a body, mind, and spirit. 3 in 1 fashioned after God. We pray unto the Father, but we also pray healing and cast out demons in the name and pleading the blood of Jesus.

Is This The Anti-Christ
	It is meanings antichrists. Those who do not see Jesus as being the Son of God are antichrists. They are not THE Antichrist. The antichrist is in Rev. in the end times. Who I believe will rise out of Islam. It makes perfect since when you look into it.
